Ancak idare, yarg\u0131 ve polis harekete ge\u00e7iyor. Aileleri, halk\u0131 ve<br \/>\n\u00f6\u011frencileri d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p kap\u0131ya kilit vurup m\u00fch\u00fcrl\u00fcyorlar. Bu tutum, T\u00fcrk<br \/>\ndevletinin K\u00fcrt diline yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc dil g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ancak<br \/>\nanadilde e\u011fitimle varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruyabilir. T\u00fcm bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar dilin, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ve K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcn varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lard\u0131r <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u0130zin al\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f, b\u00fcrokratik i\u015flemler yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f gibi<br \/>\ngerek\u00e7eler ileri s\u00fcrerek kapat\u0131yorlar, halka sald\u0131r\u0131yorlar. Anadilde e\u011fitim<br \/>\ni\u00e7in devlet izni gerekir demek, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde hi\u00e7bir demokratik ve insani vicdan<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131ndan kabul edilemez. Kald\u0131 ki birinci s\u0131n\u0131flarda e\u011fitim alfabe ve<br \/>\nokuma-yazma \u00f6\u011fretmedir. B\u00f6yle bir e\u011fitimin fazla bir mevzuat\u0131 olmaz. Kald\u0131 ki<br \/>\nanlay\u0131\u015fla sorunlar \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilir ve okullar devam edebilirdi. Ancak zihniyet<br \/>\nasimilasyoncu ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 olunca ilk akla gelen sald\u0131r\u0131 yapmak<br \/>\noluyor. T\u00fcrkiye hala eski paradigma ve zihniyette \u00e7ak\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcm olaylara eski<br \/>\nzihniyet ve paradigmayla yakla\u015f\u0131yor. Kesinlikle her sorunda refleksler eski<br \/>\ndevlet refleksleridir. Sadece y\u00f6ntem de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri vard\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">T\u00fcrkiye cumhuriyetinin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda okuma yazma bilenleri<br \/>\ne\u011fitmen yap\u0131yorlarm\u0131\u015f. Bunlar \u00fc\u00e7 s\u0131n\u0131f e\u011fitim verirmi\u015f. Y\u0131llarca bir\u00e7ok k\u00f6yde e\u011fitim<br \/>\nb\u00f6yle \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l okuma yazma \u00f6\u011fretmeyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f. \u015eimdiki imkanlar o d\u00f6nemin<br \/>\ny\u00fcz kat\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ilk\u00f6\u011fretim e\u011fitimi verecek binlerce \u00f6\u011fretmen vard\u0131r.<br \/>\nBirinci, ikinci, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7in on binlerce \u00f6\u011fretmen bulunur. Birinci s\u0131n\u0131f<br \/>\nba\u015flat\u0131l\u0131rsa arkas\u0131 \u00e7orap s\u00f6k\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi gelir. Gelecek sene ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f, sonra<br \/>\n\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f olur. Sonras\u0131 ise rahatl\u0131kla yap\u0131l\u0131r. K\u00fcrtlerde b\u00f6yle bir<br \/>\npotansiyel<span>\u00a0 <\/span>olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Kesinlikle<br \/>\n\u00f6\u011fretmen sorunu \u00e7\u0131kmaz. \u00c7oban\u0131n niyeti olursa tekkeden bile s\u00fct \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r diye<br \/>\nbir deyim vard\u0131r. T\u00fcrk devleti anadilde e\u011fitim \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc tan\u0131s\u0131n, e\u011fitim<br \/>\nvermenin \u00f6n\u00fcnde hi\u00e7bir engel kalmaz. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Maxmurlular bile hi\u00e7bir yerden destek almadan K\u00fcrt\u00e7e e\u011fitim<br \/>\nyapt\u0131lar. Art\u0131k liseler<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Maxmur\u2019da<br \/>\nbitiriliyor. Daha sonra \u00fcniversiteye gidiyorlar. \u015eu anda Maxmur\u2019da y\u00fcksek okul<br \/>\nbile a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Maxmur imkans\u0131zl\u0131klar i\u00e7inde bunu ba\u015fard\u0131ysa Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan<br \/>\ndaha kolay ba\u015far\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Asl\u0131nda bu sald\u0131r\u0131larla hem okul a\u00e7anlar\u0131, hem de<br \/>\n\u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 okullara g\u00f6ndermek isteyenleri sindirmek istiyorlar. Bu okullar\u0131n<br \/>\nme\u015fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermek istiyorlar. Zaten keklik soylu H\u00fcseyin \u00c7elik \u201cK\u00fcrt\u00e7e<br \/>\ne\u011fitim g\u00f6rseler neye yarayacak!  diyordu. Yani devlet memuru olmazlar demek<br \/>\nistiyordu. B\u00f6ylece daha ba\u015ftan K\u00fcrt\u00e7e e\u011fitimin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc kesmek istiyordu. Kald\u0131 ki<br \/>\nekonomik, sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ya\u015fam sadece devlet memuru olmak de\u011fildir. Devlet<br \/>\nd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki toplum alanlar\u0131 daha geni\u015ftir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan H\u00fcseyin \u00c7elik\u2019in K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ne<br \/>\ni\u015fe yarayacak demesinin hi\u00e7 bir anlam\u0131 yoktur.<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kapitalist modernist \u00fclkelerde bile devlet<br \/>\nmemurlu\u011fu okuma yazma bilenlerin \u00e7ok az\u0131n\u0131 istihdam etmektedir. Kald\u0131 ki<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da demokratik \u00f6zerklik, t\u00fcm ya\u015fam K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ile yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Giderek<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt\u00e7e e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmeyenler ya\u015fam i\u00e7inde zorlanacakt\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi&#8217;nin<br \/>\nm\u00fccadelesinin hedefi budur. Dokuz boyutta ya\u015fam\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctleyecek ve demokratik<br \/>\n\u00f6zerkli\u011fi in\u015fa edecektir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">T\u00fcrk devletinin dile, K\u00fcrd\u00fcn varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu sald\u0131r\u0131ya<br \/>\nt\u00fcm K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 tav\u0131r koymal\u0131d\u0131r. Demokratik siyasetin de, t\u00fcm sivil toplum<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin de g\u00f6revi budur. K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da bu sorunlarla ilgilenmeyen, bu y\u00f6nl\u00fc<br \/>\nm\u00fccadeleye<span>\u00a0 <\/span>\u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmeyeneler<br \/>\ndemokratik siyaset de yapm\u0131yordur, yerel demokrasi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 da yapm\u0131yordur.<br \/>\nAnadil e\u011fitimi ve sorunu siyasetin i\u015fi de\u011filse ne siyasetin i\u015fi olabilir ki!<br \/>\nBu, esas ve birincil g\u00f6revini yapamayanlar hangi g\u00f6revi yapabilirler?!<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Anadil K\u00fcrd\u00fcn onur ve namusudur. Anadile sald\u0131r\u0131, onura ve<br \/>\nnamusa sald\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrtler \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na K\u00fcrt\u00e7e \u00f6\u011fretemiyorsa, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e e\u011fitim<br \/>\nyapt\u0131ram\u0131yorsa hangi onur ve namustan s\u00f6z edilebilir?! Anadili savunmadan<span>\u00a0 <\/span>onurlu ve namuslu ya\u015famak ve dola\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn<br \/>\nde\u011fildir. K\u00fcrt sorununa b\u00f6yle bak\u0131lm\u0131yorsa bu bitmi\u015f K\u00fcrtl\u00fck olur. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bu<br \/>\nkonuya g\u00f6sterilen duyars\u0131zl\u0131k b\u0131rak\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Halk okullar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kmal\u0131,<br \/>\nboykota daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 devlet okullar\u0131na<br \/>\ng\u00f6nderenler ay\u0131planmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yurtseverli\u011fin, hatta K\u00fcrt olman\u0131n ilk \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fc,<br \/>\nboykota kat\u0131larak asimilasyona ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131ma tav\u0131r koymakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Dil varl\u0131kt\u0131r, dil onurdur, dil namustur.
