Son 15 y\u0131lda 241 polis, 91 asker, 17 \u00f6zel timci, 15 korucu, 45 gardiyan tecav\u00fczden yarg\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f ancak hi\u00e7biri de herhangi bir ceza almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/4209-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, toplumsal bir olgudur. Toplum, kad\u0131n ve erkekten<br \/>\nolu\u015ftu\u011funa g\u00f6re bir toplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck d\u00fczeyi her iki cinsin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck d\u00fczeyiyle<br \/>\nba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck konusunda kad\u0131n\u0131n daha belirleyici oldu\u011funu<br \/>\ns\u00f6yleyebiliriz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc iktidarc\u0131-devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fmesiyle<br \/>\nberaber ilk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclen cins, kad\u0131n cinsi olmu\u015ftur. B\u00fct\u00fcn k\u00f6lelik bi\u00e7imleri<br \/>\nkad\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fc\u015f\u00fc \u00fczerinden geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n ne kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015fse,<br \/>\nk\u00f6lelikte o kadar derinle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve genelle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bundan dolay\u0131<br \/>\nkad\u0131ndaki \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck d\u00fczeyi toplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck d\u00fczeyinin belirlenmesinde bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc<br \/>\nolmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir toplumda \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten<br \/>\nbahsedilemez. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir toplumda e\u015fitlikten, adaletten,<br \/>\niyilikten, do\u011fruluktan, g\u00fczellikten bahsedilemez. Ancak bu de\u011ferler i\u00e7in<br \/>\ny\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen m\u00fccadeleden bahsedilebilir. Sa\u011f\u0131yla soluyla liberalizm anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na<br \/>\ndayal\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn rejimlerin birey \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yalandan ibaret oldu\u011fu ve<br \/>\nbireycili\u011fi hortlatmaktan \u00f6teye bir sonu\u00e7 vermedi\u011fi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde fazlas\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplumun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00f6lelik d\u00fczeyi ve kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik geli\u015fen \u015fiddet<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc bunu yeterince ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz toplumuna bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman \u00e7ok derinlikli, i\u00e7erilmi\u015f<br \/>\nbir k\u00f6leli\u011fin ya\u015fanmakta oldu\u011funu belirtebiliriz. Ya\u015fanan toplumsal sorunlar<br \/>\nbunu g\u00f6stermektedir. Bug\u00fcn ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplumsal sorunlar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 toplumu<br \/>\nolu\u015fturan kad\u0131n ve erkek cinsi aras\u0131ndaki e\u015fitsizlikten, erkek lehine kurulu<br \/>\nolan ataerkil d\u00fczenden, erkek egemen sistemin de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu sistem ki erkeklerin kad\u0131nlardan \u00fcst\u00fcn oldu\u011funu, erkeklerin kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sahip<br \/>\nolmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 haklara sahip oldu\u011fu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 topluma yedirmi\u015ftir ve yedirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0<\/span>Tek tanr\u0131l\u0131<br \/>\ndinlerdeki Adem ve Havva mitolojisinde de Havva, Adem\u2019in kaburga kemi\u011finden<br \/>\nyarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r denerek kad\u0131n\u0131n erke\u011fin bir uzvu onun bir uzant\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011fu<br \/>\nvurgulanmak istenmi\u015ftir. Yani kad\u0131n\u0131n erke\u011fin mal\u0131 oldu\u011fu, erke\u011fin ayn\u0131 zamanda<br \/>\nkad\u0131n\u0131n sahibi oldu\u011fu bu bi\u00e7imiyle zihinlere yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu da \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc<br \/>\nbir felsefik-ideolojik zihniyete sahip olmayan klasik namus anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na dayal\u0131<br \/>\nbir kad\u0131n sahiplenmesini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sahiplenilen kad\u0131n sahiplenilen<br \/>\nerkek olurken her iki cinsinde k\u00f6lele\u015fmesini beraberinde getirmi\u015ftir. Ancak<br \/>\nerkek, iktidar-devlet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn iktidars\u0131z k\u0131larak g\u00fc\u00e7ten d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc erkekli\u011fini,<br \/>\ntek alan olan aile ve cins olarak kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde sergilerken kendisinin \u201cerkek<br \/>\noldu\u011funu zannetme yan\u0131lg\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7inde ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Toplumda \u00e7ok yo\u011fun ya\u015fanan<br \/>\nnamus anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na dayal\u0131 \u015fiddet ve kad\u0131n katliam\u0131 bu erke\u011fin, bitmi\u015f-t\u00fckenmi\u015f<br \/>\nerke\u011fin eseridir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u0130ktidarc\u0131-devlet\u00e7i k\u00fclt\u00fcrle birlikte kad\u0131n cinsinin<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ba\u015flad\u0131 ancak tarihin hi\u00e7bir d\u00f6neminde toplumun i\u00e7inden kad\u0131na<br \/>\ny\u00f6nelik g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bir \u015fiddet ya\u015fanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tarihte \u00e7e\u015fitli<br \/>\nkurumlar taraf\u0131ndan kendi iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in kad\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcnah ke\u00e7isi<br \/>\nyapan ve \u00f6ld\u00fcren olaylar, s\u00fcre\u00e7ler ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ama bunlar toplumun \u00fcst\u00fcnde<br \/>\nolan iktidar-devlet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik geli\u015fen \u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn<br \/>\nifadesi olmu\u015ftur. Toplumun kendisinden hareketle kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bir \u015fiddet<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ya\u015fanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E\u011fer bug\u00fcn toplumun i\u00e7inden insanlar tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya tan\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nkad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik taciz etmekten tecav\u00fcz etmeye ve vah\u015fice par\u00e7alayarak yakacak<br \/>\nkadar her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u015fiddeti rahatl\u0131kla uygulayacak hale gelmi\u015fse o zaman \u00e7ok ciddi<br \/>\nbir ahlaki bozulman\u0131n, toplumsal \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmenin ya\u015fanmakta oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bug\u00fcn ya\u015fanan ahlaki bozulma ve toplumsal \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmenin<br \/>\nkapitalist moderniteyle ba\u011f\u0131 vard\u0131r. <span>\u00a0<\/span>Kapitalist<br \/>\nmodernitenin toplumsal dokuda yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u015fiddeti adeta<br \/>\nya\u015fam\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirmektedir. Kad\u0131n cinsi \u00fczerinden geli\u015ftirilen<br \/>\n\u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ayn\u0131 zamanda kapitalist modernitenin kad\u0131n\u0131, do\u011fal\u0131nda erke\u011fi ve<br \/>\nbir b\u00fct\u00fcn toplumu ne kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\ntoplumsal de\u011ferlerinin kurutularak bir meta haline getirilerek bedeninin her<br \/>\ny\u00f6n\u00fcyle pazarlanmas\u0131 ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesiyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirilen \u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc yine en fazla kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n<br \/>\nya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda \u015fiddetle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki \u015fiddet<br \/>\ng\u00f6rmeyen kad\u0131n kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet \u00fczerinden sistem kendini<br \/>\ng\u00fcvenceye almaktad\u0131r. Bu da kad\u0131na uygulanan \u015fiddetin politik oldu\u011funu ortaya<br \/>\nkoymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kendi anas\u0131, bac\u0131s\u0131, e\u015fi, k\u0131z\u0131 olan kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bu kadar<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k yap\u0131l\u0131yorsa belki de art\u0131k s\u00f6z\u00fcn bitti\u011fi yere gelinmi\u015f olunmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131nda asl\u0131nda bitirilmek istenen toplumsal de\u011ferlerdir. Toplumu<br \/>\ntoplum yapan ruhsal de\u011ferler olan maneviyat d\u00fcnyas\u0131, kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fam\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 ahlaki de\u011ferler, ortak ya\u015fam ve payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 dayan\u0131\u015fma<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc yani bir b\u00fct\u00fcn toplumun kendisidir, bitirilmek istenen. Kapitalist<br \/>\nmodernitenin ve onun liberal ideolojisinin \u015fahland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bireycili\u011fin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\ntoplumsal sorunlar her alanda SOS i\u015fareti vermektedir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0<\/span>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye<br \/>\nbakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda da neredeyse her g\u00fcn ya bir kad\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6v\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ya tecav\u00fcz edildi\u011fi<br \/>\nya da ak\u0131l almaz bir bi\u00e7imde \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dair haberleri bas\u0131ndan duyuyoruz,<br \/>\nizliyoruz. Toplum cinnet mi ge\u00e7iriyor diye sormadan edemiyor insan. Ger\u00e7ekten<br \/>\ninsan\u0131n duygular\u0131n\u0131 alt \u00fcst eden, akl\u0131n\u0131 zorlayan kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bu kadar a\u015f\u0131r\u0131<br \/>\n\u015fiddet, bu kadar d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k nas\u0131l ya\u015fan\u0131yor? Kendili\u011finden ya\u015fanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<br \/>\nKapitalist modernitenin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahribatlar bu konuda zaten sonuna kadar a\u00e7\u0131k<br \/>\nbir yap\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak sorunu sadece kapitalist moderniteyle<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak iktidar g\u00fc\u00e7lerini, h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri aklamay\u0131 beraberinde<br \/>\ngetirebilir. Asl\u0131nda en az kapitalist modernite kadar, belki de ondan daha<br \/>\nfazla sorumlu tutulmas\u0131 gereken iktidar g\u00fc\u00e7leridir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc halk\u0131n oyuyla iktidar<br \/>\nolan bu g\u00fc\u00e7ler, halk\u0131n toplumsal refah, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, adalet, e\u015fitlik gibi<br \/>\ntaleplerini istismar ederek kendi iktidar \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullanmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">T\u00fcrkiye tarihinde, TC\u2019nin kurulu\u015fundan bu yana hi\u00e7bir d\u00f6nemde<br \/>\nbu d\u00fczeyde kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet, kad\u0131n katliamlar\u0131 ya\u015fanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n<br \/>\nCinayetlerini Durduraca\u011f\u0131z Platformu\u2019nun birle\u015fik verilerine g\u00f6re son 13 y\u0131lda<br \/>\ntam 5406 kad\u0131n cinayete kurban gitmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>\u0130HD\u2019nin verilerine<br \/>\ng\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de her 4 saatte 1 kad\u0131n tecav\u00fcze u\u011fruyor veya erkek \u015fiddetine<br \/>\nmaruz kal\u0131yor. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131n Cinayetlerini Durduraca\u011f\u0131z Platformu\u2019na g\u00f6re 2014<br \/>\ny\u0131l\u0131nda en az 294 kad\u0131n erkek \u015fiddetiyle hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybederken, ma\u011fdurlar\u0131n %<br \/>\n89\u2019u ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fiddet sonras\u0131 hi\u00e7bir kuruma ba\u015fvurmuyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Son 15 y\u0131lda 241<br \/>\npolis, 91 asker, 17 \u00f6zel timci, 15 korucu, 45 gardiyan tecav\u00fczden yarg\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f<br \/>\nancak hi\u00e7biri de herhangi bir ceza almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Daha fazla da \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131labilecek t\u00fcm bu \u00f6rnekler g\u00f6steriyor ki<br \/>\nAKP\u2019nin iktidar\u0131 d\u00f6neminde kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddette \u00e7ok fazla bir art\u0131\u015f<br \/>\noldu\u011fudur. \u0130\u015fin ilginci AKP ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te T\u00fcrkiye ba\u015fbakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapan Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\nkendisini \u201c\u0130slami  de\u011ferlere dayanarak ifade etmesidir. \u0130slamiyet\u2019te dahil<br \/>\nhi\u00e7bir inan\u00e7ta ve dinde kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bir \u015fiddet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 veya k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc<br \/>\ngeli\u015fmemi\u015ftir. Ataerkil zihniyete dayanan tek tanr\u0131l\u0131 dinlerde kad\u0131n ve erke\u011fin<br \/>\ne\u015fit tutuldu\u011funu tabii ki s\u00f6yleyemeyiz. Ancak bu dinler kendi d\u00f6nemleri<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ba\u015fta kad\u0131n olmak \u00fczere toplumun ahlaki politik d\u00fczeyini<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirmi\u015flerdir. Bozulmalar ve toplum aleyhine kullan\u0131lmalar daha sonra bu<br \/>\ndinlerin iktidar-devlet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc haline getirilmesiyle ya\u015fanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\n21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda AKP\u2019nin \u0130sl\u00e2miyet ad\u0131na uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 politikalara bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman<br \/>\nrahatl\u0131kla diyebiliriz ki \u0130sl\u00e2miyet\u2019in \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f s\u00fcreci olan 6. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki<br \/>\npolitikalar\u0131ndan \u00e7ok daha geridir. O zaman AKP \u015fahs\u0131nda siyasalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, iktidar<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir \u0130slam\u2019la kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fumuz a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle kad\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131nda<br \/>\nbir d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k yarat\u0131l\u0131p t\u00fcm toplum b\u00f6yle bir \u015fiddet sarmal\u0131 i\u00e7ine \u00e7ekilmeye<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yorsa bundan ba\u015fta Erdo\u011fan olmak \u00fczere AKP yetkilileri sorumludur. AKP\u2019nin<br \/>\nmilliyet\u00e7i, mezhep\u00e7i, cinsiyet\u00e7i, kad\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 politikalar\u0131 b\u00f6yle bir insan ve<br \/>\ntoplum ger\u00e7e\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r. Ba\u015fta Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan olmak \u00fczere<br \/>\nAKP yetkililerinin kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131yla ilgili yapt\u0131klar\u0131 her a\u00e7\u0131klama, kad\u0131na<br \/>\ny\u00f6nelik yapt\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanca konu\u015fmalar sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 toplumda kad\u0131n tecav\u00fczc\u00fcleri<br \/>\nve katilleri olarak vermektedir. Siyasi iktidar olan bu ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan<br \/>\nyap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalar ve kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik geli\u015ftiren \u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve cinayetler,<br \/>\nkad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ve cinayetlerin politik oldu\u011funu ortaya<br \/>\nkoymaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fananlar ataerkil zihniyetin, kof erkeklik<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, vah\u015fet dolu siyasi kimli\u011finin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlard\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden tek<br \/>\ntek bireylerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131radan m\u00fcnferit olaylar bi\u00e7iminde ele al\u0131namaz. \u00c7ok<br \/>\nbilin\u00e7lice yap\u0131lan belli bir ideolojiye hizmet eden politikalar\u0131n ortaya<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekliklerdir. E\u011fer<br \/>\ninsanlar, kad\u0131nlar\u0131 par\u00e7alara ay\u0131r\u0131p yak\u0131yorlarsa orada \u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle kendi<br \/>\niktidar\u0131n\u0131 ayakta tutmak isteyen bir iktidar ve onun politikalar\u0131n\u0131n ortaya<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir toplumsal cinnet durumundan bahsedilebilir. Bundan dolay\u0131 da<br \/>\nkad\u0131n cinayetleri politiktir. <span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddetten \u00e7ocuklarda etkilenmektedir. \u015eiddet<br \/>\nsarmal\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcyen, g\u00f6zlerinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde annesi d\u00f6v\u00fclen, \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00e7ocuklar<br \/>\nya\u015famlar\u0131 boyunca bunun etkisinde kalmaktad\u0131rlar. Nefret ve \u015fiddet dolu ortamda<br \/>\nyeti\u015fen \u00e7ocuklar hastal\u0131kl\u0131 bir neslin yeti\u015fmesine neden olmaktad\u0131r.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Sonu\u00e7ta ortaya hastal\u0131kl\u0131 bir toplum<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Hasta toplum, tam da iktidar\u0131n istedi\u011fi g\u00fcd\u00fclebilecek toplum<br \/>\nolmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik erkek egemen zihniyetin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u015fiddet<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden erkeklerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu zarar g\u00f6rmektedir. Zaten ya\u015fananlar ne<br \/>\nd\u00fczeyde zarar g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Bir insan kendi varolu\u015f<br \/>\nger\u00e7e\u011fine bu kadar ters d\u00fc\u015febilir mi, kendisine bu kadar yabanc\u0131 hale gelebilir<br \/>\nmi? Ya\u015fananlardan asl\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekten erkek olma ad\u0131na pek bir \u015feyin kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\ns\u00f6ylenebilir. Kaba g\u00fcce dayal\u0131 olarak kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocu\u011fa \u015fiddet uygulamakla erkek<br \/>\nolunamayaca\u011f\u0131, tersine erkeklikten de, insanl\u0131ktan da ne kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011fu ancak<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddetin, katliamlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilmesi<br \/>\ni\u00e7in her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bir zihniyet ve vicdan devrimine ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.<br \/>\nGeleneksel zihniyet kal\u0131plar\u0131yla ve liberal ideolojilerin ya\u015fam anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla<br \/>\n\u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilemez. Bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilmeden farkl\u0131<br \/>\nyakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n geli\u015femeyece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Bu anlamda en temel sorun zihniyet sorunu<br \/>\nolmaktad\u0131r. Kendindeki kad\u0131n yan\u0131yla bar\u0131\u015f\u0131k olmayan her erkek kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\n\u015fiddet uygulama potansiyeline sahiptir. Kendisiyle ve kar\u015f\u0131 cinsle bar\u0131\u015f\u0131k<br \/>\ninsan\u0131-toplumu in\u015fa etmek gerekmektedir. \u0130ktidar k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn toplumu birbiriyle<br \/>\nsava\u015fan, kavgal\u0131 hale getiren ger\u00e7e\u011fi toplumda \u015fiddetin bu kadar artmas\u0131na yol<br \/>\na\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Bunun \u00f6n\u00fcne de ancak zihniyet alan\u0131nda yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fimlerle<br \/>\nge\u00e7ilebilir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu sorun iktidar-devlet\u00e7i k\u00fclt\u00fcr patentli derneklerle veya sahte<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenemez. Devletten \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm beklemek en gafil yakla\u015f\u0131m olur.<br \/>\nKendi hukukunu bile uygulamayan bir devlet ger\u00e7e\u011fi vard\u0131r. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck<br \/>\nideolojisine dayanan \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerle ve kurumla\u015fmalarla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm konusunda mesafe<br \/>\nal\u0131nabilir. Bu anlamda kad\u0131n\u0131n kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcc\u00fcne dayanan \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem<br \/>\nta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n ne kadar \u00f6rg\u00fctlenirse o kadar g\u00fc\u00e7 haline gelebilir ve kendi<br \/>\ncinsine kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fen her t\u00fcrl\u00fc sald\u0131r\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kendini savunabilir ve<br \/>\nm\u00fccadele edebilir hale gelebilir. Bu anlamda kad\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda kendini<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc k\u0131labilmelidir. Bu bi\u00e7imiyle devleti de daha duyarl\u0131 k\u0131lmaya, hukuki<br \/>\ntedbirler almaya ve uygulamaya zorlayabilir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorununun toplumsal bir sorun oldu\u011funun<br \/>\nbilinciyle erke\u011finde bu sorunu kendi sorunu olarak ele almas\u0131 \u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn<br \/>\n\u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r.
