Kendini yeniden yaratma<br \/>\nve var etme amac\u0131yla aray\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde olan sistem Ortado\u011fu\u2019yu sava\u015f alan\u0131na<br \/>\n\u00e7evirmi\u015ftir. S\u00fcrekli sava\u015flarda meydan muhaberesi alan\u0131na d\u00f6nen Ortado\u011fu\u2019da her<br \/>\nulus bu sistemin krizli ve ac\u0131 \u00e7eken y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc s\u0131rtlay\u0131p bir yandan yeni sistemi<br \/>\nanlama ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulma bir yandan da kendini korumakla ile u\u011fra\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nMezopotamya\u2019n\u0131n kadim gelenek ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015fayan halklar bu sava\u015flarda<br \/>\ns\u00fcrekli a\u011f\u0131r darbeler al\u0131p varl\u0131klar\u0131 hedef haline gelmektedir. Ortado\u011fu\u2019da bu<br \/>\nkadim ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 koruyup en derin bir \u015fekilde geleneklerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olan halklardan<br \/>\nbiri de \u00cazidilerdir. 72 ferman\u0131 ya\u015fayan \u00cazidi halk\u0131 inanc\u0131 ve ya\u015fam\u0131yla her<br \/>\nzaman kendini ya\u015fatmas\u0131n\u0131 da bilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u0131karlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda her yeri yak\u0131p<br \/>\ny\u0131kan iktidar kesimi \u00f6zellikle konumu itibariyle bu sefer \u015eengal\u2019i ve \u00cazidileri<br \/>\nhedef haline getirmi\u015ftir. Ortado\u011fu ne kadar jeostratejik bir \u00f6neme ve yer alt\u0131<br \/>\nzenginliklerine sahip ise \u015eengal de o kadar Ortado\u011fu\u2019da bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc ve<br \/>\njeostratejik konuma sahiptir. Bu konumuna sahip olmak isteyen g\u00fc\u00e7ler alan<br \/>\n\u00fczerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck hesaplar yap\u0131p ya\u015fayan halk\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7e saym\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine<br \/>\nfa\u015fist iktidar yap\u0131lar\u0131, \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda 3.d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00fczerinde<br \/>\ny\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri DA\u0130\u015e \u00e7ete s\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc \u015eengal alan\u0131na s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. DA\u0130\u015e \u00e7ete yap\u0131lanmas\u0131<br \/>\nbir\u00e7ok alanda<span>\u00a0 <\/span>k\u0131y\u0131m ve vah\u015feti<br \/>\nya\u015fat\u0131rken \u00f6zellikle \u015eengal\u2019i ve \u00cazidileri hedef olarak ele alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u201c\u0130slam<br \/>\ndevleti  kurma ve \u0130slami yayma ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00cazidileri yok etmek istemi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Sava\u015f boyunca yerinden yurdundan edilen halk olan \u00cazidilerin<br \/>\nkendi ayaklar\u0131 \u00fczerinde durmas\u0131 ve kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcr \u00f6zerk konumlar\u0131na ula\u015fmalar\u0131 en<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli hamleleri olacakt\u0131r. 2 kutuplu olan d\u00fcnya dengelerinin de\u011fi\u015fime u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nb\u00f6yle bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te en etkili yol ve ya\u015fam yine ahlaki ve politik toplum<br \/>\nanlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bu sebeple \u00cazidi toplumunu<br \/>\nya\u015fat\u0131lan krizden \u00e7\u0131karmak devrimci bir hamle olarak ahlaki ve politik toplumun<br \/>\n\u015eengal\u2019de in\u015fas\u0131 art\u0131k temel bir insani \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct durumundad\u0131r. Bir toplumu veya<br \/>\nhalk kesimini ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 co\u011frafyay\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve tarihini tan\u0131madan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunmak<br \/>\nise sadece y\u00fczeysel de\u011ferlendirmelerden \u00f6teye bir anlam da ifade etmeyecektir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>A-\u00caZ\u0130D\u0130LER VE \u00caZ\u0130D\u0130L\u0130K<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>1) \u00cazidilerin k\u00f6keni<br \/>\nnedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u00f6kenlerinin \u00e7ok eski oldu\u011fu iddia edilse, Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun<br \/>\nmillattan \u00f6nceki \u00f6nemli inan\u00e7lar\u0131ndan Zerd\u00fc\u015ftl\u00fc\u011fe dayand\u0131r\u0131lsa bile, \u00cazidilik<br \/>\nkavram\u0131na ilk olarak, ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 1153 y\u0131l\u0131nda yitiren \u015earistani\u2019nin kitab\u0131nda<br \/>\nrastlan\u0131r. \u015earistani\u2019nin kitab\u0131ndan sonra, 1670\u20131680 aras\u0131nda Evliya \u00c7elebi\u2019nin<br \/>\nSeyahatname\u2019sinde de \u00cazidilerden bahsediliyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00cazidilik inanc\u0131 ve tarihi \u00fczerindeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck etkiyi \u015eeyh<br \/>\nAdiy olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n elindeki \u00cazidilerle ilgili yaz\u0131l\u0131 belgeler<br \/>\nde \u015eeyh Adiy\u2019e aittir. \u015eeyh Adiy \u2018Ben \u00cazidiyim\u2019 dememi\u015ftir. Buna ra\u011fmen<br \/>\n\u00cazidilerin t\u00fcm\u00fc \u015eeyh Adiy\u2019e inan\u0131p, onu peygamberleri olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr  Meleki<br \/>\nTavus\u2019un ruhunu \u015eeyh Adiy\u2019in \u015fahsiyetinde b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirirler.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u015eeyh Adiy\u2019in kabri Irak\u2019\u0131n \u015eeyhan m\u0131nt\u0131kas\u0131nda, Lale\u015f Vadi\u2019sindedir.<br \/>\nD\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde ya\u015fayan b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00cazidiler Lale\u015f Vadisi\u2019ni ve \u00f6zel olarak da \u015eeyh<br \/>\nAdiy\u2019in kabrini ziyaret eder ve \u2018hac\u0131\u2019 olurlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u015eeyh Adiy\u2019in do\u011fumu ve \u0131rk\u0131 \u00fczerine birbirinden de\u011fi\u015fik<br \/>\ns\u00f6ylentiler var. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 onun Hakk\u00e2ri\u2019de do\u011fmu\u015f bir K\u00fcrt oldu\u011funu, baz\u0131lar\u0131 da<br \/>\nL\u00fcbnan\u2019da do\u011fmu\u015f bir Arap oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yler. Do\u011fum tarihi tam olarak belli<br \/>\nde\u011fildir ama ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funa g\u00f6re, 1073-1078 aras\u0131nda, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc<br \/>\nL\u00fcbnan\u2019\u0131n bir k\u00f6y\u00fc olan Beytfar\u2019da, Bekaa Vadisi\u2019nde do\u011fmu\u015ftur. Babas\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131<br \/>\nMusafir\u2019dir. Babas\u0131, \u015eam\u2019da ya\u015fayan Emevi Beni Umey ailesindendir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe<br \/>\ng\u00f6re de, \u015eeyh Adiy Arap\u2019t\u0131r ama ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 K\u00fcrtlerle beraber,<br \/>\n\u00cazidi bir K\u00fcrt gibi ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir. Yine \u015eeyh Adiy\u2019in L\u00fcbnan\u2019da do\u011fan bir K\u00fcrt<br \/>\noldu\u011funu belirten ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar da vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00cazidiler, Allah\u2019a inan\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca Allah\u2019\u0131n peygamberlerini de<br \/>\ntan\u0131rlar ama \u00cazidilere g\u00f6re Allah, \u201cinsanlara secde etmesini  isteyerek Meleki<br \/>\nTavus\u2019a \u201chaks\u0131zl\u0131k  yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00cazidiler, Meleki Tavus\u2019u Azrail gibi ruh almaya<br \/>\ngelen melek olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Yani Meleki Tavus insanlara haks\u0131zl\u0131k yapmam\u0131\u015f,<br \/>\nAllah\u2019\u0131n emirlerini yerine getirmi\u015f, d\u00fcnyay\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerden ar\u0131nd\u0131rmay\u0131 kendine<br \/>\ng\u00f6rev edinmi\u015ftir. \u00cazidilere g\u00f6re k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck insanlar\u0131n kalbindedir. Meleki Tavus<br \/>\nda \u201cemre  kar\u015f\u0131 gelerek insanlara, yani k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck sahiplerine secde etmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>2) \u00cazidilerin kutsal<br \/>\nkitaplar\u0131, kutsal g\u00fcnleri ve bayramlar\u0131 nelerdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00cazidilerin de bir\u00e7ok bayram ve kutsal g\u00fcnleri var. En \u00e7ok<br \/>\nbilinen \u00cazidi bayram\u0131 K\u00fcrtlerin \u00c7ar\u015fema Sor olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u0131z\u0131l<br \/>\n\u00c7ar\u015famba\u2019d\u0131r. Her sene eski takvime g\u00f6re nisan ay\u0131n\u0131n ilk \u00e7ar\u015fambas\u0131nda<br \/>\nkutlan\u0131r. \u00cazidilerin inanc\u0131na g\u00f6re Allah her sene bu vakitlerde, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckleri<br \/>\nortadan kald\u0131rmak ve insanlar aras\u0131nda iyili\u011fi yaymak i\u00e7in yery\u00fcz\u00fcne bir melek<br \/>\ng\u00f6nderir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ayr\u0131ca \u00cazidiler d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnlerini de \u00e7o\u011funlukla bu g\u00fcne, K\u0131z\u0131l \u00c7ar\u015famba\u2019ya<br \/>\ndenk getirir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz, \u00cazidilerin tek bayram\u0131 K\u0131z\u0131l \u00c7ar\u015famba de\u011fil. Bir\u00e7ok<br \/>\nkutlu g\u00fcn ve bayramlar\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, dindar \u00cazidiler yaz\u0131n ve k\u0131\u015f\u0131n 40 g\u00fcn<br \/>\noru\u00e7 tutar ama bu oru\u00e7lar\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131nki gibi de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu kutlu g\u00fcnler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00cazidilerde her y\u0131l Tavus gezdirme<br \/>\nvard\u0131r. \u00d6zel olarak da Lale\u015f Vadisi\u2019nin harc\u0131n\u0131 toplamak i\u00e7in Tavus gezdirilir.<br \/>\nTavusu \u00cazidi k\u00f6ylerinde gezdirenler \u2018Kavalvan\u2018 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\nKavalvanlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde de \u00cazidi bir \u015eeyh vard\u0131r. \u00cazidiler, kendi dinlerinden<br \/>\nolmayan birinin \u00cazidili\u011fe ge\u00e7mesini kabul etmezler  bununla birlikte \u00cazidi olan<br \/>\nbirinin de dinini de\u011fi\u015ftirmesini uygun g\u00f6rmezler  bunu b\u00fcy\u00fck bir su\u00e7 olarak<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fcrler. Ayr\u0131ca \u00cazidi birinin ba\u015fka dinden biriyle evlenmesi de yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00cazidilerin en \u00f6nemli kutsallar\u0131 ise \u015eeyh Adiy\u2019in yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nM\u0131shafa Re\u015f (Kara Kitap) kitab\u0131 ile \u00cazidi \u00f6\u011fretisinin temellendirildi\u011fi<br \/>\nKitab-ul Cilwe\u2019dir. M\u0131shafa Re\u015f, \u00cazidi mitolojisini anlat\u0131r, yasaklarla ilgili<br \/>\nkurallar\u0131 belirler. Kitab-ul Cilwe ise \u00cazidi inanc\u0131 mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n okumas\u0131 gereken<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli \u00f6\u011freti kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelir. Bu kitab\u0131 \u00cazidi olmayanlara<br \/>\nvermezler.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>3) \u00cazidi inanc\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nmensuplar\u0131 ibadetlerini nas\u0131l yapar, dualar\u0131n\u0131 hangi dille okurlar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00cazidilerin dini bak\u0131mdan yerine getirmeleri zorunlu olan<br \/>\nbaz\u0131 g\u00f6revleri vard\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda namaz, oru\u00e7, hac ve zek\u00e2t gelmektedir.<br \/>\n\u00cazidilerin dini inan\u00e7lar\u0131nda kat\u0131 kurallar vard\u0131r. \u00cazidili\u011fi t\u00fcm y\u00f6nleriyle<br \/>\nyerine getirenler, namaz k\u0131l\u0131p oru\u00e7 tutar, Lale\u015f Vadisi\u2019ne giderek hac\u0131 olur ve<br \/>\nmutlaka zek\u00e2tlar\u0131n\u0131 verirler. Namaz i\u00e7in \u00cazidiler g\u00fcnde iki kez, sabah g\u00fcne\u015f<br \/>\ndo\u011farken ve ak\u015fam g\u00fcne\u015f batarken y\u00fczlerini g\u00fcne\u015fe d\u00f6nerler. Namaz\u2019dan \u00f6nce, el<br \/>\nve y\u00fczlerini y\u0131kayarak abdest al\u0131rlar. Zekat, esasen Lale\u015f Vadisi\u2019nin<br \/>\ngiderlerinin kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in verilen para veya kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na tekab\u00fcl eden<br \/>\nmald\u0131r. Ne kadar olaca\u011f\u0131na \u00cazidi\u2019nin kendisi karar verir. Y\u0131l\u0131n belli<br \/>\nzamanlar\u0131nda Kavalvanlar k\u00f6yleri Tavus sembol\u00fc ile dola\u015farak zek\u00e2t toplarlar.<br \/>\nZek\u00e2t toplayanlara \u2018Fakir\u2018 denir. Fakirler toplad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 getirip baba \u015eeyh\u2019e<br \/>\nverirler.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00cazidilerin en \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelli\u011fi de t\u00fcm dualar\u0131n\u0131n K\u00fcrt\u00e7e<br \/>\nolmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u2018Qewl\u2019 ad\u0131 verilen dualar, ibadet esnas\u0131nda ve di\u011fer dini<br \/>\nrit\u00fcellerin t\u00fcm\u00fcnde okunur. \u00cazidilerin halen orjinalli\u011fini koruyan ve g\u00fcn\u00fcn<br \/>\nbelli zamanlar\u0131nda, namazlarda, nikah ve benzeri inanc\u0131n gerektirdi\u011fi<br \/>\nrit\u00fcellerde okunan onlarca K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dualar\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>4) \u00cazidilerde dini<br \/>\ndereceler nelerdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00cazidilerdeki dini dereceler \u015eeyh Adiy zaman\u0131nda ortaya<br \/>\nkonulmu\u015ftur. Hiyerar\u015fik \u00f6zellikleri de bulunan \u00fc\u00e7 farkl\u0131 derece vard\u0131r: \u015eeyh,<br \/>\nPir ve M\u00fcrit. Bu dereceler kendi aralar\u0131nda da kollara ayr\u0131l\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7 \u00e7e\u015fit \u015eeyh<br \/>\nvard\u0131r: Adani, Qetani ve \u015eemsani. Ayr\u0131ca iki farkl\u0131 M\u00fcrit vard\u0131r: Qewal ve<br \/>\nfakir. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ko\u00e7ek, mucavir, kebani gibi farkl\u0131 g\u00f6rev ve<br \/>\nsorumluluklar\u0131 olan \u00cazidiler de vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00cazidilikte dini derecelerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra d\u00f6rt kutsall\u0131k vard\u0131r.<br \/>\nBunlar toprak, su, g\u00fcne\u015f ve havad\u0131r. A\u011fustos 2014\u2019te DAI\u015e\u2019in<br \/>\n\u015eengal\u2019i i\u015fgal etmesiyse, \u00cazidi tarihinde ya\u015fanan 77\u2019inci katliam.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00cazidi tarihindeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck katliamlar\u0131 yapanlardan biri de,<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtlerin ilk d\u00f6k\u00fcm topunu yapt\u0131ran, Mir Muhammedi Rewand\u0131zi olarak bilinen<br \/>\nRevand\u0131z Beyi Muhammet\u2019tir. Mir Muhammed\u2019in \u015eengal ve \u015eeyhan y\u00f6resinde 75 bine<br \/>\nyak\u0131n \u00cazidi\u2019yi katletti\u011fi iddia edilir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00cazidiler Araplar, Farslar, T\u00fcrkler, H\u0131ristiyanlar ve hatta<br \/>\nM\u00fcsl\u00fcman K\u00fcrtlerin katliamlar\u0131na u\u011frad\u0131lar. Lale\u015f, onlarca kez \u00cazidilerin<br \/>\nba\u015f\u0131na y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131  kad\u0131nlar\u0131, k\u0131zlar\u0131 hep pazarlarda esir olarak sat\u0131ld\u0131,<br \/>\nkatledenlerin cariyeleri oldular. Ancak s\u0131n\u0131rlar \u00e7izilip herkes k\u00f6\u015fesine \u00e7ekilince sorunlar<br \/>\nunutuldu. Resmi olarak K\u00fcrt b\u00f6lgesine ba\u011fl\u0131 de\u011fil. Durumu referandumla<br \/>\nbelirlenecek olan tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerdendir. \u015eengal\u2019in K\u00fcrdistan B\u00f6lgesel<br \/>\nY\u00f6netimi ve \u0130ran, T\u00fcrkiye, \u0130srail, Suriye, Irak i\u00e7in stratejik olarak \u00f6nemli<br \/>\nbir yeri oldu\u011fu inkar edilemez.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>4) KDP-TC-\u0130ran\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\n\u015eengal Beklentileri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>KDP:<\/strong> KDP\u2019nin<br \/>\n\u015eengal \u0131srar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndaki nedenlerden biri \u00cazidileri tekrardan h\u00fck\u00fcmranl\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nalt\u0131na almak ve aln\u0131ndaki kapkara lekeyi s\u00f6zde temizlemek. Zira DA\u0130\u015e \u015eengal\u2019e<br \/>\nsald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman KDP g\u00fc\u00e7leri b\u00f6lgeyi terk etmi\u015f, bu da \u00cazidilerin tepkisini<br \/>\n\u00e7ekmi\u015fti. Di\u011fer neden ise KDP\u2019nin Rojava\u2019ya yak\u0131n olmak istemesi. KDP \u015eengal\u2019i<br \/>\nelinde tutarak b\u00f6lgeye etki etmeyi planl\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca kendi b\u00f6lgesi i\u00e7in de<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli bir savunma hatt\u0131 elde etmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. KDP k\u00f6t\u00fc bir durumdad\u0131r ve<br \/>\nsava\u015f \u00e7\u0131karsa bunun \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131na olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131ndad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmay\u0131<br \/>\ndaha \u00e7ok bas\u0131n \u00fczerinden yap\u0131yor ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye mesaj veriliyor. T\u00fcrkiye ise<br \/>\nKDP\u2019yi sava\u015fa sokmak istiyor. Ayr\u0131ca S\u00fcnni yap\u0131lanmadan olan KDP, daha \u00e7ok<br \/>\n\u0130srail\u2019i arka perde m\u00fcdahaleleriyle, \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n \u015eii hilalini de \u015eengal\u2019i alarak<br \/>\n\u00f6nlemeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>TC:<\/strong> \u015eengal<br \/>\nstratejik olarak Rojava K\u00fcrdistan\u0131 (Suriye) i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Buras\u0131 Rojava<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u0131 i\u00e7in geri cephe rol\u00fcndedir. Bunun i\u00e7in KDP \u00fczerinden sava\u015f \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7lerini oradan \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Yine t\u0131pk\u0131 Ba\u015fika\u2019ya \u00fcslendi\u011fi<br \/>\ngibi \u015eengal\u2019e de KDP arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yerle\u015ferek Musul a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir<br \/>\nkonumlanmaya ula\u015fmak istiyor. Bununla birlikte Deyre Zor\u2019a giden hat \u00fczerinde<br \/>\nde s\u00f6z sahibi olmay\u0131 hedefliyor. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>\u0130RAN:<\/strong> \u0130ran,<br \/>\nSuriye\u2019deki sava\u015f\u0131 kendinden olabildi\u011fince uzak tutmak istiyor. Bunun i\u00e7in<br \/>\nsava\u015f\u0131n gelmesinden ise kendisi cepheyi \u00f6ne kuruyor. Bu ama\u00e7la uzun bir s\u00fcredir<br \/>\nIrak\u2019\u0131 k\u00f6pr\u00fc olarak olarak kullanarak, Suriye\u2019ye yerle\u015fiyor. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede ise<br \/>\nMendeli\u2019den Sadiye\u2019ye ve \u015eengal\u2019in baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinde bir hat \u00e7iziyor. \u0130ran,<br \/>\n\u015eengal olmadan bu amac\u0131na ula\u015famaz. Hedefledi\u011fi s\u00fcreci uygulamak i\u00e7in de<br \/>\n\u015eengal\u2019in ancak DA\u0130\u015e\u2019in kontrol\u00fcnde bulunmas\u0131yla belli bir yol katedebilirdi.<br \/>\nS\u00f6z konusu t\u00fcm \u00fclkelerin istihbarat\u0131 DA\u0130\u015e\u2019le oynarken, DA\u0130\u015e de m\u0131knat\u0131s gibi<br \/>\nhepsini arkalar\u0131ndan \u00e7ekiyordu. Avrupa devletleri, ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u00fczy\u0131lda S\u00fcnnilerin<br \/>\nb\u00fcy\u00fcmesini destekledi\u011fi gibi, \u015eii blokunu da b\u00fcy\u00fctmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. B\u00f6ylece bir<br \/>\ndenge politikas\u0131 ile kazan\u00e7l\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131 hedeflediler. Gelinen noktada \u0130ran bu<br \/>\nsiyasetten faydalanarak geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyada \u015eiilik \u00fczerinden konumland\u0131. Nihai<br \/>\nhedefinin Akdeniz oldu\u011fu ifade ediliyor. Ancak o<br \/>\nreferandum bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc yap\u0131lmad\u0131. Irak h\u00fck\u00fcmeti ve Irak\u2019\u0131n istifa etmi\u015f \u015eii<br \/>\nBa\u015fbakan\u0131 Nuri Maliki, anayasal h\u00fckm\u00fc uygulamad\u0131 ve hep engelledi.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">DA\u0130\u015e\u2019in 10 Haziran\u2019da Musul\u2019u i\u015fgal etmesi yeni bir durum<br \/>\nortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki b\u00f6lgesel h\u00fck\u00fcmete ba\u011fl\u0131 pe\u015fmergeler ihtilafl\u0131<br \/>\nolarak tabir edilen K\u00fcrt kent ve kasabalar\u0131na y\u00f6neldiler  bu kasabalar\u0131 denetim<br \/>\nalt\u0131na ald\u0131lar. \u015eengal de Kerk\u00fck gibi resmen olmasa da fiilen K\u00fcrdistan<br \/>\nB\u00f6lgesel Y\u00f6netimi\u2019nin denetimine al\u0131nd\u0131. Ancak ger\u00e7e\u011fi g\u00f6ren ve ya\u015fayan halk \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketine daha fazla<br \/>\nba\u011flan\u0131yor. Genel itibari ile kendi i\u00e7ine \u00e7ok kapal\u0131 olan \u015eengal halk\u0131 daha<br \/>\nsonra \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme s\u00fcrecine giriyor. B\u00f6ylesi bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmde temel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fcn<br \/>\n\u015eengal halk\u0131 ve \u00cazidilerin kendi iradelerini ve demokratik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerini<br \/>\nsomutla\u015ft\u0131rmak oldu\u011funu vurguluyorlar. Fakat \u015fimdiden birka\u00e7 \u00fclkede hala<br \/>\nkamplarda ya\u015fayan, par\u00e7al\u0131 ve katliam\u0131n ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u2013yapabildikleri kadar\u0131yla-<br \/>\ngidermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00cazidiler bunu nas\u0131l ba\u015faracaklar? Onlara kim yard\u0131m edecek?<br \/>\nYard\u0131m i\u00e7in \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan kesimlere \u00cazidiler ne kadar g\u00fcvenebilecekler? Ger\u00e7ekten<br \/>\nde \u00cazidilerin kara g\u00fcn dostu kim?<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu son soru DA\u0130\u015e\u2019in 2014 sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nce s\u0131radan bir<br \/>\n\u00cazidi\u2019ye sorulsayd\u0131 cevap b\u00fcy\u00fck ihtimalle \u201chi\u00e7 kimse, \u00cazidilerin kara g\u00fcn dostu<br \/>\nyine \u00cazidilerdir  olurdu. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u015eimdi de \u00f6yle. Fakat tarihte \u00f6yle anlar ya\u015fan\u0131r ki kan ve<br \/>\ncandan olu\u015fan a\u011f\u0131r bedeller binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k yerle\u015fik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri ve dogmalar\u0131<br \/>\nde\u011fi\u015ftirir, eritir. A\u011fustos 2014 zaman\u0131 b\u00f6yle bir tarihi kesittir. O k\u0131yamet<br \/>\ng\u00fcnlerinde \u00cazidiler onlarca fermandan sonra belki de ilk kez canlar\u0131n\u0131 vermeye<br \/>\nhaz\u0131r ve ko\u015farcas\u0131na gelen kad\u0131n-erkek sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131larla tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar.
