Mek\u00e2n olu\u015fum i\u00e7in<br \/>\ngerekli \u015fartlar\u0131, zaman ise varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fimine yani h\u0131z\u0131na-olu\u015fum s\u00fcresi-<br \/>\ni\u015faret eder. O zaman mek\u00e2n ile zaman birbirlerini ko\u015fullar. Varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bilgisine<br \/>\nula\u015fmak i\u00e7inde olu\u015fumun hangi zaman diliminde ve mek\u00e2nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini bilmek<br \/>\ngerekir. Bu<br \/>\nyap\u0131l\u0131rsa o zaman varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ger\u00e7ek bilgisine ula\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacakt\u0131r.<br \/>\nDolay\u0131s\u0131yla bilin\u00e7lenme faaliyeti \u00e7arp\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur ki buda insan\u0131n hem kendine<br \/>\nhem de i\u00e7inde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu toplumsal ger\u00e7ekli\u011fe yabanc\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Burada<br \/>\nmek\u00e2n\u0131n yani co\u011frafyan\u0131n insan olu\u015fumu \u00fczerindeki etkisine vurguda bulunmak<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r. \u0130nsan\u0131n toplumsal bir varl\u0131k oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne<br \/>\ngetirdi\u011fimizde, co\u011frafyan\u0131n toplumsal olu\u015fum \u00fczerinde ve ayn\u0131 zamanda insan<br \/>\nolgusu \u00fczerindeki etkileri daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Mek\u00e2n olu\u015fum i\u00e7in<br \/>\ngerekli \u015fartlar\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131yorsa o zaman olu\u015fumun niteliklerini yani \u00f6zeliklerini<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli derecede etkileyen de mek\u00e2nd\u0131r. Mek\u00e2n\u0131n farkl\u0131 \u00f6zelikleri<br \/>\nvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n-olu\u015fumun- farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na tekab\u00fcl edecektir. T\u0131pk\u0131 bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun anne ve<br \/>\nbabas\u0131n\u0131n genlerini-\u00f6zeliklerini- ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 gibi insanda ait oldu\u011fu co\u011frafyan\u0131n<br \/>\n\u00f6zeliklerini di\u011fer y\u00f6n\u00fcyle genlerini ta\u015f\u0131r. Bu tespitten yola \u00e7\u0131karak her insan<br \/>\ndo\u011fup b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc co\u011frafyan\u0131n \u00e7ocu\u011fudur ve onun genetik kodlar\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\ndurumun bilincinde olup olmamas\u0131 onun do\u011fup b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc co\u011frafyan\u0131n etkilerini<br \/>\nta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131na engel de\u011fildir. T\u00fcm bunlardan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak ki\u015fi ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu<br \/>\nco\u011frafyan\u0131n etkilerini ta\u015f\u0131r. Co\u011frafyan\u0131n yer k\u00fcrede bulundu\u011fu yere g\u00f6re<br \/>\niklimi- s\u0131cakl\u0131k-so\u011fukluk, ne kadar ya\u011f\u0131\u015f ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131nda<br \/>\nelveri\u015flik d\u00fczeyi vs.- bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla orada ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n<br \/>\nfizyolojilerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ya\u015fam \u015fekli, k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri ve ahlak yap\u0131lar\u0131 yani genel<br \/>\nanlamda toplumsall\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fczerinde de direk etkileri s\u00f6z konusudur.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Onun i\u00e7in K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan<br \/>\n\u201cco\u011frafya kimliktir  demektedir. Kimlik  insan\u0131n edinmi\u015f oldu\u011fu k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve<br \/>\nruhsal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckt\u00fcr. Zaten insanl\u0131k denilen olgunun kendisi fizyolojiden<br \/>\nba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve metafizik bir olgudur. Platon\u2019un \u201cinsan politik bir<br \/>\nhayvand\u0131r  deyimi bu ger\u00e7eklikten gelmektedir. Bu noktada co\u011frafya ile k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn<br \/>\nciddi bir etkile\u015fimi s\u00f6z konusu olmaktad\u0131r. \u201c\u0130nsan t\u00fcr\u00fc fizyolojik olarak<br \/>\nkendini hi\u00e7bir \u00f6zel \u00e7evreye uydurmu\u015f de\u011fildir. \u0130nsan\u0131n \u00e7evreye uymas\u0131,<br \/>\nbedeninin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmayan aletler, giysiler, evler ve benzeri donat\u0131mlarla<br \/>\nsa\u011flan\u0131r. Bulundu\u011fu \u00e7evreye elveri\u015fli donat\u0131mlar yaparak bir insan toplumu,<br \/>\nkendini hemen her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ko\u015fula uydurabilir. Ate\u015f, giyim-ku\u015fam, bar\u0131naklar,<br \/>\nuygun yiyecekler insanlara kuzey kutbunun so\u011fu\u011fu kadar, tropik b\u00f6lgelerin<br \/>\ns\u0131ca\u011f\u0131na da dayanabilme yetene\u011fi verir. (1) insan\u0131n \u00e7evreye uyum sa\u011flayabilmesi<br \/>\ni\u00e7in yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu t\u00fcm yarat\u0131mlar k\u00fclt\u00fcr olu\u015fumunu ifade eder. K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ilk<br \/>\nolu\u015fumu ise tamam\u0131yla co\u011frafi ko\u015fullar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fcklerine g\u00f6re olmu\u015ftur. Daha<br \/>\nsonra ba\u015fka halklarla etkile\u015fim i\u00e7inde bulunmalar\u0131 sonucu geli\u015fen kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcrel etkilenmeleri de g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmemek gerekir. Ya\u015fan\u0131lan co\u011frafyan\u0131n<br \/>\nikliminin so\u011fuk, \u0131l\u0131man ya da s\u0131cak olmas\u0131 arazisinin da\u011fl\u0131k, \u00e7\u00f6l veya ova<br \/>\nolmas\u0131, sahip oldu\u011fu bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ve tar\u0131ma elveri\u015flilik d\u00fczeyi vb. farkl\u0131l\u0131klar<br \/>\nayn\u0131 zamanda toplumlar aras\u0131 farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin olu\u015fmas\u0131na da zemin te\u015fkil<br \/>\netmi\u015ftir. \u201cMaddi k\u00fclt\u00fcr, geni\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bir \u00e7evreye kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6sterilen bir<br \/>\ntepkidir. Bu tepki belli bir b\u00f6lgede yerel yiyecek kaynaklar\u0131ndan yararlanmak<br \/>\nve vah\u015fi hayvanlardan, sellerden ya da di\u011fer tehlikelerden korunmak yolunda o<br \/>\nb\u00f6lgenin \u00f6zel iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirilen d\u00fczenleri i\u00e7erir. Farkl\u0131 topluluklar farkl\u0131 icatlar geli\u015ftirmeye,<br \/>\nyiyecek, yakacak, bar\u0131nak ve alet sa\u011flama yolunda, farkl\u0131 do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131<br \/>\nnas\u0131l kullanmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ke\u015ffetmeye zorlanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. (1) Bu durum mek\u00e2n\u0131n<br \/>\ninsanlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, hareket, davran\u0131\u015f, giyim, yemek ve bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak ya\u015fam<br \/>\ntarzlar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkisinin hangi d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011funu ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nMek\u00e2n\u0131n insanlar\u0131n zihinsel ve ruhsal yap\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkileri onlar\u0131n<br \/>\nm\u00fczik, \u015fiir, resim, edebiyata ilgileri yan\u0131nda kent ve k\u00f6y mimarisi vb. \u015feylere<br \/>\nolan ilgisini de g\u00f6sterir. Yani insan\u0131n ya\u015fam tarz\u0131ndaki pek \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00f6\u011fe<br \/>\nco\u011frafi mek\u00e2ndan etkilenmektedir. Co\u011frafi mek\u00e2n\u0131n farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcre yans\u0131makta<br \/>\nve farkl\u0131 toplumsal k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin olu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir etken olmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nDolay\u0131s\u0131yla, hem insan\u0131n yetenekleri ve s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 hem de mek\u00e2n\u0131n insan\u0131n<br \/>\n\u00f6zelliklerine cevap verebilme d\u00fczeyi, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel co\u011frafi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc<br \/>\nolu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kimlik olu\u015fumu, salt toplumsal yap\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131 birtak\u0131m<br \/>\nverilerden hareketle in\u015fa edilemez, mek\u00e2nsal olu\u015fumlar\u0131n da bunda en az<br \/>\ntoplumsal s\u00fcre\u00e7ler kadar etkili oldu\u011fu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Co\u011frafik<br \/>\n\u015fartlar\u0131n etkisiyle genetik kodlamalar olu\u015fur birey ve toplum \u00fczerinde. \u0130nsan\u0131n<br \/>\nruhu, mek\u00e2n ve co\u011frafyan\u0131n \u00f6zellikleri ile \u015fekillenir. Toplumsal pratikler<br \/>\nmek\u00e2n\u0131 \u015fekillendirip ya\u015fam\u0131n belirlenmi\u015f birtak\u0131m kodlar\u0131 uyar\u0131nca varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcren alanlar\u0131n olu\u015fumunu haz\u0131rlarken  mek\u00e2nsal \u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler de bir yandan<br \/>\nsosyal yap\u0131n\u0131n muhafaza edilmesini di\u011fer yandan bireylere yeni bir kimlik ve<br \/>\nili\u015fkiler sistemi sunulmas\u0131n\u0131n zemini olmu\u015ftur. \u0130\u015fte en belirgin \u00f6zellik olarak<br \/>\ndil\u2019de b\u00f6yle olu\u015fur. Her dil yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 o toplumun kimli\u011fini belirleyen en<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli \u00f6zelliktir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u201c\u0130lk b\u00fcy\u00fck devrime \u2018D\u0130L DEVR\u0130M\u0130\u2019 demek uygun olabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc<br \/>\nhi\u00e7bir devrim bu co\u011frafyada bu devrim kadar toplumsalla\u015fmaya hizmet etmemi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nHer g\u00fcn ke\u015ffedilen yeni bitkiler ve av hayvanlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden kutsal bir kavram<br \/>\nolu\u015fturulmakta, t\u00fcm bunlar kavramla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a geni\u015f topluluklar\u0131n ortak dili,<br \/>\ndolay\u0131s\u0131yla ilk defa ay\u0131rt edilen \u2018K\u0130ML\u0130\u011e\u0130\u2019 olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. (2) K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi<br \/>\nAbdullah \u00d6calan. Buradan da anl\u0131yoruz ki bu geli\u015fen dil do\u011fa-\u00e7evre ili\u015fkisinden<br \/>\nkaynakl\u0131 bir dil olmaktad\u0131r. Bu zihniyet yap\u0131s\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015fmesinde u\u00e7suz<br \/>\nbucaks\u0131z \u00e7\u00f6llerle kapl\u0131 co\u011frafyan\u0131n etkisi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmeyecek derecededir. \u201cDaha<br \/>\nba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta \u2018El\u2019in tek tanr\u0131 olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi, \u00e7\u00f6l\u00fcn yeknesakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yak\u0131ndan<br \/>\nba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Semitik Allah, kabile ve \u015feyh ili\u015fkisinin yer ve g\u00f6k<br \/>\nili\u015fkisindeki yans\u0131mas\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00f6ylesi bir paralellik kavram\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131c\u0131<br \/>\nniteliktedir. Onun i\u00e7in mek\u00e2n<br \/>\ntarihtir, toplumsal bilin\u00e7tir, kimliktir, toplumlar varl\u0131k ve olu\u015f k\u00f6klerini<br \/>\nbulundu\u011fu mek\u00e2na salarlar. Bir toplumu mek\u00e2n\u0131ndan koparmak onu tarihsiz,<br \/>\nkimliksiz, bilin\u00e7siz ve k\u00f6ks\u00fcz b\u0131rakmak demektir. Toplumun hayat damarlar\u0131<br \/>\nbulundu\u011fu mek\u00e2nda k\u00f6kle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Onun i\u00e7in co\u011frafyalar\u0131ndan zorla kopar\u0131lan<br \/>\ninsanlar gittikleri yerlerde ruhsal ve psikolojik d\u00fczeyde sorunlarla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<br \/>\nAsimilasyon, isk\u00e2n ve g\u00f6\u00e7ertme politikalar\u0131nda sonu\u00e7 al\u0131nabilmesi i\u00e7in<br \/>\negemenler her zaman halklar\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 co\u011frafyadan koparmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<br \/>\nCo\u011frafyadan kopar\u0131lmak k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, ahlaki ve toplumsal olarak savunmas\u0131z<br \/>\nb\u0131rak\u0131lmakt\u0131r. Her ne kadar k\u00f6y ya\u015fam\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015f olsa da, bir\u00e7ok kabile g\u00f6\u00e7erlik ve<br \/>\nyerle\u015fik ya\u015fam\u0131 i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ya\u015fayabilmi\u015flerdir. Bu ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar<br \/>\netkisini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmi\u015ftir.
