Bu<br \/>\ndurum her ne kadar kad\u0131nlar\u0131 mevcut durumun sert bir ele\u015ftirisine g\u00f6t\u00fcrse de<br \/>\nyeni do\u011fmu\u015f t\u00fcm ulus devletler g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar da kad\u0131nlara ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yapmaya<br \/>\ndevam etmi\u015ftir. Daha 17. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Mary Astell, J. Locke&#8217;a &#8216;E\u011fer b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar<br \/>\ndo\u011fu\u015ftan \u00f6zg\u00fcrse nas\u0131l oluyor da kad\u0131nlar k\u00f6le do\u011fuyor?&#8217; diye sorarken do\u011fal ve<br \/>\nevrensel haklar teorisinin geli\u015fimindeki tutars\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da dikkat \u00e7ekmi\u015f<br \/>\noluyordu. Bu ve buna benzer \u00e7abalara ra\u011fmen e\u015fit haklar, e\u011fitim,<br \/>\nhukuksal-toplumsal e\u015fitlik, siyasal oy hakk\u0131 talebi gibi \u00f6nemli talepler ancak<br \/>\n19. y\u00fczy\u0131l ortalar\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ifadeye kavu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ler boyunca bu<br \/>\ntalepler g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilerek aile ve ulusun erdemli anneleri olma misyonu bolca<br \/>\nmilliyet\u00e7i \u00f6\u011felerle bezenmi\u015f ve neredeyse t\u00fcm ulus-devletlerin ortak \u00f6zelli\u011fi<br \/>\nhaline getirilmi\u015ftir. Art\u0131k kad\u0131n, ulusun b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn temel harc\u0131 konumuna gelirken,<br \/>\ngeli\u015fen feminist bilin\u00e7 de onun g\u00f6lgesinden kurtulamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ku\u015fkusuz ayn\u0131<br \/>\nzeminde yeni do\u011fan devletin ataerkilli\u011fi de kad\u0131nl\u0131k metaforundan milli birlik<br \/>\nve d\u00fczenin istikrar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan faydalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n hem devlet<br \/>\nhem de cemaat merkezli politikalar\u0131n nesnesi konumuna getirilmi\u015ftir. Bir<br \/>\nzamanlar Aristoteles&#8217;in sistemlile\u015ftirdi\u011fi do\u011fa taraf\u0131ndan &#8216;do\u011furmak&#8217; i\u00e7in<br \/>\nyarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan kad\u0131nlar, milli bilincin \u00f6z\u00fc olmakta ve vatan\u0131 koruyacak, milli<br \/>\nvazifeleri yerine getirecek o\u011fullar yeti\u015ftirmekle sorumlu k\u0131l\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle<br \/>\n1950&#8217;lerde kapitalizmin T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye girmesiyle oligar\u015fik bir nitelik kazanmaya<br \/>\nba\u015flayan cumhuriyetin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7alkant\u0131yla demokrasinin zay\u0131flamas\u0131 kad\u0131nlara<br \/>\nda yans\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her ne kadar 1960&#8217;lardaki devrimci dalgalanmadan etkilenmi\u015f<br \/>\nkad\u0131nlar olmu\u015fsa da sistemin, erke\u011fin do\u011fru ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc tahlilini yapamama ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131<br \/>\nbir duru\u015fu a\u00e7amamay\u0131 getirmi\u015ftir. 12 Eyl\u00fcl Darbesi sonras\u0131 geli\u015fen<br \/>\npolitikalarla da kad\u0131n sosyal, siyasal, ekonomik ve manevi temellerden yoksun<br \/>\nb\u0131rak\u0131larak \u015foven politikalar\u0131n basit bir arac\u0131 olmaya devam etmi\u015ftir.
