Halklar\u0131n ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr mozaiklerinin birle\u015fimi olan Demokratik \u00d6zerklik Kantonlar\u0131 ile birlikte Rojava Devriminde toplumsal alandan tutal\u0131m, siyasi, askeri ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanlarda da bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fme ya\u015fan\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p>Rojava Demokratik \u00d6zerklik Kantonlar\u0131n\u0131n ilan\u0131yla birlikte Devrimi\u2019nin \u00f6nc\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fc olan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00f6netimde belirleyici g\u00fc\u00e7 haline gelmesi ise ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na devrim niteli\u011finde sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Yekitiya Star \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde kurumsal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten Kad\u0131n hareketi, kad\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleye bilmek i\u00e7in \u201ckad\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131rma komitesi  ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>Bir toplumda, sistemi koruman\u0131n en iyi ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan birisinin zihniyette insanlar\u0131n bilin\u00e7li hareket etmesinden ge\u00e7ti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Kad\u0131n E\u011fitim Komite \u00fcyesi N\u00fbbihar Adar \u00a0 \u201cBilin\u00e7li hareket etmek i\u00e7inde ideolojik olarak toplumun g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmas\u0131 gerekiyor  dedi.\u00a0 Ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n Rojava\u2019daki toplum yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rarak, kad\u0131n\u0131n Rojava toplumundaki yerini inceleyip, nas\u0131l ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve hangi zorluklarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karmak oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen <em><strong>Kad\u0131n E\u011fitim Komite \u00fcyesi N\u00fbbihar Adar Rojava\u2019daki toplum yap\u0131s\u0131 ve kad\u0131n \u00fczerindeki etkilerini, kad\u0131n iradesinin Rojava devrimindeki yeri ve ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan toplumsal sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerine lekolin.org sitesinin sorular\u0131n\u0131 yan\u0131tlad\u0131.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/264.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018\u2019DEMOKRAT\u0130K \u00d6ZERKL\u0130K PROJES\u0130N\u0130 HAYATA GE\u00c7MES\u0130 \u0130\u00c7\u0130N \u00c7ALI\u015eMALARIMIZI Y\u00dcR\u00dcT\u00dcYORUZ\u2019\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kad\u0131n Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Komitesi\u2019ni biraz tan\u0131t\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z,\u00a0 ne zaman ve hangi ama\u00e7la kuruldu?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Biz 10 Ekim 2013 tarihinde Kad\u0131n E\u011fitim Komitesinu kurduk. Ard\u0131ndan R\u00eaber APO\u2019nun savunmalar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan bir bro\u015f\u00fcr derlendik. Bu bro\u015f\u00fcrde Rojava toplum ve kad\u0131n\u0131n devrimindeki yeri ve devrimi ile birlikte geli\u015fen kad\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Yine devrim s\u00fcreci ile beraber kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde geli\u015ftirilmek istenen kirli oyunlar, erken ya\u015flarda yap\u0131lan evlilikler gibi konular \u00fczerinde ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezini de Yekitiya Star \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda 4 ay \u00f6nce kurduk. Biliyorsunuz Rojava\u2019da geli\u015fen devrim ile birlikte bir\u00e7ok alan yeni kurum ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlemelere gidildi. \u0130deolojik alana ba\u011fl\u0131 Yekitiya Star, Nuri Dersimi vs. gibi akademileri olu\u015fturarak devrimin ideolojik alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Bizim olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz ara\u015ft\u0131rma komitesi de bu akademilerden uzak de\u011fil. Ancak biz akademiler gibi direk insanlar\u0131 e\u011fitime alm\u0131yoruz. Daha \u00e7ok ya\u015fam\u0131n ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi i\u00e7inde e\u011fitmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u00d6nderlik savunmalar\u0131ndan derledi\u011fimiz bro\u015f\u00fcrleri hem akademilere, hem de evlere da\u011f\u0131tarak e\u011fitimi yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu \u015fekilde toplumun her kesimine ula\u015farak savunmalar\u0131n daha \u00e7ok okunmas\u0131n\u0131 ve toplum ya\u015fam\u0131nda yer edinmesine zemin haz\u0131rlad\u0131k. <\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Peki, Savunmalar toplumun de\u011fi\u015fiminde nas\u0131l bir rol oynayacak? <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Komitemizin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir nedeni savunmalar\u0131n toplumun en geni\u015f kesimlerine ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p okutulmas\u0131, anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r k\u0131lmas\u0131 ve nihayetinde \u00f6z\u00fcmsetilmesidir.\u00a0 Bunun i\u00e7in de savunmalardan derlenen bro\u015f\u00fcrler olu\u015fturduk. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Kapitalist Modernitenin toplumda olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 tahribatlar\u0131n etkisini ancak savunmalar\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00f6z\u00fcmsetilmesi ile giderebilece\u011fimizi iyi biliyoruz. <\/p>\n<p>Demokratik \u00d6zerklik projesinin daha iyi hayata ge\u00e7mesi i\u00e7in bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz.\u00a0 Ahlaki ve politik toplumun olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in vicdanl\u0131 bir topluma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekiyor.\u00a0 Reel Sosyalizmin ayakta kalamamas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni, sosyalist insan yaratamamas\u0131ndan ileri geliyordu.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00d6nderlik Savunmalarda b\u00fct\u00fcn bu konular\u0131 geni\u015f bir \u015fekilde ele al\u0131yor. Toplumuluzda ortaya sonu\u00e7lar \u00fczerinden savunmalar\u0131n yeterince anla\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fck. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nderlik Savunmalar\u0131n\u0131n en geni\u015f kesimlere ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7in ve \u00d6nderlik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini daha \u00e7ok alana ve ki\u015fiye nas\u0131l ula\u015ft\u0131rabiliriz m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7erisine girdik. G\u00f6revimiz toplumu \u00d6nderli\u011fin bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 anlayabilece\u011fi bir seviyeye getirmektir. Bu \u015fekilde insanlar daha \u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma, inceleme, fikir \u00fcretmeye sahip olacaklard\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir sisteme ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in, kurumumuzun b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcyeleri haftal\u0131k, ayl\u0131k e\u011fitime al\u0131yoruz.\u00a0 Ayr\u0131ca \u00fcyelerimiz savunmalar \u00fczerine haftal\u0131k tart\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fcterek ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sorunlar\u0131 savunmalar\u0131n bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018\u2019HER YER\u0130 TOPLUM \u0130\u00c7\u0130N \u00dcN\u0130VERS\u0130TELERE \u00c7EV\u0130RECE\u011e\u0130Z\u2019\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Demokratik \u00f6zerklik sisteminin korumas\u0131 ve geli\u015fmesini hangi esaslar \u00fczerinden sa\u011flamay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsunuz?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sistemimize kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fen sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in bilin\u00e7li ve ideolojik bir toplumun olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirttik. Demokratik \u00d6zerklik nedir? \u0130radeli bir toplum nas\u0131l olu\u015fturulur? Kendisini nas\u0131l y\u00f6netir? B\u00fct\u00fcn bu konular\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor.\u00a0 Neolitik ahlaka geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yine ahlaki toplumun olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bir toplumu bir sistemi koruman\u0131n en iyi ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan birisi zihniyette insanlar\u0131n bilin\u00e7li hareket etmesidir. Bilin\u00e7li hareket etmek i\u00e7inde ideolojik olarak toplumun g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci amac\u0131m\u0131z ise Rojava\u2019daki toplum yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmak, kad\u0131n\u0131n Rojava toplumundaki yerini incelemek, nas\u0131l ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, nas\u0131l zorluklar ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi \u00fczerinde ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yapmakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Merkezimizi \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemlerde daha da geni\u015fleterek jinelojiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. \u015eu anda hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, hem de maddi imk\u00e2n olarak yetkinli\u011fe sahip olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezi komitesi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz. Dar bir grupla bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezini kurduk. Ancak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde jinelojiye \u00e7evirmek i\u00e7in alt yap\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 olu\u015fturuyoruz. Yani daha sonraki zamanlarda bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezinden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p kad\u0131n bilimine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesini ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. Toplumun her yerini \u00fcniversitelere \u00e7evirmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bunun i\u00e7in kapsaml\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 gerektirir. Biz ihtiya\u00e7lar \u00fczerinden \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geli\u015ftirece\u011fiz. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018\u2019ROJAVA DEVR\u0130M\u0130N\u0130N \u00d6NC\u00dcS\u00dc OLAN KADINLARA Y\u00d6NEL\u0130K K\u0130RL\u0130 SALDIRILARI VAR\u2019\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hangi ara\u015ft\u0131rma konular\u0131n\u0131 esas al\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n konusu daha \u00e7ok kad\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 cinsiyet\u00e7i toplumun sorunlar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fckt\u00fcr. Cinsiyet\u00e7i sorun ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri nelerdir? \u00d6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam, \u00f6zg\u00fcr e\u015f ve evlilik nedir? Toplumumuzda aile nedir, nas\u0131l olmal\u0131, kad\u0131n ve hak nedir,\u00a0 kad\u0131n hukuku nedir? Bu konularda politik bir toplumun olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in demokratik bir siyasetin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gerekir. Bunun i\u00e7in kurumlar\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerin nas\u0131l olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gerekir, bunlar\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz. \u015eu anda imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131 nedeniyle \u00e7ok uzun ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131m\u0131z olmuyor. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle Rojava Devrimi ile beraber kad\u0131nda ne t\u00fcr geli\u015fmeler ya\u015fand\u0131? \u0130radesi nas\u0131l \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.\u00a0 Devrimin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ne \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyorlar gibi konulara da ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131na \u00f6zellikle de Rojava devriminin \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc olan kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik kirli sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 var. \u00d6rne\u011fin kad\u0131n sat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ileri boyutlara varmas\u0131, yani kad\u0131n\u0131n bir ara\u00e7 olarak kullan\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi konularda da ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131m\u0131z oluyor. Yine toplumumuzda yayg\u0131nca olan erken ya\u015ftaki evliliklerin kad\u0131n \u00fczerindeki etkiler,\u00a0 kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik aile i\u00e7i ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u015fiddet, taciz tecav\u00fcz vs. gibi konularda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n psikolojik etkileri ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n esas konular\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor.\u00a0 .\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n konusu bazen genel de olabiliyor.\u00a0 \u00d6rne\u011fin iktidarc\u0131 toplumun kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahribat, ya da toplumun kad\u0131na bi\u00e7ti\u011fi rol\u00fcn getirdi\u011fi sonu\u00e7lar.\u00a0 Aile sorunlar\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131 namus olarak g\u00f6rme,\u00a0 kad\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7t\u0131ktan \u00f6l\u00fcnceye kadar kendisini aileye bakan,\u00a0 \u00e7ocuk bakmak zorunda olan bir konumda g\u00f6rmesi,\u00a0 ger\u00e7ekten kad\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131 gereken stat\u00fcn\u00fcn nas\u0131l olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131yoruz. Ba\u015fl\u0131k paras\u0131 denilen \u015fey nedir, neden bo\u015fanmalar ya\u015fan\u0131yor, kad\u0131n neden bir cinsel obje olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.? Bunlar \u00fczerinde ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yap\u0131yoruz. <\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131z sadece Rojava ile mi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 yoksa d\u0131\u015fa y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131z var m\u0131? <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 Rojava Demokratik \u00d6zerklik sistemi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ihtiya\u00e7 temelinde yapmak istiyoruz. T\u00fcm kad\u0131n sorunlar\u0131 bizi ilgilendiriyor ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fck projeler geli\u015ftirmekle birlikte esas temel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z Rojava\u2019da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ihtiya\u00e7lar dan kaynakl\u0131 olarak pratik uygulama olarak daha \u00e7ok Rojava\u2019y\u0131 esas al\u0131yoruz. As\u0131l amac\u0131m\u0131z devrimsel sorunlar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018\u2019TEMEL KAYNA\u011eIMIZ K\u00dcRT HALK \u00d6NDER\u0130 ABDULLAH \u00d6CALAN\u2019IN ESERLER\u0130D\u0130R\u2019\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 nereden al\u0131yorsunuz?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n sorunu gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorunu ele al\u0131rken ge\u00e7mi\u015ften ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ele almam\u0131z d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. Neolotik s\u00fcre\u00e7ten ba\u015flayarak kad\u0131n Tarihinin \u00f6z ge\u00e7mi\u015fi esas al\u0131yoruz. Yine genel insanl\u0131k tarihini inceliyoruz. Di\u011fer halklarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen devrimler nas\u0131l ve hangi yol y\u00f6ntemleri kullanm\u0131\u015flar. Bizim d\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda geli\u015fen sistemin bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131 nelerdir. Genel olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm y\u00f6ntemleri nas\u0131ld\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131k tarihinde filozoflar nas\u0131l \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve \u00d6nderlik genel anlamda hangi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm diyalekti\u011fini ele al\u0131yor, t\u00fcm bu konular\u0131 savunmalar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ele almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.
