K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda direni\u015fin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na tekab\u00fcl eder. K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve direni\u015f her zaman bir arada bulunur. Direni\u015fte bir yetersizlik s\u00f6z konusuysa k\u00fclt\u00fcrde ciddi bir erozyon ya\u015fan\u0131yor demektir. Yabanc\u0131la\u015fma direni\u015fi azalt\u0131r. Direni\u015fin yoklu\u011fu k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve kimli\u011fin <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Yabanc\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7ler egemenlik alt\u0131na ald\u0131klar\u0131 toplumun<br \/>\ndireni\u015fini k\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne sald\u0131r\u0131rlar. Direni\u015fe ge\u00e7en k\u00fclt\u00fcr<br \/>\nm\u00fccadele ortam\u0131ndaki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde kendisini yeniler, daha da geli\u015ftirip<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7lendirir. Sava\u015f dahil \u00f6teki m\u00fccadele bi\u00e7imleri k\u00fclt\u00fcrel direni\u015f \u00fczerinde<br \/>\ny\u00fckselmiyorsa, ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle m\u00fccadelenin ba\u015fat unsuru k\u00fclt\u00fcrel direni\u015f<br \/>\nde\u011filse, bu m\u00fccadele toplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesine fazla hizmet etmeyecektir.<br \/>\nS\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci egemenlik sistemi sava\u015fta yenilse bile, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel a\u00e7\u0131dan direni\u015f<br \/>\nm\u00fccadelesine galebe \u00e7alabilir. Yani zafer kazananlar asl\u0131nda yenilmi\u015fler, d\u00f6nen<br \/>\nsistemin de\u011firmeni olmu\u015ftur. Bunun trajik \u00f6rnekleri olduk\u00e7a fazlad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u0130nk\u00e2r ve imha sistemi alt\u0131nda son derece a\u011f\u0131r bir tahribat\u0131<br \/>\nya\u015fasa da, tarihsel K\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi\u2019nin y\u00fckseltti\u011fi direni\u015f<br \/>\nm\u00fccadelesinin temel dayana\u011f\u0131 ve en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu. S\u00f6z\u00fc edilen hareket<br \/>\nbu k\u00fclt\u00fcrle ba\u011f kurmam\u0131\u015f olsayd\u0131 ya da bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn mutlaka ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131<br \/>\nkararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmasayd\u0131 kesinlikle geli\u015fme g\u00f6steremezdi. Kald\u0131 ki,<br \/>\nya\u015fanan derin yabanc\u0131la\u015fmadan yola \u00e7\u0131karak, ayn\u0131 hareket kendisini \u00f6ze d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f<br \/>\nhareketi bi\u00e7iminde tan\u0131mlad\u0131. Her bitki kendi<br \/>\nk\u00f6kleri \u00fczerinde ye\u015ferir. Halklar\u0131n k\u00f6kleri k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerindedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Dil k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ba\u015fat unsurudur. Dili k\u00fclt\u00fcrle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirmek<br \/>\nde m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Dil sadece basit bir anla\u015fma arac\u0131 de\u011fil, \u00d6nder \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\nifadesiyle anlam ve duygunun bilince \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, ifadeye kavu\u015fmu\u015f kimliksel ve<br \/>\nansal varolu\u015fudur. Bir toplumun zihniyet, ahl\u00e2k, duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce birikimi onun<br \/>\ndilinde somutla\u015f\u0131r. Anlam dil sayesinde kendini g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lar ve yine dil<br \/>\nsayesinde bedenle\u015fir. \u0130ncil \u201cBa\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta s\u00f6z vard\u0131. S\u00f6z Tanr\u0131 ile birlikteydi<br \/>\nve Tanr\u0131 s\u00f6zd\u00fc  der. S\u00f6z\u00fcn tanr\u0131sall\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu anlamda dilin tanr\u0131sall\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Dil<br \/>\ntoplumsal geli\u015fmenin yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 unsurudur. Dil olmadan ger\u00e7ek anlamda<br \/>\nbedenle\u015fme olmaz, bedenle\u015fme olmadan da varl\u0131k s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemez.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Peki, bu \u00e7er\u00e7eveden bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131ndaki<br \/>\ndurum nedir? Bug\u00fcn hangi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel direni\u015ften s\u00f6z edebiliriz? Kendi<br \/>\ndilinde e\u011fitim yapan bir anaokuluna bile sahip olmayan bir toplum, gelece\u011finin<br \/>\ng\u00fcvence alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu iddia edebilir mi? K\u00fcrt toplumunun ulus-devletin asimilasyonist<br \/>\ne\u011fitim sistemine kar\u015f\u0131 duru\u015fu tam anlam\u0131yla direni\u015f\u00e7i bir duru\u015f mudur? Kendi<br \/>\ngen\u00e7lerini ve gen\u00e7li\u011fin gen\u00e7li\u011fi olarak \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 e\u011fitemeyen bir toplum<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekte varolu\u015f hakk\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7mi\u015f olmuyor mu? Soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 e\u011fitim sistemine<br \/>\nradikal tav\u0131r almayan ve kendi e\u011fitim sistemini geli\u015ftirmek \u00fczere \u00e7aba<br \/>\nharcamayan bir toplum hangi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten s\u00f6z edebilir? K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00f6ncelikle nas\u0131l kendisi olaca\u011f\u0131 sorusuna cevap vermek de\u011fil midir?<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">T\u00fcrk devletinin ve \u00f6zellikle AKP H\u00fck\u00fcmetinin anadilde e\u011fitim<br \/>\ntalebine yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 bellidir. AKP iktidar\u0131 K\u00fcrt sorununda en ba\u015fta asimilasyon<br \/>\ny\u00f6ntemiyle sonu\u00e7 almak istiyor. E\u011fitime ba\u015flama ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi bu<br \/>\nasimilasyon politikas\u0131yla do\u011frudan ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. AKP bir \u2018\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreci\u2019nden<br \/>\ns\u00f6z ediyor, ama \u2018\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u2019\u00fcn sadece lafz\u0131 var. \u00d6z\u00fc ise \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn<br \/>\nderinle\u015ftirilmesi, ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle K\u00fcrt toplumunun \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fcr\u00fclmesidir. K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nsorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde oyalama ve s\u00fcrece yayma AKP\u2019nin temel politikas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\ns\u00fcreci ne kadar zamana yayarsa asimilasyon politikas\u0131nda o kadar sonu\u00e7<br \/>\nalaca\u011f\u0131na inanmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lice\u2019de hen\u00fcz e\u011fitime dahi ba\u015flamam\u0131\u015f, anadilde e\u011fitim<br \/>\nvermek \u00fczere in\u015fa edilen bir okul binas\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131kmak \u00fczere devletin silahl\u0131<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7lerini seferber eden AKP bu tavr\u0131yla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmden ne anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir kez daha<br \/>\nortaya koydu. Ard\u0131ndan Amed, Cizre ve Gever\u2019de e\u011fitime ba\u015flayan okullar\u0131n<br \/>\nkap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fch\u00fcrledi. Daha sonra m\u00fch\u00fcrler s\u00f6k\u00fclse de, AKP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n kendi<br \/>\ntutumunda \u0131srar edece\u011fi kesin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Burada \u00f6nemli olan K\u00fcrt taraf\u0131n\u0131n duru\u015fudur. Kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtlerin k\u00f6k\u00fcn\u00fc kaz\u0131mak isteyen bir sistem olabilir. Peki, bu b\u00f6yledir diye<br \/>\nhi\u00e7bir \u015fey yapmayacak m\u0131y\u0131z? Oturarak AKP\u2019nin insafa gelmesini ve anadilde<br \/>\ne\u011fitime izin vermesini mi bekleyece\u011fiz? Bunun dilencilikten bir fark\u0131 kal\u0131r m\u0131?<br \/>\nBir kere alternatifi geli\u015ftirilmese bile bu e\u011fitim sistemi tamamen i\u015flemez<br \/>\nk\u0131l\u0131nabilir. Do\u011fru olan\u0131n aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 her \u015feyden \u00f6nce yanl\u0131\u015f olan\u0131n reddiyle<br \/>\nba\u015flar. Yanl\u0131\u015f olan ve t\u00fckeni\u015fe g\u00f6t\u00fcreni reddetmeden, do\u011fru olan ve var olmaya<br \/>\ng\u00f6t\u00fcrenin in\u015fas\u0131na giri\u015filemez. \u00d6yleyse yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ilk i\u015f duru\u015fumuzla bu<br \/>\ne\u011fitim sistemini kilitleyip i\u015flemez k\u0131lmak olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Y\u0131llard\u0131r her e\u011fitim sezonunun ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda boykot<br \/>\n\u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Mevcut e\u011fitim sisteminin soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 karakteri ortaya<br \/>\nkonuluyor ve \u00f6\u011frencilerin e\u011fitimi boykot etmeleri isteniyor. Ancak bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n<br \/>\nistenen d\u00fczeyde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k buldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek kendini kand\u0131rmak olur. \u00d6zellikle<br \/>\nuzun s\u00fcreli bir boykot \u00f6ncelikle ailelerce kabul g\u00f6rm\u00fcyor. Bu da bu ailelerin<br \/>\nmevcut e\u011fitim sistemini kendi \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 i\u00e7in hala bir \u2018kurtulu\u015f yolu\u2019 olarak<br \/>\ng\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini g\u00f6steriyor. Bunun da \u00f6tesinde d\u00fczg\u00fcn T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00f6\u011frensinler diye pek<br \/>\n\u00e7ok aile evde \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 ile T\u00fcrk\u00e7e konu\u015fmay\u0131 se\u00e7iyor. Dil yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kalkmas\u0131<br \/>\ns\u00f6zde kal\u0131yor, bu kez yasak uygulayan aileler oluyor. Yani imhac\u0131 ulus-devlet<br \/>\nile aileler yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma uygulamas\u0131nda ortakla\u015f\u0131yor. \u00dcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc olan budur. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu tehlikeli yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n toplumun \u00f6rg\u00fcts\u00fcz olmas\u0131yla ciddi<br \/>\nba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u00d6rg\u00fcts\u00fcz bir toplum her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tehlikeli uygulamalara a\u00e7\u0131k ve<br \/>\nyatk\u0131n bir toplumdur. \u00d6rg\u00fcts\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn hakim oldu\u011fu yerde kendini kurtarma ve<br \/>\nkendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n\u0131 kollama \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar, ahlaki \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fc\u015f ba\u015flar ve toplumsal refleksler<br \/>\nadeta s\u0131f\u0131rlan\u0131r. \u0130n\u015fa denilen \u015fey ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir topluma<br \/>\nula\u015fmakt\u0131r.
