Yap\u0131lan deneyle, bin nesildir hayatta olan bakterinin milyonlarca y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcren evrimi daha kolay bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6zlemlenebilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Georgia Tech\u2019in NASA (ABD Ulusal Havac\u0131l\u0131k ve Uzay Dairesi) Ribozomal Orijinler ve Evrim Merkezi\u2019nde g\u00f6revli olan molek\u00fcler biyoloji uzman\u0131 Bet\u00fcl Ka\u00e7ar, \u201cBu deney sayesinde evrim ve molek\u00fcler biyoloji hakk\u0131nda uzun s\u00fcredir cevaplanamayan sorular\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz&#8230; Bunlar aras\u0131nda, organizman\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015finin, gelece\u011fini ne kadar k\u0131s\u0131tlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve evrimin gelecekte bir\u00e7ok soruya cevap verdi\u011fi, belirgin bir noktaya ula\u015f\u0131p ula\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 var  dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u00e7ar, \u201cE. Coli deneyi, hayat\u0131n molek\u00fcler bir kaset gibi nas\u0131l tekrardan ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda elde edebilece\u011fimiz en detayl\u0131 bilgileri sunacak&#8230; Antik bir geni modern bir canl\u0131 \u00fczerinde nas\u0131l evrim ge\u00e7irdi\u011fini g\u00f6zlemleme \u015fans\u0131, evrim s\u00fcrecinin kendisini tekrar m\u0131 etti\u011fini yoksa belli bir yola m\u0131 y\u00f6neldi\u011fini anlamam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayacak  ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>HAYAL\u0130 VE GER\u00c7EK KARI\u015eIMI BAKTER\u0130<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u00e7ar\u2019\u0131n dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131ndan biyolog Eric Gaucher, 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda, E.Coli i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir protein olan Elongation Factor-Tu\u2019nun (EF-Tu) antik genetik dizilimini de\u015fifre etmeyi ba\u015fard\u0131. Bakterilerde bulunan en bol proteinlerden biri olan EF\u2019ler, t\u00fcm h\u00fccresel ya\u015fam \u00f6rneklerinde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, bakterilerin hayatta kalmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli bir role sahip. Bu \u00f6zellikleri, bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131n EF\u2019leri evrimle ilgili sorular\u0131 cevaplamak i\u00e7in tercih etmelerini sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>EF-Tu\u2019yu do\u011fru kromozon d\u00fczeninde olu\u015fturan ve modern E.Coli\u2019ye do\u011fru konumda yerle\u015ftiren Ka\u00e7ar, birbirinin ayn\u0131s\u0131 sekiz bakteriyal dizi ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 ve \u201cantik ya\u015fam\u0131n  yeniden evrim ge\u00e7irmesini sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u00e7ar\u2019\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 hayali-ger\u00e7ek bakteri genleri hayatta kalmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131. Ancak sadece modern genlerle olu\u015fan bakterilere oranla iki kat yava\u015f geli\u015fme h\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi.
