K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan bunun \u00f6nemini, ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok kereler g\u00fcndeme getirdi. Konuya ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmeler ve perspektifler sundu. O zaman oldu\u011fu kadar bug\u00fcn i\u00e7in de, ileriki s\u00fcre\u00e7ler i\u00e7in de bu de\u011ferlendirmeler \u00f6nemini koruyacakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130slamiyet\u2019in inan\u00e7, ibadet, ahlaki, sosyal, ba\u015fka toplumlar (\u0130slam olmayan topluluklar) ile ili\u015fkileri, genel toplumsal d\u00fczene ili\u015fkin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve bildirimleri Hz. Muhammed d\u00f6neminde benzer bir \u00e7er\u00e7eveye oturtulmu\u015ftu. A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak Medine S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi olarak ifade edilen bu \u0130slami yasalar veya bildirimler \u0130slamiyet\u2019in \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Maddi ya\u015fam\u0131 oldu\u011fu kadar manevi ya\u015fam\u0131 da i\u00e7eren, ikisini b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc ele alan K\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u0130slam Hz. Muhammed\u2019in \u201cbiz ya\u015fam\u0131, zor olan\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 esas ald\u0131k  ifadesinde anlam\u0131n\u0131 bulan bir ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi i\u00e7ermektedir. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle \u0130slamiyet, cahiliye d\u00f6neminin kat\u0131 yasa ve uygulamalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bir devrimdir. Toplumsal ili\u015fkileri maddi ve manevi boyutlar\u0131yla ahlaki ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, sosyal ve siyasal, ticari ve hukuksal bir d\u00fczene, somut bir \u00e7er\u00e7eveye kavu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yan\u0131yla topluluklar aras\u0131, \u0130slam d\u0131\u015f\u0131 topluluk ve toplumlara kar\u015f\u0131 bir ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc ve sayg\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n temel bir ger\u00e7e\u011fidir. \u00d6zellikle Yahudi, H\u0131ristiyan vb. inan\u00e7lara sayg\u0131 esas\u0131yla bir yakla\u015f\u0131m s\u00f6z konusudur. Kendisinden olmayana kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k, d\u0131\u015ftalama, kabul etmeme k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u0130slamiyet\u2019le ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamaz. Farkl\u0131 mezhepler, inan\u00e7lar, de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131, vb. \u00e7eli\u015fkiye ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmeden birbirine sayg\u0131 temelinde bir arada ya\u015fama zemini, ortam\u0131 ve ko\u015fullar\u0131 dahilinde ya\u015fam hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Bu anlay\u0131\u015f k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n da kabul etti\u011fi bir zenginliktir. <\/p>\n<p>Her inan\u0131\u015f kendi i\u00e7inde ibadet, de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131, moral, manevi, ruhsal, maddi vb. de\u011ferler sistemiyle kendisini ya\u015famsalla\u015ft\u0131rma hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne sahiptir. T\u00fcm inan\u00e7lar tarihi-toplumsal ko\u015fullar i\u00e7inde v\u00fccut bulmu\u015flard\u0131r. \u0130slamiyet de kendini var edip geli\u015ftirmenin uzun m\u00fccadelesini vermi\u015ftir. \u0130slamiyet\u2019in toplumlarca kabul edilmesinden sonra kendi i\u00e7indeki yorumlar\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bir bak\u0131ma iktidar imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 noktas\u0131nda i\u00e7 sorunlar\u0131 farkl\u0131 yorumlamalar, \u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7eli\u015fkileri, \u0130slamiyet\u2019in iktidarc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze do\u011fru siyasal \u0130slam olarak M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131 y\u00f6netmede hayli mesafe kateden islamik siyasi partiler en \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n temelleriyle oynamaktad\u0131r. \u0130ktidarlar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rmada en \u00e7ok \u0130slami arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131 kullanan ba\u015fta AKP olmak \u00fczere \u0130ran, M\u0131s\u0131r, Suudi ve K\u00f6rfez devletleri halklar\u0131 bu y\u00f6ntemle adeta t\u00fcm toplumsal, siyasal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler, temel insani haklar vs. ya\u015famsal konularda tepkisiz, \u00f6rg\u00fcts\u00fcz hale getirmi\u015f durumdalar. En \u00e7ok da bu g\u00fcncel durum i\u00e7in oldu\u011fu kadar stratejik olarak da \u0130slamiyet\u2019i esas \u00f6z\u00fcyle bulu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderli\u011fi\u2019nin \u00f6nerdi\u011fi Demokratik \u0130slam Kongresi\u2019nin Amed\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesiyle bu yolda ciddi bir ad\u0131m at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu. Halen bu yolda at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u00e7ok ad\u0131m oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle S\u00fcnni \u0130slam kesimlerde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc istismara u\u011frat\u0131lan \u0130slamiyet\u2019in esas karakterinin toplumlara \u00f6z\u00fcmsetilmesi ve bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n etkili hale getirilmesi t\u00fcm kesimlerin sorumlulu\u011fundan ka\u00e7amayacaklar\u0131 bir g\u00f6revdir. <\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz Ortado\u011fu\u2019sunda halklar\u0131n, farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7 ve mezheplerin birbirini bo\u011fazlamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00fc\u00e7lerce d\u00fc\u011fmeye \u00e7oktan bas\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortadayken, demokratik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00f6z\u00fcyle bulu\u015fmu\u015f bir \u0130slamiyet\u2019in ya\u015famda etkili k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. \u0130slamiyet\u2019i do\u011fu\u015f-geli\u015fim d\u00f6nemindeki \u00f6z\u00fcyle ya\u015fayan halklard\u0131r. Bu nedenle M\u00fcsl\u00fcman halklar\u0131n iktidarc\u0131-siyasal \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n kurbanlar\u0131 haline getirilmemesi \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130nanan, inan\u00e7 sahibi M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ba\u015fka inan\u00e7taki toplumlara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7eli\u015fkisi, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn DA\u0130\u015e denen toplama \u00e7etelerin iplerini ellerinde tutan hegemonik g\u00fc\u00e7ler, iktidarc\u0131 \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 bu noktaya getiren as\u0131l sorumlulard\u0131r. Bu zihniyete kar\u015f\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda kararl\u0131 ve bilin\u00e7li bir duru\u015f sergilemek her demokrat, yurtsever ve devrimci sosyalistin temel bir sorunudur.
