K\u00fcrtlerin<br \/>\nbilinen ilk \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcd\u00fcr. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong><span>2-K\u00fcrt Teav\u00fcn ve Terakki Cemiyeti<br \/>\n(Yard\u0131mla\u015fma ve \u0130lerleme): <\/span><\/strong><span>19<br \/>\nEyl\u00fcl<strong> <\/strong><\/span>1908\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019da<br \/>\nkurulur. Yasal s\u0131n\u0131rlar i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctmeyi hedefler. Cemiyet \u0130ttihat<br \/>\nve Terakki ile yak\u0131n ili\u015fkide olur. Tan\u0131nan \u00fcyeleri  Emin Ali Bedirxan, \u015eeyh<br \/>\nAbdulkadir, \u015eerif Pa\u015fa, Ahmet Z\u00fclfik. K\u00fcrt Teavun ve Teraki Gazetesi ad\u0131nda bir<br \/>\ngazete \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rlar. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>3<\/strong>-25 Eyl\u00fcl<br \/>\n1908\u2019de \u0130stanbul, bir <strong>K\u00fcrt Lokali<\/strong><br \/>\nresmi olarak a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong><span>4-K\u00fcrt Ne\u015fri Maarif Cemiyeti:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nAma\u00e7 e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ama\u00e7la \u0130stanbul\u2019da K\u00fcrt \u00c7ocuklar\u0131<br \/>\ni\u00e7in bir okul a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Cemiyetin kurucu \u00fcyelerinden olan Abdurrahman Bedirxan,<br \/>\nHalil Hayali, K\u00e2tipzade Cemil ve Ahmet Ramiz daha sonra bu cemiyet b\u00fcnyesinde<br \/>\nbir de bas\u0131mevi a\u00e7arlar. Cemiyet daha \u00e7ok Osmanl\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde halklar\u0131 birlikte<br \/>\ne\u015fitlik temelinde tutmak ama\u00e7l\u0131 idi. \u201cMe\u015fruiyet Okulu  olarak bilinen bu<br \/>\nCemiyetin ayn\u0131 zamanda kurduklar\u0131 bir K\u00fcrt bas\u0131m evleri de vard\u0131. 1909da<br \/>\nkapat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong><span>5-<\/span><\/strong><span>1910 Y\u0131l\u0131\u2019nda<strong> Te\u015fkilati<br \/>\n\u0130\u015ftimaiye Cemiyeti<\/strong><\/span> <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong><span>6-K\u00fcrdistan M\u00fchipleri Sevenler Cemiyeti:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n1912\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019da a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Dersimli Malla X\u0131d\u0131r\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etti\u011fi Nuri<br \/>\nDersim\u2019in aktif kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 dernek, \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki K\u00fcrtler aras\u0131nda dayan\u0131\u015fma<br \/>\nsa\u011flamay\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcr. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong><span>7-C\u0131vata Talebeyi Kurda (Hevi):<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n1912\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019da kurulur. Kurucular\u0131 Z\u0131nar Silopi, \u00d6mer Cemil, Van<br \/>\nMilletvekili Cemil Beyin o\u011flu Fuat Temo, Memduh Selim Bey\u2019dir. Bu cemiyetin<br \/>\nyay\u0131n organ\u0131 Yekbun\u2019dur. Yine Hatewi Kurd yani K\u00fcrtlerin Gelece\u011fi diye ba\u015fka<br \/>\nbir dergileri de vard\u0131r. Bu dergi hem Kurmanci, hem Soranice, hem de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e<br \/>\nyay\u0131n yapar. Yine cemiyetin Kurd Teavun ve Terakki diye bir de gazetesi vard\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">S\u00fcleymaniyeli Abd\u00fclkerim Bey, 1913\u2019te bu cemiyet b\u00fcnyesinde<br \/>\nRoja Kurd ve yar\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7e olan Jin dergisini \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131r. Jin Dergisi\u2019nin T\u00fcrk\u00e7e<br \/>\nB\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019ne yazanlar ise Anayasa Prof. Babanzade \u0130. Hakk\u0131, Vanl\u0131 Memduh Selim,<br \/>\nBitlisli Ziya Bey\u2019dir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>8-K\u00fcrt Millet<br \/>\nF\u0131rkas\u0131, K\u00fcrt Te\u015fkilat-\u0131 \u0130\u00e7timaiye:<\/strong> Bu dernekte Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n izin verdi\u011fi<br \/>\n\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctme amac\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fctmektedir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>9-K\u00fcrdistan Teali<br \/>\nCemiyeti (K\u00fcrdistan Y\u00fckselme Derne\u011fi):<\/strong> 1918\u2019de kurulur. Ba\u015fkan\u0131<br \/>\nAbdulkadir\u2019dir. Derne\u011fin toplam 19 \u015fubesi a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Daha sonra iki kola ayr\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\nBir kolun ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 Abdulrezzak Bedirxan \u00e7eker -bunlar ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131,- bir kolun<br \/>\nba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ise Abdulkadir \u00e7eker bunlar otonomiyi savunur. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>10-K\u00fcrt Kad\u0131nlar\u0131<br \/>\nTeali Cemiyeti:<\/strong> 1919\u2019da kurulur. Ancak \u00e7ok erkenden kapat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>11<\/strong>-1919 Y\u0131l\u0131\u2019nda <strong>K\u00fcrt Tamimi Maarife ve Ne\u015friyat Cemiyeti<\/strong>,<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan Teali Cemiyeti\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak kuruldu.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>12-K\u00fcrt Amele Partisi<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>13-K\u00fcrdistan Te\u015frimi<br \/>\nMesai Cemiyeti <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>14-Cihanzani<br \/>\nCemiyeti, 1912 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130ran\u2019da kurulur. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>15-\u0130stihlasi<br \/>\nKurdistan (Kurdistan\u2019\u0131n Kurtulu\u015fu<\/strong>), 1912 y\u0131l\u0131nda kuruldu. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\nba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunan bir cemiyet. (Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistan)<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>16-M\u00fccadele F\u0131rkas\u0131-<br \/>\nL\u00fctfi Fikri, \u0130ttihat\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 kurulur. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u0130lk K\u00fcrt Okulunu yukar\u0131da dile gelen Cemiyetler taraf\u0131ndan 4<br \/>\nKas\u0131m 1913 Xoy \u015fehrinde, 29 \u00f6\u011frenci ile ba\u015flayan ve K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019yi Kiril<br \/>\nAlfabesi\u2019yle yazm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131n\u0131 da belirtelim. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu cemiyetler i\u00e7erisinde en \u00f6nemli olan\u0131 1914\u2019te kurulan<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt Teali Cemiyeti\u2019dir. Dayand\u0131klar\u0131 temel ilke  <em>\u201ce\u011fer ama\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131za ula\u015fmak istiyorsak, b\u00fcy\u00fck devletlerle ba\u011flant\u0131<br \/>\nkurmak zorunluluktur. Ne de olsa bu devletler de Wilson Prensipleri\u2019ne g\u00f6re<br \/>\nhareket ediyorlar. Bizim de s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya bu prensiplere sar\u0131lmam\u0131z gerekiyor <\/em><br \/>\nmant\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrt ileri gelenlerini beklentiye sokan bu durum: ABD\u2019nin Ba\u015fkan\u0131<br \/>\nolan Wilson\u2019un sundu\u011fu deklarasyonun be\u015finci maddesinde <em>\u201cS\u00f6m\u00fcrgelerin \u00f6zg\u00fcr, a\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc ve mutlak tarafs\u0131z bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla ele<br \/>\nal\u0131nmal\u0131, bu t\u00fcr egemenlik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde ilgili halklar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131<br \/>\nile egemenli\u011fi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan devletin adil taleplerinin e\u015fit a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131<br \/>\nilkesine kesinlikle uyulmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/em>  diye sarf etti\u011fi s\u00f6zlerdi. Bu bir\u00e7ok<br \/>\n\u00e7evreye umut vermi\u015fti. \u00d6yle ki ileriki y\u0131llarda Lenin  Wilson\u2019un bu<br \/>\ndeklarasyonunda dile gelenleri daha ileriye ta\u015f\u0131yarak <em>\u201cHalklar\u0131n Kaderlerinin Tayin Hakk\u0131  <\/em>olarak Ulus Devleti her bir<br \/>\nhalk i\u00e7in zorunlu olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini dile getirmi\u015fti. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Binba\u015f\u0131 Noel, bu beklentili ve d\u0131\u015fa bel ba\u011flayan ruh halini<br \/>\nde\u011ferlendirirken \u015f\u00f6yle demektedir<em>: <span>\u201cBa\u015fkan Wilson\u2019un \u2018herkes istedi\u011fini<br \/>\nyaps\u0131n\u2019, haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp bo\u015fa umut veren prensibi b\u00fct\u00fcn p\u0131r\u0131lt\u0131lar\u0131yla ufuktan<br \/>\ny\u00fckselmektedir. Osmanl\u0131 K\u00fcrtleri avazlar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar ba\u011f\u0131r\u0131rlarsa, Wilson\u2019un<br \/>\nkendilerini duyaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019\u0131 kendi ba\u015flar\u0131na veya k\u00f6t\u00fc y\u00f6netmelerine<br \/>\nizin verece\u011fini, T\u00fcrklerle payla\u015fmalar\u0131 gerekmeden \u015fi\u015fmanlamaya devam<br \/>\netmelerini sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 san\u0131yorlar.  <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>Bir parantez a\u00e7arak<br \/>\nWilson\u2019a d\u00f6n\u00fck bir iki hususu dile getirelim. Noel\u2019in yukar\u0131da ifade etti\u011fi<br \/>\ns\u00f6zleri hakl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karan ba\u015fka bir veri ise bizatihi <em>\u201cWilson\u2019un Devlet<br \/>\nSekreteri, Robert Lansing\u2019un \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, \u201ckendi kaderini tayin etme ilkesi<br \/>\nbir\u00e7o\u011funa yanl\u0131\u015f umut verecekti  s\u00f6zleridir. <\/em><\/span><em>Wilson\u2019un ulus anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 olduk\u00e7a \u00f6zeldi. Daha belirgin bir \u015fekilde, onun<br \/>\nAmerikan ulusu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 Amerikal\u0131 K\u0131z\u0131lderililer ile Amerikal\u0131 Afrikal\u0131lar\u0131<br \/>\nd\u0131\u015fl\u0131yor ve yaln\u0131zca Avrupa k\u00f6kenli Amerikal\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7eriyordu (<\/em><strong>Ambrosius<\/strong><em> 2002). Wilson\u2019un kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc ulus ve demokrasi anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131 onun<br \/>\negemenlik tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131t\u0131r. Wilson egemenli\u011fin \u201ct\u00fcm vatanda\u015flara de\u011fil,<br \/>\nonlar\u0131n siyasal liderli\u011fine dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131  ve \u201chi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde b\u00f6l\u00fcnmez ve kesin<br \/>\nbir \u015feyse, s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z g\u00fc\u00e7 de\u011filse, egemenlik toplumun g\u00fc\u00e7leriyle ayn\u0131 de\u011fildir  <\/em>(<strong>Uluslar\u0131n Kendi Kaderini Tayin Etme Hakk\u0131:<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019a Yak\u0131ndan Bir Bak\u0131\u015f,<\/strong> Robbyn M\u0131chelle Usherwood) s\u00f6zleri de<br \/>\ng\u00f6stermektedir ki, Wilson ger\u00e7ekten de bir\u00e7ok halka umut vermi\u015f, ancak esasen<br \/>\ntemsil etti\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde bug\u00fcne kadar bilindi\u011fi gibi demokratik<br \/>\nkriterler ta\u015f\u0131mam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eu c\u00fcmleler dile getirmek istediklerimizi daha \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131<br \/>\nbir \u015fekilde ifade etmektedir: <em>\u201cWilson,<br \/>\nAvrupal\u0131 ve beyaz olmayan \u0131rk\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 bir seviyede g\u00f6r\u00fcyordu. Benzer \u015fekilde,<br \/>\nAvrupa k\u00f6kenli halklar aras\u0131nda da \u0131rksal hiyerar\u015finin oldu\u011funa inanmaktayd\u0131. (<\/em><strong>Sluga<\/strong><em> 2005) <\/em> <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu konulara ili\u015fkin yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tezin giri\u015finde Robbyn M\u0131chelle<br \/>\nUsherwood aynen \u015funlar\u0131 ifade etmektedir: <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><em>\u201cBu tez, I. D\u00fcnya<br \/>\nSava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra bir Orta Do\u011fu toplumu olarak \u00f6zellikle K\u00fcrtler ba\u011flam\u0131nda<br \/>\nuluslar\u0131n kendi kaderini tayin etme ilkesini ele almaktat\u0131r. Sava\u015f Avusturya-<br \/>\nMacaristan, Osmanl\u0131 ve Rus \u0130mparatorluklar\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kalkmas\u0131 ve akabinde<br \/>\nkendi kaderini tayin etme ilkesinin sonucu olarak, egemen siyasal birim haline<br \/>\ngelen varl\u0131klar\u0131n, yani, ulus-devletlerin kurulu\u015fu ve y\u00fckseli\u015fi ile sonu\u00e7land\u0131.<br \/>\nBu ilke insanlar\u0131n kimin taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilmek istiyorlarsa y\u00f6neticilerini<br \/>\nkendilerinin belirlemesi gerekti\u011fi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na i\u015faret eden, Amerika Birle\u015fik<br \/>\nDevletleri\u2019nin yirmi-sekizinci Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Woodrow Wilson taraf\u0131ndan ilan<br \/>\nedildi. S\u00f6z konusu ara\u015ft\u0131rma tamamland\u0131ktan sonra, a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir ki,<br \/>\nB\u00fcy\u00fck G\u00fc\u00e7ler (Fransa, \u0130talya, Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k ve Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri)<br \/>\nuluslar\u0131n kendi kaderini tayin etme ilkesini uygulamada se\u00e7iciydiler. I. D\u00fcnya<br \/>\nSava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bitiminde kendi kaderini tayin etme ilkesini uygulamadaki se\u00e7icili\u011fi<br \/>\ng\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in \u0130ran, Irak, Suriye ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki K\u00fcrt toplumuyla ilgili bir<br \/>\nalan ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Bu tez, I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtlerin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve hatta \u00f6zerkli\u011fini yads\u0131mak i\u00e7in nihai karar\u0131<br \/>\nverenler aras\u0131nda bulunan \u0131rksal tarafgirli\u011fi tart\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bunun yerine,<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtler d\u00f6rt devlet aras\u0131nda b\u00f6l\u00fcnd\u00fcler ve gelecekte ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 elde<br \/>\netme \u015fanslar\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131ran bir bask\u0131 bi\u00e7imi i\u00e7inde ya\u015famay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcler. <\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Nitekim b\u00f6yle oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in direni\u015fe ge\u00e7en bir\u00e7ok halk\u0131n<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f, g\u00f6r\u00fclmemenin de \u00f6tesinde ilgisizlikle<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f ve ortada b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Birinci Payla\u015f\u0131m Sava\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6rece\u011fimiz<br \/>\ngibi bu konuda en \u00e7ok aldananlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda ise K\u00fcrtler gelmektedir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yerde devam edersek: 1898 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kahire\u2019de<br \/>\nMithat Bedirxan taraf\u0131ndan K\u00fcrdistan Gazetesi \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi Amid-i Sevda ve<br \/>\nPeyam ad\u0131nda dergiler \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcm bu derneklerde ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlerde yerini<br \/>\nalanlar, K\u00fcrt Aristokratlar\u0131d\u0131r. Beylerin, M\u00eerlerin, \u015eeyhlerin, A\u011falar\u0131n \u015f\u00f6yle<br \/>\nya da b\u00f6yle K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f olan direni\u015f liderlerinin ya \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 ya da<br \/>\nakrabalar\u0131d\u0131r. Belki o g\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fartlar itibariyle b\u00f6yle olmas\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131r.<br \/>\nLakin bizim de bu durumu masaya yat\u0131rmam\u0131z\u0131n ayn\u0131 oranda anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bab\u0131\u00e2li\u2019nin fideli\u011finde geli\u015fen mektepliler-niyetlerin<br \/>\n\u00f6tesinde-biraz Osmanl\u0131 olacaklard\u0131r. Kald\u0131 ki s\u0131n\u0131f karakteri itibariyle bu<br \/>\nkesimler kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na g\u00f6re hareket edeceklerdir. Karakterleri gere\u011fi d\u0131\u015fa<br \/>\nbel ba\u011flamaya yatk\u0131n olacak ve kendilerine g\u00fcvenleri az olacakt\u0131r. Balkanlardaki<br \/>\ndurum ise tehlikededir. Yunanistan 1821, Bulgaristan 1878, Romanya 1881,<br \/>\nArnavutluk 1911-12 y\u0131llar\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131lardan koparak ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ilan<br \/>\netmi\u015flerdir. Giderek Trakya\u2019ya do\u011fru da bir gerileme durumu s\u00f6z konusudur.<br \/>\nAvrupa\u2019da ya\u015fanan bu hezimet esasta t\u00fcm cephelerde ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Araplar\u0131n<br \/>\nCo\u011frafyas\u0131 derken Trablusgarp ve bir\u00e7ok cephede yenilgi \u00fczerine yenilgiler<br \/>\nya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Asker k\u00f6kenli ittihat\u00e7\u0131lar ile Selanik\u2019te ya\u015fayan Yahudi d\u00f6nme<br \/>\nve \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131lar bu gidi\u015fi iyi tespit ettikleri i\u00e7in hedef y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc Anadolu\u2019ya<br \/>\n\u00e7evirmi\u015flerdir. Anadolu\u2019ya nas\u0131l yerle\u015filece\u011finin bir\u00e7ok plan ve program\u0131n\u0131 da<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirmektedirler. Hicaz, Necd,<br \/>\nAsir ve ba\u015fka b\u00f6lgelerde de bu y\u00f6renin ileri gelenleri \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n<br \/>\ny\u00f6netimine kar\u015f\u0131 sert bir tav\u0131r al\u0131rlar. Bu direni\u015flerde yer yer Arap ve K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nLiderleri\u2019nin bir araya geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen tarih\u00e7iler bile vard\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Dikkat edersek  yukar\u0131da dile getirdi\u011fimiz isyan ve<br \/>\ndireni\u015fler Birinci D\u00fcnya Payla\u015f\u0131m Sava\u015f\u0131 \u00f6ncesidir. \u00d6yle san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi<br \/>\n\u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar olduklar\u0131 gibi kabul edilmemi\u015flerdir. Osmanl\u0131lar\u0131 ve belki de buna -Almanlar\u0131<br \/>\nda eklemek gerekir- y\u0131kmak i\u00e7in, Osmanl\u0131lar\u0131n ve Almanlar\u0131n K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da<br \/>\ns\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcp at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyordu. Bu durumda Ermenileri Alman Rohrbach<br \/>\nb\u00fcy\u00fck bir tehlike g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in tasfiye edilmelerini \u00f6nerir. T\u00fcm\u00fc yak\u0131l\u0131p y\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nTuhaf gelebilir ancak Ruslar\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fc birlikleri Asuri ve Ermeni Halk\u0131\u2019ndan<br \/>\ninsanlard\u0131r. Tarih\u00e7iler Ermenilere yap\u0131lan bu katliamlardan \u2013K\u00fcrt Egemenleri,<br \/>\nHamidiye Alaylar\u0131 ve \u00e7ete yap\u0131lar\u0131n yer ald\u0131klar\u0131ndan- dolay\u0131 bu yak\u0131p<br \/>\ny\u0131kmalarda en etkili roll\u00fcn Ermeni \u00c7eteleri\u2019nce yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemeleridir. Ve nitekim Ruslar\u0131n b\u00f6ylesine katliamc\u0131<br \/>\nve bast\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 pratiklerinden dolay\u0131 halen bug\u00fcn bile \u201cRuslar geliyor  denildi\u011finde<br \/>\n\u201cUrus t\u00ean  diyerek hem korku hem de nefret g\u00f6sterileri eksik olmuyor. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ruslar K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a y\u00f6neli\u015flerini sadece Kuzey ve G\u00fcney<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019la s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 tutmuyor. Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a ise daha etkili bir \u015fekilde<br \/>\ngiriyorlar. 1915 Y\u0131l\u0131\u2019nda \u0130ran \u00fczerine, Ruslar ve \u0130ngilizler antla\u015ft\u0131ktan<br \/>\nsonra, Ruslar 1916 Y\u0131l\u0131\u2019nda Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n Kerman\u015fah, \u015eenada\u011f, Sawu\u00e7\u2019a kadar<br \/>\nuzan\u0131r. Nerede Almanlar ve Osmanl\u0131lar varsa orada Ruslar mutlaka bunlar\u0131 s\u00f6k\u00fcp<br \/>\natmak i\u00e7in sald\u0131r\u0131ya ge\u00e7iyorlar. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ruslar bunlar\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n farkl\u0131 yerlerinde yaparken,<br \/>\n\u0130ngilizler \u00f6nceleri Irak\u2019\u0131n Basra M\u0131nt\u0131kas\u0131\u2019n\u0131 akabinde ise giderek<br \/>\nS\u00fcleymaniye\u2019ye do\u011fru etkili bir \u015fekilde Osmanl\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015facakt\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u00d6nceleri Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yan\u0131nda K\u00fcrtler din meselesinden dolay\u0131 yerini al\u0131r.<br \/>\nOsmanl\u0131lar ise bu durumu kendi lehlerine kullanmas\u0131n\u0131 iyi bilirler. Kaybolanlar\u0131n, bulunmayanlar\u0131n, ak\u0131beti<br \/>\nbilinmeyenlerin ise hesab\u0131 kitab\u0131 yoktur. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da sadece 1915 Y\u0131l\u0131\u2019nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 milyon Ermeni<br \/>\nkatledilmi\u015f, y\u00fcz binlercesi ise s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve y\u00fcz binlercesinin ak\u0131beti halen<br \/>\nbilinmiyor. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">1912 -1914 Y\u0131l\u0131\u2019na kadar s\u00fcren Osmanl\u0131 Sava\u015flar\u0131nda M. Zeki<br \/>\nPa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n verilerine g\u00f6re 300 bin K\u00fcrt \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Yine I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 boyunca da<br \/>\n500 bin K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcn ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi\u011fini s\u00f6yler. Son belirtilenler sava\u015fta<br \/>\n\u00f6lenlerdir. Yine 1916 Y\u0131l\u0131\u2019nda sadece s\u00fcr\u00fclen ve ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitiren -daha do\u011frusu<br \/>\nkatledilen -K\u00fcrtlerin say\u0131s\u0131 ise 700 bin civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. Ermenilerin tahrik edildikleri<br \/>\n-\u00f6zelde Ta\u015fnak \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc ve \u00e7evresinin-, do\u011fru olabilir. Bu d\u00fczenlemede<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtlerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yeni iskan alanlar\u0131nda ki n\u00fcfusun y\u00fczde 5-10\u2019unu a\u015fmamas\u0131na<br \/>\n\u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmi\u015fti. Tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f K\u00fcrt \u015eahsiyetleri ve a\u015firet reisleri de Bat\u0131<br \/>\nAnadolu Kentlerine ta\u015f\u0131narak evlerinde g\u00f6zetim alt\u0131na al\u0131nacak ve birbirleriyle<br \/>\nya da k\u0131rsal kesime serpi\u015ftirilmi\u015f adamlar\u0131yla ili\u015fkiye girmelerine izin verilmeyecekti.<br \/>\nSava\u015f\u0131n bitiminden k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce b\u00fcy\u00fck bir istekle bu politikay\u0131<br \/>\nuygulamaya koyan ittihat\u00e7\u0131lar, i\u015fe h\u00fck\u00fcmetin yola getirmekte g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekti\u011fi<br \/>\n\u201cinat\u00e7\u0131  a\u015firetler ve \u201cdik ba\u015fl\u0131  a\u015firet reisleriyle ba\u015flad\u0131lar.
