Buralarda ya\u015fayanlar da \u201charbiyyin  yani sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar denir.<br \/>\nDar el-\u0130slam da y\u00f6netilenlerin hepsi M\u00fcsl\u00fcman veya \u201ckitap sahipleri<br \/>\n(H\u0131ristiyan ya da Yahudi) zimmiyin olmasa da \u0130slam yasalar\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00f6netilen<br \/>\nyerlerdir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ften hareketle bar\u0131\u015f alan\u0131 yani Dar el-\u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131<br \/>\nbirbirlerinden uzak olsalar dahi t\u00fcm M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclkeleri kapsar.  Burada<br \/>\n\u0130slamiyet taraf\u0131ndan kitap sahibi dinler, yani hak dini olarak say\u0131lan<br \/>\nYahudilere ve H\u0131ristiyanlara kar\u015f\u0131 bir z\u0131mnen uzla\u015f\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bunlarla<br \/>\nda tarihte zaman zaman dinsel sava\u015flar ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fsa da bunlar hak dini olarak<br \/>\nkabul edilmi\u015flerdir ve \u0130slamiyet\u2019le y\u00f6netilen imparatorluklar ya da devlet<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde bir hukuka sahip olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Ama Aleviler ve \u00f6zellikle<br \/>\n\u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler hi\u00e7bir zaman \u0130slamiyet taraf\u0131ndan b\u00f6yle bir hukuka tabi<br \/>\ntutulmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r, bunlar birer Dar el-Harb yani sava\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki \u201charbiyyin<br \/>\nolarak g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015flerdir, zaman zaman fetva \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131larak katli vacip<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Hatta hem K\u0131z\u0131lba\u015flar (Aleviler) ve hem de \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler i\u00e7in<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan \u201c7 K\u0131z\u0131lba\u015f ya da 7 \u00caz\u00eed\u00ee \u00f6ld\u00fcren cennete gider  fetvas\u0131 hala<br \/>\nhaf\u0131zalarda canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumaktad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Arap \u0130slam ordular\u0131 640\u2019lardan ba\u015flayarak K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\ni\u00e7lerine do\u011fru ak\u0131nlar d\u00fczenleyip \u0130slamiyet\u2019i yayma ad\u0131na halk\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir<br \/>\nk\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7tan ge\u00e7irirken, k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7tan kurtulanlar ise zorla M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul<br \/>\netmek zorunda kald\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Geli\u015fen bu istila hareketi sonucu K\u00fcrt n\u00fcfusunun \u00f6nemli bir<br \/>\nkesimi ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131 terk ederek, milli de\u011ferlerini koruma ve<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcr bir ya\u015fam u\u011fruna da\u011flara \u00e7ekildiler. Denetime al\u0131nan K\u00fcrtlerde milli<br \/>\nde\u011ferlerden uzakla\u015fma ya\u015fan\u0131rken, da\u011flara \u00e7ekilen K\u00fcrtler aras\u0131nda<br \/>\nyabanc\u0131la\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131 milli de\u011ferlere daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir sar\u0131lma geli\u015fti. \u0130\u015fte<br \/>\nsonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te kendisini ifade eden \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelik inanc\u0131 da Arap-\u0130slam ordusunun<br \/>\nvah\u015feti kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kendisini bu ortamda baz\u0131 reformlara tabi tutmak zorunda<br \/>\nkald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Arap-\u0130slam ordular\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgeye giri\u015fiyle K\u00fcrdistan, tarihi<br \/>\nboyunca s\u0131k s\u0131k tan\u0131k oldu\u011fu katliam ve talanlarla yeniden kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131. Arap<br \/>\nordular\u0131nca Musul\u2019dan Urfa\u2019ya,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Urfa\u2019dan<br \/>\nda Siirt\u2019e kadar yol kenarlar\u0131nda kurulan sehpalarda \u201cibret-i alem olsun  diye<br \/>\nelli bini a\u015fk\u0131n K\u00fcrd\u00fcn dara\u011fac\u0131na \u00e7ekilmesi ve di\u011fer n\u00fcfusun b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn de<br \/>\nArap \u00e7\u00f6llerine s\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, geriye kalanlar\u0131n ise asimilasyon politikalar\u0131yla<br \/>\nArapla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 yap\u0131lan vah\u015fetin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermektedir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u00fcrtler, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n fethinden sonra kom\u015fular\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yeni<br \/>\nortaya \u00e7\u0131kan mistik bir ulus olarak de\u011ferlendirildi. \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde Arap<br \/>\nolmayan halklar\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u0130slam h\u00e2kimiyetinin doru\u011funa ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Halifeli\u011fin 750 de \u015eam\u2019dan Ba\u011fdat\u2019a ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131yla birlikte<br \/>\nhalifelik yetkilileriyle y\u00fczy\u00fcze gelen K\u00fcrtler, tarihi ve co\u011frafi olarak<br \/>\nM\u00fcsl\u00fcman Araplara en yak\u0131n Arap olmayan halkt\u0131. Daha sonra K\u00fcrtlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir<br \/>\n\u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul etmelerine ra\u011fmen K\u00fcrtlerin k\u00f6keni daima inkar<br \/>\nedildi, asimilasyon ve soyk\u0131r\u0131m politikalar\u0131na tabi tutuldu. Orta\u00e7a\u011f<span>\u00a0 <\/span>M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Arap kaynaklar\u0131nda K\u00fcrtlerin mistik<br \/>\nk\u00f6keni ve \u015eeytani K\u00fcrtlerin atalar\u0131n\u0131n Arap oldu\u011funda \u0131srar edilmekle birlikte,<br \/>\nonlar\u0131n \u201cCinlerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131  olduklar\u0131 konusunda anlat\u0131lan bir s\u00fcr\u00fc uydurma<br \/>\nefsane vard\u0131r. PKK\u2019nin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etti\u011fi K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketinin K\u00fcrtler<br \/>\n\u00fczerindeki \u00f6l\u00fc topra\u011f\u0131 kald\u0131rarak zay\u0131f ta olsa bir ulusal bilinci yaratmas\u0131<br \/>\ns\u00fcrecine kadar, T\u00fcrk tarih\u00e7ilerde oldu\u011fu gibi Arap tarih\u00e7iler de K\u00fcrtlerin<br \/>\nk\u00f6kenlerinin Arap oldu\u011funu temelsiz bir \u00e7abayla ispatlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan tarihi savunmalar\u0131nda K\u00fcrtlerin k\u00f6kenini ve<br \/>\nya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 co\u011frafyay\u0131 \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k bir bi\u00e7imde ortaya koymas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bu as\u0131ls\u0131z<br \/>\n\u00e7abalar g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imlerde devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Orta\u00e7a\u011f Arap tarih\u00e7ileri aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n olan ve eski<br \/>\nAhit\u2019e dayand\u0131r\u0131lan bir tez  K\u00fcrtlerin \u015feytan\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 oldu\u011funu<br \/>\nsavunmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrt \u0131rk\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6keni hakk\u0131nda yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f me\u015fhur Muruc el-Zeheb adl\u0131<br \/>\nkitab\u0131n yazar\u0131 tarih\u00e7i El-Mesudi\u2019ye g\u00f6re hayal \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc baz\u0131 hik\u00e2yelerde K\u00fcrtlerin<br \/>\nDavut\u2019un o\u011flu S\u00fcleyman\u2019\u0131n k\u00f6le kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n soyundan geldi\u011fi belirtilmektedir.<br \/>\nSultan S\u00fcleyman, tac\u0131 elinden al\u0131n\u0131nca, El-Cesed ad\u0131ndaki cin m\u00fcnaf\u0131k olan<br \/>\ncinleri yakalay\u0131p onlar\u0131 kad\u0131na \u00e7evirirken, Allah iman sahibi di\u011fer cinleri<br \/>\nkorur. Daha sonra Allah taraf\u0131ndan tac\u0131 geri verilen Sultan S\u00fcleyman, \u015eeytan<br \/>\nile yatan k\u00f6lelerin \u00e7ocuk do\u011furduklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenir. Bunun \u00fczerine \u015f\u00f6yle ba\u011f\u0131r\u0131r<br \/>\n\u201cUkrud\u00fb-hunna  yani \u2018bunlar\u0131 da\u011flara ve vadilere kovun\u2019 Hikayenin devam\u0131nda bu<br \/>\n\u015fekilde kovulan \u015feytan\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n anneleriyle yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu \u015fekilde<br \/>\n\u00e7o\u011fald\u0131klar\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt \u0131rk\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6kenini olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 s\u00f6ylenir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde<br \/>\n\u00caz\u00eed\u00eelik dinini k\u00f6t\u00fclemek ve karalamak i\u00e7in \u201c\u015eeytana tapanlar  diye<br \/>\n\u00e7arp\u0131tanlar, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte de K\u0131z\u0131lba\u015flar\u0131 (Alevileri) sapk\u0131n bir mezhep olarak<br \/>\nlanse ederek onlar i\u00e7in \u201cmum s\u00f6nd\u00fc  tabirini kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Yani Cem i\u00e7in bir<br \/>\naraya toplanan K\u0131z\u0131lba\u015flar\u0131n gecenin ilerleyen bir saatinde mumlar\u0131 s\u00f6nd\u00fcrerek<br \/>\nk\u0131z karde\u015f ya da anne ay\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapmadan cinsel ili\u015fkiye girdiklerini toplum<br \/>\ni\u00e7inde bir karalama kampanyas\u0131 olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015flerdir. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul<br \/>\netmeyen \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler i\u00e7in de \u201c\u015eeytan\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131  ya da \u201c\u015eeytana tapanlar  tabirini<br \/>\nkullanarak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lamak devlet\u00e7i \u0130slam g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin temel bir politikas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.<br \/>\nDevlet\u00e7i \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n egemen \u00fcst toplumunun a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama ve karalama politikalar\u0131 her<br \/>\nd\u00f6nemde farkl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde kendisini yans\u0131tm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle Cumhuriyet sonras\u0131<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019sinde K\u00fcrtlerin kaba-saba, k\u00fclt\u00fcrs\u00fcz, geri, cahil da\u011fl\u0131 T\u00fcrkler oldu\u011fu<br \/>\ny\u00f6n\u00fcndeki a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama propagandas\u0131 bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde amac\u0131na ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f, T\u00fcrkiye<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na yak\u0131n olan K\u00fcrt \u015fehirlerinde ya\u015fayan K\u00fcrtler hor g\u00f6r\u00fclmemek i\u00e7in<br \/>\nkendilerini T\u00fcrk g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn de hala K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc inkar<br \/>\neden, kendisinin T\u00fcrk oldu\u011funu savunan binlerce K\u00fcrt vard\u0131r. Bu kendine<br \/>\nyabanc\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n temelindeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck etken  devlet taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen<br \/>\nsoyk\u0131r\u0131m ve asimilasyon olgular\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrk ulus devletle\u015fmesi asimilasyon<br \/>\ny\u00f6ntemleriyle eritemedi\u011fi halklar\u0131n, az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n, farkl\u0131 din, mezhep ve etnik<br \/>\ngruplar\u0131n fiziki ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelmi\u015ftir. Bu anlamda da en fazla<br \/>\nfiziki ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131ma genelde K\u00fcrtler, \u00f6zelde de \u00caz\u00eed\u00ee K\u00fcrtler<br \/>\nu\u011frat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Arap-\u0130slam ordular\u0131n\u0131n K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da \u0130slam ad\u0131na yapt\u0131klar\u0131<br \/>\nkatliam ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 anlatan \u015fiirlere bolca rastlanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle<br \/>\nS\u00fcleymaniye civar\u0131nda bulunan ve deri par\u00e7alar\u0131 \u00fczerine MS. 669 y\u0131l\u0131nda<br \/>\nyaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lan \u015fiirlerde ya\u015fanan durum b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00f6nleriyle i\u015flenmektedir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">H\u00fcrm\u00fczgan ruman<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Atiran kujan<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Hosan \u015farave gevre gevregan<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Zoreki Arep K\u00fcrdine Habur<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Cihane pale pe\u015fe \u015earisor<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Jin \u00fb kanikan ve dil be\u015finan<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Merdi aza dilenji ruye qewinan<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Zevite Zerde\u015ft maye bedest<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bizika na kit H\u00fcrm\u00fcz ve hi\u00e7 kes<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u015eiirin T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00e7evirisi \u015f\u00f6yledir <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">H\u00fcrm\u00fczgahlar viran oldu, ate\u015fler s\u00f6nd\u00fc<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">B\u00fcy\u00fck, b\u00fcy\u00fckler sakland\u0131lar<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Zorba Araplar her taraf\u0131 harap ettiler<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Hatta \u015earisor\u2019a yeti\u015ftiler <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131nlar\u0131, k\u0131zlar\u0131 esir g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fcler<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Azat erkekleri kana boyad\u0131lar<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Zerd\u00fc\u015ft\u2019\u00fcn ayini sahipsiz kald\u0131<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">H\u00fcrm\u00fcz kimseye yard\u0131m etmedi<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">(Buradaki \u015earisor hen\u00fcz siyasi ve co\u011frafik bir ad kazanmayan<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtlerin \u00fclkesi K\u00fcrdistan anlam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu konuda Nejat Abdulla<br \/>\n\u0130mparatorluk, S\u0131n\u0131r ve A\u015firet kitab\u0131nda \u015funlar\u0131 belirtmektedir  Co\u011frafi yap\u0131<br \/>\nolarak K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 tan\u0131mlayan bir\u00e7ok isim vard\u0131r: Da\u011fl\u0131k b\u00f6lge yani Iqlim<br \/>\nCibal, Cezire, Xuzistan, \u015eehrezur vs.)<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler  devlet\u00e7i \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131ndan kendilerini kurtarmak<br \/>\ni\u00e7in bir dizi reforma gitmek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r ve bu reformun \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc de<br \/>\nMisafir\u2019in o\u011flu \u015e\u00eaxadi Hakk\u00e2ri yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir iddiaya g\u00f6re \u015e\u00eaxadi\u2019nin<br \/>\natalar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6keninin \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeli\u011fe dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt oldu\u011fu, bir ba\u015fka iddiaya g\u00f6re<br \/>\nise Arap k\u00f6kenli oldu\u011fu ve daha sonralar\u0131 \u015e\u00eaxan b\u00f6lgesine geldi\u011fidir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u015ee\u015fims kendisi kadim \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelik inanc\u0131n\u0131 savunmaktayd\u0131. Bu<br \/>\nnedenle yap\u0131lan reform daha \u00e7ok bi\u00e7imde idi ama temel inan\u0131\u015f\u00f6z ve i\u00e7erik fazla<br \/>\nde\u011fi\u015fmedi. \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeli\u011fe \u0130slami motifli bir g\u00f6mlek bi\u00e7ilerek giydirilmek istendi<br \/>\nama b\u00fcy\u00fck bir direni\u015fle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131, bununla birlikte zaman i\u00e7inde baz\u0131<br \/>\nde\u011fi\u015fimler de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Bi\u00e7imsel olarak kabul edilen baz\u0131 reformlar, zamanla<br \/>\ns\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde dinin k\u00f6kenini olu\u015fturmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu anlamda da \u015ee\u015fims ile<br \/>\n\u015e\u00eaxsin aileleri aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7eli\u015fki ve dinsel ayr\u0131l\u0131klar g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar<br \/>\ngelmektedir. \u015e\u00eaxsin dinde ba\u015fka reformlar da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek istiyordu ama<br \/>\n\u015ee\u015fims o reformlara kar\u015f\u0131\u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Selim, 1. S\u00fcleyman, IV. Murat, V. Mehmet\u2019in de<br \/>\nbulundu\u011fu bir\u00e7ok Osmanl\u0131 padi\u015fah\u0131, K\u0131z\u0131lba\u015flar\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeleri<br \/>\nde\u201cputperest, m\u00fcnaf\u0131k, dinsiz, \u015feytana tapanlar  diye ilan ederek<br \/>\nkatledilmeleri i\u00e7in ferman \u00e7\u0131kartm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu fermanlar\u0131 da kendi \u015feriat<br \/>\nhukuklar\u0131na dayand\u0131rm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131 devleti kendisini t\u00fcm \u0130slam aleminin<br \/>\ndevleti olarak addediyordu. Bu anlamda Osmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011funda da \u201c\u00fcmmet<br \/>\nhukuku  ge\u00e7erliydi. Osmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011funun millet sistemi \u0130slam hukukuna g\u00f6re<br \/>\nanlam buluyordu. \u015eeriat hukukuna g\u00f6re cemaatlerin ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u0131rk veya<br \/>\ndil ile bir ilgisi yoktur  toplumsal ittifak\u0131n varl\u0131k nedeni ortak \u0130slam<br \/>\ninanc\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6yleyse \u0130slam inanc\u0131nda olmayanlar bu toplumun neresinde yer<br \/>\nalacaklard\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n hukuku ne olacakt\u0131? Bu sorun s\u00fcrekli Osmanl\u0131<br \/>\nimparatorlu\u011fu i\u00e7inde \u201caz\u0131nl\u0131klar  yani gayrim\u00fcslimler sorunu olarak kendisini<br \/>\nvaretmi\u015ftir. Gayrim\u00fcslimlerden kas\u0131t ise H\u0131ristiyanlar ve Yahudilerdi. Resmi<br \/>\nmezhebi S\u00fcnni olan Osmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011funun s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde  Kuzey<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019da K\u0131z\u0131lba\u015flar ve \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler, G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan da ise \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler,<br \/>\nKakailer, Yarisaniler de ya\u015famaktayd\u0131 ki bunlar ne \u00fcmmet hukuku i\u00e7inde yer<br \/>\nbulabiliyorlard\u0131 ne de \u201caz\u0131nl\u0131klara  yani Yahudiler ve H\u0131ristiyan halklara<br \/>\ntan\u0131nan hukuk i\u00e7inde yer bulabiliyorlard\u0131. \u00d6zellikle \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler ve K\u0131z\u0131lba\u015flar<br \/>\nOsmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011funun \u015feriat hukukunda yer almad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok katliama,<br \/>\ns\u00fcrg\u00fcne, hakarete ve vah\u015fete maruz kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bunun tek nedeni ise kendi<br \/>\ndinsel anlay\u0131\u015f ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinden vazge\u00e7memeleri, kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini korumak ve<br \/>\nya\u015famak istemeleridir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Osmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011funun \u0130slam hukukunda iki millet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nve iki hukuk vard\u0131  M\u00fcsl\u00fcman millet ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmayan (gayrim\u00fcslim) millet.<br \/>\nOsmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011fu hukukunda Yahudiler ve H\u0131ristiyanlara da bir millet<br \/>\n(gayrim\u00fcslim millet) stat\u00fcs\u00fc verilmi\u015fti. Ama bu millet sistemi ve hukuku<br \/>\nK\u0131z\u0131lba\u015f, Ehl\u00ee Hak, D\u00fcrz\u00fc, \u00caz\u00eed\u00ee, \u015eebek, Kakai gibi \u0130slami inan\u0131\u015ftan<br \/>\nfarkl\u0131l\u0131klar arz eden inan\u00e7 ve mezheplere uymuyordu. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bunlara bir<br \/>\nhak tan\u0131nm\u0131yordu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc gayrim\u00fcslimler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda t\u00fcm M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar Osmanl\u0131<br \/>\nimparatorlu\u011funun sultan\u0131 olan halifenin emri alt\u0131ndaki tek bir millet olarak<br \/>\nde\u011ferlendiriliyordu. Bu nedenle de \u00f6zellikle K\u0131z\u0131lba\u015flar (Aleviler) ve<br \/>\n\u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler  Osmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011fu d\u00f6neminde hep \u201csapk\u0131n mezhep  ya da \u201cdinsiz<br \/>\nolarak damgaland\u0131lar ve ona g\u00f6re bir politik yakla\u015f\u0131mla, katliam politikas\u0131yla<br \/>\ny\u00fczy\u00fcze kald\u0131lar. Bu katliam politikalar\u0131 yan\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelere  \u201c\u00caz\u00eed\u00ee<br \/>\ndininden vazge\u00e7erek bir hak dinine ge\u00e7meleri  y\u00f6n\u00fcnde s\u00fcrekli bir bask\u0131<br \/>\nuyguland\u0131, \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler bunu kabul etmeyince de katliama u\u011frat\u0131ld\u0131lar. Elbette bu<br \/>\nkatliamlar sonucunda \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelikte baz\u0131 reformlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f, Arap ve<br \/>\nOsmanl\u0131 \u0130slam k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinden bi\u00e7imsel olarak kabul edi\u015fler olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Saddam D\u00f6neminde \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Saddam d\u00f6neminde \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelere y\u00f6nelik a\u00e7\u0131k bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel<br \/>\nsoyk\u0131r\u0131m, \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeleri iradesizle\u015ftirme, \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeleri bir irade olarak g\u00f6rmeme,<br \/>\n\u015eengal alan\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olarak tutma, 1975 y\u0131l\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00caz\u00eed\u00ee k\u00f6ylerini (165<br \/>\nk\u00f6y) zorla bo\u015faltarak M\u00fccemmalarda (k\u00f6y-kent) toplama ve burada kontrol alt\u0131nda<br \/>\ntutma, Arap k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc okullarda empoze etme ve Arapla\u015ft\u0131rma politikalar\u0131<br \/>\ns\u00fcrekli g\u00fcndemde tutulmu\u015ftur. (M\u00fccemmalar\u0131n n\u00fcfusu 20 bin ile 40 bin aras\u0131nda<br \/>\nde\u011fi\u015fmektedir ve 15 m\u00fccemma vard\u0131r). Bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Enfal d\u00f6neminde y\u00fczlerce<br \/>\n\u00caz\u00eed\u00ee, gruplar halinde veya aileleri ile birlikte katledilmi\u015f ya da<br \/>\nkaybedilmi\u015ftir. Daha \u00f6ncesinden ba\u015flayan \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler etraf\u0131nda bir Arap ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nolu\u015fturma politikas\u0131, Saddam d\u00f6neminde daha da h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131larak tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nDicle k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131 boyunca Araplar yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve b\u00f6ylece \u00caz\u00eed\u00ee toplumu hem<br \/>\nco\u011frafik olarak, hem de demografik olarak birbirinden ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu koridor<br \/>\n\u00caz\u00eed\u00eelerin bir zamanlar ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 en verimli tar\u0131msal alan\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r, ama<br \/>\nbug\u00fcn bu alan bo\u015falt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve Araplar yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu politika b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\noranda Bazan ve Ba\u015fika y\u00f6resinde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Buralarda ya\u015fayan \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler<br \/>\na\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak Arap\u00e7a konu\u015fmakta ve Arap k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc yans\u0131tmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler Saddam y\u00f6netimince yedek bir askeri g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak da<br \/>\nele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, \u0130ran-Irak sava\u015f\u0131nda \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelerden olu\u015fan bir\u00e7ok askeri birlik,<br \/>\n\u0130ran\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bu sava\u015fta y\u00fczlerce \u00caz\u00eed\u00ee ya \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015f ya da sakat<br \/>\nkalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\nkatliam, bask\u0131 ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlerden kurtulmak i\u00e7in ileri gelen Kakai dini<br \/>\nliderlerinden biri \u201cKakailerin Arap oldu\u011fu  y\u00f6n\u00fcnde a\u00e7\u0131klama yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kakai<br \/>\ndini liderinin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu a\u00e7\u0131klaman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edilen Kakailerin b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\n\u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funa 1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u00f6ylerine geri d\u00f6nme izni verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Saddam sonras\u0131nda Irak\u2019ta ba\u015f g\u00f6steren kaos ortam\u0131,<br \/>\n\u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler\u2019i de b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda etkilemi\u015ftir. Daha \u00f6nceleri Musul, Kerk\u00fck veya<br \/>\nIrak\u2019\u0131n di\u011fer \u015fehirlerinde ya\u015fayan \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler, mezhepsel \u00e7eli\u015fki ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalardan<br \/>\nkaynaklanan sald\u0131r\u0131lardan sonra buralardan ka\u00e7arak yeniden \u015eengal da\u011f\u0131<br \/>\n\u00e7evresindeki yerle\u015fim yerlerine veya \u015e\u00eaxan ve \u00e7evresine s\u0131\u011f\u0131nm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r, ama<br \/>\nburalarda da zaman zaman katliamlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu katliamlardan en<br \/>\nb\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Siba \u015e\u00eax X\u0131d\u0131r ile Tile Zer\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Adeta \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler bu dinlerce \u00e7epe\u00e7evre sar\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r, bu dinlere<br \/>\nbiat etmedikleri i\u00e7in de 72 kez ferman \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131larak katliama u\u011frat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<br \/>\nEn son katliam, yani Siba \u015e\u00eax X\u0131d\u0131r ve Tilezer\u2019deki katliamlar \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler i\u00e7in<br \/>\n73. Asl\u0131nda<br \/>\n\u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler az\u0131nl\u0131k say\u0131lmazlar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelik herhangi bir dinin mezhebi<br \/>\nde\u011fildir, ulus olarak da bir az\u0131nl\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na girmezler. K\u00fcrtlerin kadim dinini<br \/>\nolu\u015fturan \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelik ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bir din oldu\u011fundan, az\u0131nl\u0131klar s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na koymak<br \/>\nger\u00e7ek\u00e7i de\u011fildir. Daha \u00f6nceleri say\u0131lar\u0131 milyonlar\u0131 bulan \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelerin,<br \/>\ng\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde toplam say\u0131s\u0131 ancak 1,5 milyonu bulabilmektedir. Bu nedenle de<br \/>\nkendilerini ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini korumak i\u00e7in i\u00e7e kapan\u0131k bir toplumsal ya\u015fam<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirmi\u015flerdir. \u0130\u00e7e kapan\u0131kl\u0131k baz\u0131 tutucu ve muhafazakar gelenekleri<br \/>\nya\u015fatmaya ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye yol a\u00e7man\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra, kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimliklerini de<br \/>\nuzun s\u00fcre ya\u015fatmay\u0131 beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu \u00f6zellik yani d\u0131\u015fa kapal\u0131l\u0131k,<br \/>\n\u00caz\u00eed\u00eeleri di\u011fer K\u00fcrt kesimlerinden de farkl\u0131la\u015fmaya g\u00f6t\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ama bu da\u011flar da \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeleri korumaya yetmemi\u015f,<br \/>\n\u00e7e\u015fitli s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde sald\u0131r\u0131 ve katliamlara maruz kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">T\u00fcm bu insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131 ve katliamlar\u0131n temelinde iki<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli neden yatmaktayd\u0131. Birincisi \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelerin Arapla\u015fmay\u0131 kabul etmemesi,<br \/>\nikincisi ise \u0130slam dinini kabul etmemesi. Yani bir taraftan dinsel direni\u015f \u00f6te<br \/>\ntaraftan ise ulusal bir direni\u015f s\u00f6zkonusuydu. \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler t\u00fcm bu katliam, bask\u0131 ve<br \/>\nzul\u00fcm kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda dillerini, dinlerini ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini korumay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<br \/>\nArap \u0130slam ordular\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra, daha \u00f6nce Zerde\u015fti olan ama sonra bask\u0131lar<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u0130slamiyet\u2019i kabul eden baz\u0131 K\u00fcrt a\u015firetleri de \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelere kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nkatliam sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. B\u00f6ylelikle daha \u00f6nce Arap katliamlar\u0131<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda baz\u0131 K\u00fcrt a\u015firetlerin deste\u011fini alan \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler, bu a\u015firetlerin<br \/>\n\u0130slamiyet\u2019i kabul etmesiyle birlikte bu deste\u011fi de kaybetmi\u015flerdir. \u00d6nce<br \/>\nAraplar eliyle, daha sonra ise Osmanl\u0131lar taraf\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtler, \u00caz\u00eed\u00ee katliamlar\u0131nda yer alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u015eeyh\u00fclislamlar taraf\u0131ndan<br \/>\n\u00caz\u00eed\u00eeler \u201cdinsiz  olarak nitelendirilip fetva \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak katliamlara tabi<br \/>\ntutuluyordu a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yordu. Bu fetvalarda \u00caz\u00eed\u00eeleri \u00f6ld\u00fcrenlerin cennete gidece\u011fi<br \/>\nvaat ediliyor b\u00f6ylece bu katliam seferlerine kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n daha da<br \/>\nsald\u0131rganla\u015fmas\u0131 ve ac\u0131mas\u0131z olmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yordu. Katledilen \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelerin evleri<br \/>\nyak\u0131l\u0131p y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131yor, mallar\u0131 talan ediliyor, kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar esir al\u0131n\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00caz\u00eed\u00eelerin Osmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011fu kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda zaman zaman<br \/>\ndireni\u015fleri katliam ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlerle sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
