Adeta milli<br \/>\nmutabakat ruhuyla geli\u015ftirilen \u00f6zel ve psikolojik sava\u015f hi\u00e7bir ahlaki kural ve<br \/>\ninsani erdem tan\u0131madan ge\u00e7en her an biraz daha kapsaml\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Gerillar\u0131n Tokat\u2019ta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi eylemden sonra<br \/>\npsikolojik hareket konseptinin ac\u0131mas\u0131z ve bir o kadar kirli politikalarla<br \/>\ny\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmeye ba\u015flanmas\u0131, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 haz\u0131rlanan katliam tezgah\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nfoto\u011fraf\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermeye yetiyor. Tokat eylemi ard\u0131ndan AKP ve Ergenekon<br \/>\nmedyas\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131z birli\u011fi edercesine K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 hedef g\u00f6steren a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131,<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtlere kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen konseptin tek elden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">S\u00f6zkonusu \u00f6zel ve psikolojik sava\u015f yeni y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fcyor,<br \/>\ncumhuriyetin kurulu\u015f s\u00fcrecinden beri K\u00fcrtlere kar\u015f\u0131 uygulanan tek politikad\u0131r.<br \/>\nHi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz bu politika farkl\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imlerde uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ama<br \/>\n\u00f6z\u00fcne dair olanlar hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">PKK hareketinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ko\u015fullardan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar<br \/>\npsikolojik sava\u015f y\u00f6ntemlerinin uygulanmas\u0131na hi\u00e7 ara verilmemi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrk<br \/>\ndevleti \u00f6nemli g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc zaman aral\u0131klar\u0131 ve s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde kendince ke\u015ff etti\u011fi<br \/>\n\u2018yumu\u015fak kar\u0131n\u2019dan darbe vurup devirmek i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 y\u00f6ntemlere ba\u015fvurmu\u015ftur. Bu<br \/>\nyolla K\u00fcrt \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketini da\u011f\u0131tmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ad\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m denilen ama<br \/>\n\u00f6z\u00fcnde bir tasfiye politikas\u0131 olarak geli\u015ftirilen s\u00fcre\u00e7 de bunun bir sonucu<br \/>\nolarak geli\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ortak Nokta K\u00fcrt D\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">NATO\u2019nun sivil kanad\u0131 Kuzey Atlantik Konseyi taraf\u0131ndan<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirildi\u011fi art\u0131k bir s\u0131r olmayan ve a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kavramla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan<br \/>\ntasfiye konseptinden istedi\u011fini elde edemeyen AKP ve T\u00fcrk devleti bu sefer<br \/>\nayd\u0131n, akademisyen, yazar mertebesine y\u00fckseltti\u011fi rejimin sad\u0131k bek\u00e7ilerini<br \/>\ndevreye koymaya ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131, Ergenkoncu, sa\u011fc\u0131, solcu, liberal ve<br \/>\nsiyasal islamc\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015flara sahip herkesi ayn\u0131 potada g\u00f6rev ba\u015f\u0131na getirdi.<br \/>\n\u0130\u00e7te y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve rant\u0131 payla\u015famamadan kaynakl\u0131 birbirlerini adeta<br \/>\nyamyamlar gibi yemek isteyen \u00e7evrelerin t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 tek a\u011f\u0131zdan konu\u015fmaya<br \/>\nba\u015flamas\u0131 bunun kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Tokat Eylemi Yeni Bir S\u00fcrecin Ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Anla\u015f\u0131lan o ki, Tokat eylemi korku ve inkar cumhuriyetini<br \/>\npani\u011fe sevk etmi\u015ftir. Bundan olsa gerek, eylemin HPG taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcstlenilmemesi<br \/>\ni\u00e7in akla gelebilecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc y\u00f6nlendirme faaliyetlerini uygulamak istediler.<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt hareketi, oynanmak istenen oyuna gelmeyip eylemi \u00fcstlenince t\u00fcm hesaplar\u0131<br \/>\nalt \u00fcst oldu. Kald\u0131 ki bu durum K\u00fcrt hareketinin sahip oldu\u011fu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n bir<br \/>\ngere\u011fidir, yani yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her eylemi hi\u00e7 \u00e7ekinmeden \u00fcstlenir. E\u011fer HPG eylemi<br \/>\n\u00fcstlenmeseydi, kamuoyuna \u201cPKK\u2019nin oralarda eylem yapma g\u00fcc\u00fc yok, pani\u011fe<br \/>\nkap\u0131lmaya gerek yok mesajlar\u0131 verilecekti.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bir\u00e7ok kesim anlamasa da AKP ve T\u00fcrk devleti Tokat eyleminin<br \/>\nnas\u0131l bir anlama sahip oldu\u011funu, ne t\u00fcr mesajlar verdi\u011fini iyi bilir.<br \/>\nVerdikleri tepki bu a\u00e7\u0131dan anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131r. Yoksa sorun yedi askerin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle<br \/>\nilgili bir durum de\u011fildir. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da \u0131srarla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen operasyonlarda \u00f6len<br \/>\nonca askeri kamuoyu g\u00fcndemine getirmeyen anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n, Tokat eylemini bu kadar<br \/>\n\u00f6nemsemesi kap\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 pani\u011fin ne denli b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Tam da bu<br \/>\ns\u00fcre\u00e7te ayd\u0131n-akademisyen-yazar \u00e7evrelerinin devreye girip K\u00fcrt hareketi ve<br \/>\nhalk\u0131n\u0131 karalayan yaz\u0131lar yazmas\u0131 tesad\u00fcf de\u011fildir. Bu kesime yazd\u0131r\u0131lan<br \/>\nyaz\u0131larla toplum y\u00f6nderilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor, T\u00fcrk halk\u0131nda K\u00fcrt d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirilmek isteniyor. B\u00f6ylece K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na geri ad\u0131m att\u0131r\u0131lmak<br \/>\nhedefleniyor. E\u011fer bu planlamada ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamazlarsa da en az\u0131ndan<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirdikleri ak\u0131l-mant\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 maniple yaz\u0131larla bilgi kirlili\u011fi yarat\u0131larak,<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekler karart\u0131lmak ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kirli bilgilerin dola\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nortamlarda ger\u00e7ek bilgiye ula\u015fmak zor oluyor. B\u00f6ylece toplumun bilin\u00e7alt\u0131na<br \/>\nula\u015f\u0131p, toplum denetim alt\u0131na al\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fte T\u00fcrk ayd\u0131n profili<br \/>\nbudur. Osmanl\u0131dan beri \u00e7ok \u015fey de\u011fi\u015fti, ama uyduruk ayd\u0131n anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc<br \/>\nde\u011fi\u015fmedi.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ate\u015fe K\u00f6r\u00fckle Giden Ayd\u0131n, Neyin Ayd\u0131n\u0131d\u0131r?<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Di\u011fer bir \u00f6nemli nokta da \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalarda ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 yitiren<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt gerillalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin ayn\u0131 \u00e7evrelerin olduk\u00e7a duyars\u0131z yakla\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nEylemsizlik s\u00fcrecinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrk ordusunun geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi<br \/>\noperasyonlarda 88 K\u00fcrt gerillas\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi. Hep insan hayat\u0131ndan,<br \/>\nanne-baba ac\u0131s\u0131ndan s\u00f6zeden ayd\u0131nlar nedense bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi g\u00f6rmek istemiyorlar.<br \/>\nDiyarbak\u0131r\u2019da \u00fcniversite 3. s\u0131n\u0131rf \u00f6\u011frencisinin polis taraf\u0131ndan<br \/>\nkatledilmesiyle ba\u015flayan, \u0130stanbul Dolapdere\u2019de provas\u0131 yap\u0131lan ve en son<br \/>\nMu\u015f\u2019un Bulan\u0131k il\u00e7esinde polis-jitem \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesiyle bir esnafa yapt\u0131ralan<br \/>\nkatliam giri\u015fiminde iki K\u00fcrd\u00fcn \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesine kar\u015f\u0131 sessiz kalan, sessiz<br \/>\nkalman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde vurulan gen\u00e7leri ve onlar\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131nda K\u00fcrtleri provokasyonla<br \/>\nsu\u00e7layan yaz\u0131lar yazanlar acaba tarih ve halk nazar\u0131nda nas\u0131l yarg\u0131lanacaklar?<br \/>\nBunu hi\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcler mi acaba?<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de K\u00fcrt sorununun inkar-imha y\u00f6ntemleriyle<br \/>\nbast\u0131r\u0131lmak istendi\u011fi bu d\u00f6nemde ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n hak ihlallerini yerinde<br \/>\nincelemeleri ve buna kar\u015f\u0131 tav\u0131r g\u00f6stermeleri gerekirdi. Ne yaz\u0131k ki,<br \/>\nbelirtti\u011fimiz \u00e7evreler geli\u015fen olaylara s\u00fcrekli ama \u0131srarla tek a\u00e7\u0131dan bakmaya<br \/>\ndevam ettiler. E\u011fer bu ayd\u0131n-yazar tak\u0131m\u0131nda varsa vicdan ad\u0131na bir insanl\u0131k<br \/>\nyarg\u0131s\u0131 K\u00fcrt gen\u00e7lerinin \u00f6l\u00fcmlerine de ayn\u0131 duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 ac\u0131y\u0131<br \/>\ng\u00f6stereceklerdir. K\u00fcrd\u00fcn \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne sevinip askerin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne a\u011flayan ki\u015finin bir<br \/>\nayd\u0131n olarak topluma yol g\u00f6stermesi, toplum i\u00e7in bir mum yakmas\u0131 ve insanl\u0131k<br \/>\nvicdan\u0131 olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc?<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Halbuki ayd\u0131n\u0131n evrensel bir tan\u0131m\u0131 vard\u0131r. Vicdan, ahlak,<br \/>\nhukuk, adalet ve de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131na sahip olan, bunu etnik kimlik g\u00f6zetmeden<br \/>\nuygulayan ki\u015fi ayd\u0131nd\u0131r. Haks\u0131zl\u0131klara, anti demokratik uygulamalara, insan<br \/>\nhaklar\u0131 ihlallerine kar\u015f\u0131 tutum tak\u0131nan ki\u015fi ayd\u0131n mertebesine ula\u015fmay\u0131 hak<br \/>\netmi\u015ftir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan her tutum sahtekarl\u0131ktan \u00f6te anlam ifade etmiyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Acaba T\u00fcrk medyas\u0131nda ayd\u0131n s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131 kullanan ki\u015filerin<br \/>\nka\u00e7ta ka\u00e7\u0131 ger\u00e7ek ayd\u0131nd\u0131r? Bu tipler anlay\u0131\u015fta, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede, zihniyette<br \/>\nkendilerini ne kadar \u015fovenist sistemden kurtarm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r? Egemen ulus ki\u015fili\u011fi,<br \/>\nanlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve bilinci bu ki\u015filerde ne kadar mevcuttur, ne kadar\u0131n\u0131 atmay\u0131<br \/>\nba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r?<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ayd\u0131n ge\u00e7inen ki\u015fi kendine bu sorular\u0131 sorup do\u011fru<br \/>\nyan\u0131tlamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na anlatabilece\u011fi bir \u015feyi olamaz. Ne halk<br \/>\ndinler, ne de toplumda bir sayg\u0131 elde edebilir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Son g\u00fcnlerde Taha Akyol, Mehmet Altan, Ahmet Altan, M. Ali<br \/>\nBirand, Ru\u015fen \u00c7ak\u0131r, Yasemin \u00c7ongar vb k\u00f6\u015fe yazarlar\u0131n\u0131n yazd\u0131klar\u0131 maniple<br \/>\nyaz\u0131lar, i\u015fin i\u00e7 y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc t\u00fcm \u00e7\u0131plakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla g\u00f6steriyor. \u0130simlerini yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z<br \/>\nyazarlar bu d\u00f6neme kadar K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 aras\u0131nda nispeten tutarl\u0131 olarak<br \/>\ntan\u0131n\u0131yorlar. Ancak son d\u00f6nemde yazd\u0131klar\u0131 yaz\u0131larla bir d\u00fczeyde sahip<br \/>\nolduklar\u0131 tutarl\u0131klar\u0131 yitirdikleri ve belli bir merkez taraf\u0131ndan<br \/>\ny\u00f6nlendirildikleri ku\u015fkusu giderek yerle\u015fmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hem ya\u015flar\u0131, hem<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yak\u0131n d\u00f6nem tarihine olan tan\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131, tarihi bilgileriyle<br \/>\nbirle\u015ftirilince, s\u00f6z konusu yazarlar\u0131n i\u00e7erisine girdikleri tutars\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\naffetmek pek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyor. Akl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda olarak olarak de\u011ferlenlendirilen bu \u015fahsiyetlerin<br \/>\nbilin\u00e7li bir \u015fekilde bilgi kirlili\u011fi yaratarak, K\u00fcrt inkar\u0131 ve katliam\u0131nda rol<br \/>\noynamak istemelerini tarih ve K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 affetmeyecektir. S\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz bunlarad\u0131r.<br \/>\nYoksa AKP tayfas\u0131n\u0131n sad\u0131k hizmetkarlar\u0131 olan \u015eamil Tayyar, Nazl\u0131 Il\u0131cak, Ali<br \/>\nBayramo\u011flu, Fehmi Koru gibi ki\u015fileri ve yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 muhatap almak<br \/>\nbile yersizdir. Bunlar kendilerine verilen \u00f6zel g\u00f6revi yerine getirmekten ba\u015fka<br \/>\nbir amaca sahip de\u011fillerdir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi d\u00fcnyan\u0131n hemen her yerinde keskin hatlarla<br \/>\nbirbirlerinden ayr\u0131\u015fan demokrat ve fa\u015fist tan\u0131mlar\u0131 maalesef T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de i\u00e7 i\u00e7e<br \/>\nge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Demokrat\u0131 bile fa\u015fist sistem ve zihniyetle \u015ferbetlendi\u011fi i\u00e7in, yeri<br \/>\ngeldi\u011finde en de\u011fme fa\u015fiste ta\u015f \u00e7\u0131kartacak kadar ger\u00e7eklerden<br \/>\nuzakla\u015fabilmektedir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan Taha Akyol gibilerinin K\u00fcrt hareketini ve<br \/>\n\u00d6nderini \u201cfa\u015fistlikle ve narsizmle su\u00e7lamas\u0131 kadar daha traji komik bir durum<br \/>\nolabilir mi? Taha Akyol gibileri bu tarifle kendi ger\u00e7ek kimliklerini ortaya<br \/>\nkoymu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Maalesef fa\u015fizmin ki\u015filik yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 olan narsizm bug\u00fcn t\u00fcm<br \/>\nT\u00fcrk devlet sistemini ve onun kurumlar\u0131n\u0131 esir alm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Bu sistem<br \/>\ni\u00e7erisinde yeti\u015fen ki\u015fi e\u011fer kendini yeterli sorgulamadan ge\u00e7irmezse ve ciddi,<br \/>\ntutarl\u0131 \u00f6zele\u015ftiri vermezse, bu konumdan uzakla\u015fam\u0131yor. Taha Akyol bunun tipik<br \/>\nifadesidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Narsisit ki\u015filik bilindi\u011fi gibi kendini her\u015feyden ve<br \/>\nherkesten \u00fcst\u00fcn, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6ren bir ruh hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Hep kendini, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla<br \/>\nmensubu oldu\u011fu etnik kimli\u011fi herkesten ve di\u011fer etnik kimliklerden ayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131<br \/>\nve \u00fcst\u00fcn g\u00f6ren anlay\u0131\u015f fa\u015fizmin dik alas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dcz\u00fclerek belirtmek gerekir ki, bu<br \/>\ntipler T\u00fcrk toplum yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6nemli bir yer tutuyorlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">En tehlikeli yakla\u015f\u0131m budur, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc sonu\u00e7ta ruhsal bozulmaya<br \/>\nu\u011fram\u0131\u015f bir toplumsal ger\u00e7eklik yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Egemen ulus anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, (narsizmi)<br \/>\ne\u011fer K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bu \u015fekilde devam ederse, do\u011fal olarak buna kar\u015f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\nbir direni\u015fte ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecektir. \u0130\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131 do\u011furacak tek etken budur.
