Her y\u0131l oldu\u011fu gibi bu y\u0131l da okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk hafta okullara gidilmeyerek boykot edilecek. Boykotun ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc de her il ve il\u00e7ede aileler \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla birlikte Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri \u00f6n\u00fcne y\u00fcr\u00fcyecek.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3704-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tOkul a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015flar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131yor. Her y\u0131l oldu\u011fu gibi bu y\u0131l da okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk hafta okullara gidilmeyerek boykot edilecek. Boykotun ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc de her il ve il\u00e7ede aileler \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla birlikte Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri \u00f6n\u00fcne y\u00fcr\u00fcyecek. Bir haftal\u0131k boykotlar anadilde e\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131 istemek i\u00e7in bir sembol protestosu olsa da \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n anadilde e\u011fitim istedi\u011fini ortaya koymas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan boykotun ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 gerekir. Bu nedenle sembol bir boykottur, bir protestodur deyip ge\u00e7ilmeyecek kadar de\u011ferli bir eylemdir. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrtler bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. T\u00fcrk devletinin s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fi siyasi egemenlik, ekonomik s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve talanla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. D\u00fcnyada hi\u00e7bir yerde g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyecek bi\u00e7imde esas hedef k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131md\u0131r. K\u00fcrtleri asimilasyon ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131mla T\u00fcrkle\u015ftirip K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 T\u00fcrk ulusla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131lma alan\u0131 haline getirmek ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Bu nedenle en insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci egemenlik bi\u00e7imidir. Bu s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik nedeniyle d\u00fcnyada g\u00f6r\u00fclmedik zul\u00fcm, i\u015fkence ve \u00f6zel sava\u015f K\u00fcrtler \u00fczerinde uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle K\u00fcrtlerin \u00fczerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kirli sava\u015f, kirlinin kirlisi bir kirli sava\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sava\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctenler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc sahiplenmek, anadilini korumak en b\u00fcy\u00fck su\u00e7tur. Okullar a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak bir haftal\u0131k boykot bu nedenle \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m ama\u00e7l\u0131 t\u00fcm uygulamalara da verilmi\u015f bir cevap olacakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk devletinin K\u00fcrtleri k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131ma u\u011fratma amac\u0131 olmasayd\u0131 K\u00fcrt sorunu \u015fimdiye kadar y\u00fcz defa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcrd\u00fc. \u00c7o\u011fu insan bu sorun neden \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclm\u00fcyor diye soruyor  ya da rasyonel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bu kadar ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131ktan sonra bu sorun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcr diyor. Ama sorun bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclm\u00fcyor. Bu da bir\u00e7ok insan\u0131 \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131yor  ya da hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na u\u011frat\u0131yor. Daha do\u011frusu T\u00fcrk devletinin s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci egemenli\u011finin karakterini tam anlamad\u0131klar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn nedenini anlayam\u0131yorlar. Hatta devlet ve h\u00fckmet m\u00fccadele kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda zorlan\u0131p baz\u0131 palyatif ad\u0131mlar at\u0131nca bu sorun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclecek gibi kendini kand\u0131rmalar ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrk devletinin K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fc yok etme stratejisi anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131yor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da d\u00fcnyada bu t\u00fcr sorunlar \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re burada da \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcr diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor. En k\u00f6t\u00fcs\u00fc de T\u00fcrk devleti bu d\u00fcnya ve b\u00f6lge ko\u015fullar\u0131nda bu politikay\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctemez, bu sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zer yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla toplum m\u00fccadelesiz b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yor. M\u00fccadelesiz ve direni\u015fsiz K\u00fcrt sorunu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f gibi bir alg\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131larak k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 T\u00fcrk devlet politikas\u0131na hizmet ediliyor. <\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderinin ve \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi&#8217;nin politikalar\u0131n\u0131 derinli\u011fine anlamayanlar, sanki m\u00fccadelesiz K\u00fcrt sorunu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f gibi kendini ve toplumu aldatmaktad\u0131rlar. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bir haftal\u0131k okul boykotu \u00f6nemlidir. M\u00fccadele edilmeden ve tutum konulmadan anadilde e\u011fitim olunmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in de bir haftal\u0131k boykotun \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc ve etkili geli\u015ftirilmesi gerekir. Hemen bug\u00fcnden ba\u015flamak \u00fczere halkla toplant\u0131lar ve seminerler yap\u0131lmal\u0131. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yol ve y\u00f6ntem devreye konularak bir haftal\u0131k boykot g\u00fcndemle\u015ftirilmeli ve toplum bu boykota duyarl\u0131 hale getirilmelidir. Sadece \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar yetmez, boykotun neden \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu da yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imde ortaya koymak gerekir. <\/p>\n<p>Okul boykotu tabii ki sadece baz\u0131 kurumlar\u0131n g\u00f6revi de\u011fildir. Okul boykotuna t\u00fcm kurumlar\u0131n ve toplumun kat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Her kurumun okul boykotunu ciddiye almas\u0131 ve boykotun g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gerekir. Yoksa duyars\u0131zl\u0131k ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 bir haftal\u0131k boykotun b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nemini anlamad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 okula g\u00f6nderebiliyor. Halbuki bu boykot K\u00fcrt ve yurtsever olman\u0131n s\u0131nav\u0131d\u0131r. Bir haftal\u0131k boykot i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmadan, bu boykotun ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ge\u00e7mesine katk\u0131 sunmadan kim kendisine K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcm ve yurtseverim diyebilir. Bir haftal\u0131k okul boykotu yap\u0131lmayacak, ama kendisine K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcm ve yurtseverim denilecek! Diline sahiplenilmeden nas\u0131l K\u00fcrt ve yurtsever olunacak! Okul boykotu yap\u0131lmadan diline ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne sahiplenilemez. Bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrt\u00e7e konu\u015fabilirsin, ama okul boykotu yapmaz, anadilde e\u011fitim m\u00fccadelesine kat\u0131lmazsan, yar\u0131n bu dil de konu\u015fulmaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m de\u011firmeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Anadilde e\u011fitim olmadan da bu soyk\u0131r\u0131m de\u011firmeni durdurulamaz. <\/p>\n<p>Okul boykotu her \u015feyden \u00f6nce K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bir tutumudur. Bu tutum olduk\u00e7a direni\u015f her zaman olur ve m\u00fccadele sonu\u00e7 al\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan boykot K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n kendi kimli\u011fiyle \u00f6zg\u00fcr ve demokratik ya\u015fam\u0131nda \u0131srar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. E\u011fer \u0130mral\u0131\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler oluyor, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreci var deyip boykota zay\u0131f yakla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rsa bu \u0130mral\u0131\u2019daki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri de zay\u0131flat\u0131r. Devletin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcrecine girmesini de sa\u011flayamaz. Nitekim devlet ve AKP hala bu s\u00fcrece girmiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc toplum K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderinin \u00e7abalar\u0131na gereken deste\u011fi vermiyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla okul boykotu da K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderinin \u00e7abalar\u0131na verilecek en b\u00fcy\u00fck destek olacakt\u0131r. Yoksa \u0130mral\u0131\u2019daki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere kulak kabartmak, hi\u00e7 m\u00fccadele verilmeden sonu\u00e7 al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sanmak kendini kand\u0131rmak, en ba\u015fta da K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan \u00e7abalar\u0131na yanl\u0131\u015f yakla\u015fmakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n oldu\u011fu ve gerilla g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin T\u00fcrkiye s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lan okul boykotu istenilen d\u00fczeyde olamad\u0131. \u00c7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131zl\u0131k ortam\u0131n\u0131n rehaveti okul boykotuna da yans\u0131d\u0131. Okul boykotuna zay\u0131f yakla\u015f\u0131m s\u00fcrece ne kadar yan\u0131lg\u0131l\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Sanki tutumsuz ve m\u00fccadelesiz \u0130mral\u0131\u2019daki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sonu\u00e7 al\u0131r gibi yan\u0131lg\u0131l\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m en somut bi\u00e7imde kendini okul boykotunda g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Bu yan\u0131lg\u0131l\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da bu y\u0131lki okul boykotuna g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc haz\u0131rlanmak ve boykotu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan, halk\u0131n pasifle\u015ftirilmesinden s\u00f6z etmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle demokratik siyasetin s\u00f6ylem ve tutumunun buna yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulamaktad\u0131r. \u0130mral\u0131\u2019ya giden heyete bunu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu de\u011ferlendirmeyle \u0130mral\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerine yanl\u0131\u015f yakla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor  toplum m\u00fccadelesiz b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yor mesaj\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece kendi pasif ve eylemsiz tutumlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00d6nderli\u011fe mal edenlere de cevap vermi\u015ftir. Abdullah \u00d6calan K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi&#8217;ni de pasif kalmak ve m\u00fccadele g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc harekete ge\u00e7irmemekle ele\u015ftirmektedir. Bu ele\u015ftiriler bile okul boykotuna nas\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Bir haftal\u0131k okul boykotunun g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yap\u0131lmas\u0131, K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n ele\u015ftirilerine verilmi\u015f bir cevap olacakt\u0131r. Okul boykotu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ge\u00e7erse K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda mutlaka at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir dedi\u011fi ad\u0131mlar\u0131n da at\u0131lmas\u0131na g\u00fc\u00e7 verilmi\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Okul boykotu b\u00f6yle kritik bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecektir. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderiyle yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin nereye evrilece\u011fi b\u00f6yle bir ayda belli olacakt\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan okul boykotuna herkes ve herkesim sorumlu yakla\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r. Demokratik siyasal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme demokratik eylemliliklerle g\u00fc\u00e7 verilmelidir. Bunun en etkili yollar\u0131ndan biri de g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir okul boykotu yapmakt\u0131r. Bir haftal\u0131k okul boykotu sadece tek bir siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn tutumu ve eylemi olamaz. T\u00fcm siyasi gruplar ve yurtsever \u015fahsiyetler de bu okul boykotuna ortak edilmelidir. Derhal bu t\u00fcr kurumlar ve \u015fahsiyetlerle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmeli, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir okul boykotu i\u00e7in ortakla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fteki partiler, dernekler, kurumlar ve \u015fahsiyetler olarak a\u00e7\u0131klama yaparak okul boykotu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulunurlar. B\u00f6yle bir ortak \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 da okul boykotunun g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ge\u00e7mesini sa\u011flar ve devlete g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir mesaj verilmi\u015f olur. Bu da demokratik siyasal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir.<\/p>\n<p>Dil kurumlar\u0131, dernekleri, E\u011fitim-Sen gibi kurulu\u015flar da bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin merkezinde yer al\u0131r. Di\u011fer toplumsal kesimleri harekete ge\u00e7irmede sorumluluk \u00fcstlenirler. Okul boykotunun \u00f6nemini topluma anlatma, bas\u0131n yoluyla toplumu bilgilendirme sorumlulu\u011funu \u00fcstlenirler. Anadilde e\u011fitim konusundaki tutum en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bi\u00e7imde b\u00f6yle verilir. <\/p>\n<p>Ku\u015fkusuz sadece okul boykotu yetmez, alternatif okullar da a\u00e7mak \u00f6nemlidir. Devletten beklemeden de toplumun g\u00fcc\u00fcyle okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 okul boykotunu daha fazla g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir. Yeni okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131nda toplumsal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler rol oynamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bir\u00e7ok insan bir araya getirilerek toplumun imkanlar\u0131 seferber edilerek bir\u00e7ok okul a\u00e7\u0131labilir. Bu y\u0131lki boykot b\u00f6yle g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilirse gelecekte t\u00fcmden anadile e\u011fitim yapmaya kavu\u015fma yolunda iyi bir m\u00fccadele verilmi\u015f olur. Bu konuda \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur. <\/p>\n<p>Bu boykotta tabii ki ailelere b\u00fcy\u00fck sorumluluklar d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu boykotun ilk\u00f6\u011fretim boyutu \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bunda da aileler \u00f6nemli role sahiptir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6zellikle kendine yurtsever diyen aileler, anadilde e\u011fitim isteyen aileler K\u00fcrt sorununun demokratik siyasal yoldan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc isteyen aileler bu boykota sorumlu yakla\u015fmal\u0131 ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 bir hafta okullara g\u00f6ndermemelidirler.<\/p>\n<p>Okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 boykotun ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnde de \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla birlikte il ve il\u00e7e m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinin \u00f6n\u00fcne y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yapmal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Yurtseverli\u011fin bir g\u00f6revi de anadilde e\u011fitim iste\u011fini ortaya koyan, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131ma tav\u0131r koyan okul boykotuna kat\u0131lmakt\u0131r. Okul boykotuna kat\u0131l\u0131nmadan K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcm ve yurtseverim demenin samimiyeti olamaz. Bu y\u0131lki boykotun demokratik siyasi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm i\u00e7in rol\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011fundan t\u00fcm aileleri ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 okul boykotuna kat\u0131lmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yoruz.
