Devlete \u015fikayet etti. \u015eikayetini de\u011ferlendiren devlet, amcas\u0131n\u0131 tutuklad\u0131, \u00e7ocu\u011fu ise ninesiyle ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tek g\u00f6zl\u00fc eve geri g\u00f6nderdi. Eve d\u00f6nd\u00fckten bir s\u00fcre sonra \u00e7ocuk, \u015fikayetini geri \u00e7ekti. Amcas\u0131 serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/5406-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tBir s\u00fcre sonra \u00e7ocuk \u015fiddetli<br \/>\nkar\u0131n a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ile hastaneye kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve 8 ayl\u0131k hamile oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<br \/>\nBebe\u011fi al\u0131nam\u0131yordu \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u201cyasal k\u00fcrtaj s\u00fcresi  \u00e7oktan a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7ocuk devlet<br \/>\nkorumas\u0131 alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">-\u015eakran F tipi cezaevinde kalan kad\u0131n tutsaklar<br \/>\ncezaevlerinin banyo ve tuvaletlerine kamera tak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve cezaevlerinde<br \/>\nya\u015fanan bu insan haklar\u0131 ihlallerine kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015fta kad\u0131nlar olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm insan<br \/>\nhaklar\u0131 savunucular\u0131n\u0131 eylem yapmaya ve kad\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fck bu \u00f6zel \u015fiddet<br \/>\ny\u00f6ntemlerine dur demeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">-T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki kad\u0131n tutsaklar \u00e7\u0131plak \u00fcs aramas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n<br \/>\neylem ba\u015flatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">-Urfa\u2019da da g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan bir grup kad\u0131n g\u00f6zalt\u0131nda<br \/>\ncinsel i\u015fkence g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini ve tecav\u00fcze u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yazd\u0131klar\u0131 bir mektup ile<br \/>\nkamuoyuna duyurdu.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">&#8211; AKP\u2019li bakan \u201ckad\u0131n tecav\u00fcze u\u011fruyorsa neden \u00e7ocu\u011fu \u00f6ls\u00fcn,<br \/>\nkendi \u00f6ls\u00fcn, \u00e7ocu\u011funa devlet bakar , dedi.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">&#8211;<span>\u00a0 <\/span>T\u00fcrk Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131<br \/>\nHollanda ile ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kriz sonras\u0131 \u201cEy Avrupa\u2019da ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrk kad\u0131nlar\u0131, ben<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fc\u00e7 diyorum siz Avrupa\u2019da be\u015f \u00e7ocuk do\u011furun , dedi.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n k\u00f6lele\u015ftirildi\u011fine, ezildi\u011fine, haklar\u0131ndan<br \/>\nyoksun b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve insan olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmedi\u011fine, politik olarak bask\u0131 ve<br \/>\n\u015fiddete u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair \u00f6rnekler maalesef bunlarla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fil. Bu verdi\u011fimiz<br \/>\n\u00f6rnekler durumunun sadece T\u00fcrkiye boyutu, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6te yanlar\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in<br \/>\ndurumun farkl\u0131 oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesin. D\u00fcnyadaki hakim ataerkil anlay\u0131\u015f bir<br \/>\nideolojisi olan ve bu ideoloji do\u011frultusunda kendisini kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131ran,<br \/>\nya\u015famda, s\u00f6ylemde, pratikte kendisini sistematize eden g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir anlay\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\nsistemin temelinde toplumun h\u00fccresi olan aile vard\u0131r. Tek tek bireylerin bu<br \/>\nsistemde pek de bir anlam\u0131 yoktur, bireyler ancak sistemin kurumlar\u0131 ile anlam<br \/>\nkazan\u0131rlar, her bireyin bu kurumlarda temsil etti\u011fi bir g\u00f6revi vard\u0131r ve<br \/>\ng\u00f6revini ba\u015fard\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde anlam kazan\u0131r. Sistem i\u00e7erisinde kad\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revi ise<br \/>\nkad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc savunan pek \u00e7ok kad\u0131n\u0131n ortakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f olarak \u201cdo\u011furmak,<br \/>\npi\u015firmek ve inanmakt\u0131r . Bu g\u00f6rev bat\u0131 toplumlar\u0131nda \u201cmutfak, \u00e7ocuk ve kilise<br \/>\nolarak sembolize edilse de esas\u0131nda d\u00fcnyada ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in durum<br \/>\nhemen hemen bundan ibarettir. Kad\u0131n, erke\u011fin m\u00fclkiyetinde olan ve onun evinde<br \/>\nyemek pi\u015firendir, ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle egemen \u00f6znenin nesnesi konumundad\u0131r.<br \/>\nErkeklerin sava\u015f gibi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revleri oldu\u011funda ise fabrikalar\u0131n \u201cucuz<br \/>\ni\u015f\u00e7isi  olur. Erkekler cephelerden siyaset ve politika yapmak i\u00e7in evlerine<br \/>\nd\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, kad\u0131nlar ellerini olanca g\u00fc\u00e7leri ile \u00e7\u0131rparak bu politikac\u0131<br \/>\nerkekleri alk\u0131\u015flamal\u0131 ve onlara dua etmelidir. Sonras\u0131nda ise erkeklerin<br \/>\nkurdu\u011fu sistemleri koruyacak \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 do\u011furmak i\u00e7in haz\u0131rl\u0131k yapmal\u0131d\u0131rlar.<br \/>\nHem de bunu b\u00fcy\u00fck bir inan\u00e7la ve minnet duyarak yapmal\u0131d\u0131rlar, nas\u0131l olsa<br \/>\nerkekler onlara bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve huzurlu bir ya\u015fam\u0131 l\u00fctfetmi\u015ftir. Ataerkil sistemin<br \/>\naile denilen \u00e7ekirdek kurumunda kad\u0131na uygun g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6revler bunlard\u0131r i\u015fte ve<br \/>\nkad\u0131n bu g\u00f6revlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na asla \u00e7\u0131kmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Peki,<br \/>\nsonras\u0131nda bu \u00e7ocu\u011fa ne olacakt\u0131r? Devletin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu \u00f6zel kurumlardan, kamusal<br \/>\nalana kadar bir dizi kurum i\u00e7inde ya\u015famda bu \u00e7ocu\u011fu bekleyen tek bir \u015fey<br \/>\nvard\u0131r. O da sonuna kadar tecav\u00fczd\u00fcr! Ataerkil sistem, \u00f6ylesine kurnazca<br \/>\ntasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki bu \u00e7ocuk ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 her \u015feyi \u201ckader  zannedecek kadar da<br \/>\nger\u00e7eklerden kopuk olacakt\u0131r. Din ve onun en de\u011ferli arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131ndan olan kader<br \/>\npatriyarkan\u0131n kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n en temel ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biridir, di\u011ferininse<br \/>\nhukuk oldu\u011fu biliniyor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kaderlerine boyun e\u011fi\u015flerinin de bu anlamda<br \/>\ntesad\u00fcf olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ya\u015fam\u0131n anlam\u0131n\u0131 sorgulamak<br \/>\nerkeklere verilmi\u015f bir hakt\u0131r, Platon\u2019dan, Aristo\u2019ya oradan Rossue\u2019ya kadar<br \/>\nd\u00fcnya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tarihine katk\u0131lar\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmeyecek pek \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr de b\u00f6yle<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmektedir.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Onlara g\u00f6re de erkek<br \/>\negemen \u00f6\u011fe, kad\u0131n ise ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun b\u00f6yle olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunan, erkek egemen<br \/>\ntoplum-din-devlet yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sorgulayan ve bu anlay\u0131\u015fa kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan kad\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\ncezaland\u0131r\u0131lma bi\u00e7imidir, \u201ckad\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fck \u015fiddet ve tecav\u00fcz . Kad\u0131n\u0131n, erkek<br \/>\nd\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 sorgulamas\u0131, bir kad\u0131n olarak erkek d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda ya\u015fam hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunmas\u0131<br \/>\nyasakt\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durum bu anlamda tam bir trajedidir. Kad\u0131n, bir<br \/>\ncins olarak erkekler taraf\u0131ndan adeta lanetlenmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zel alandan, genel alana<br \/>\nkadar ki\u015filik kazanma ve ki\u015fili\u011fini geli\u015ftirme hakk\u0131ndan tamamen yoksundur.<br \/>\nErkek d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ile m\u00fccadele bir fark\u0131ndal\u0131k a\u015famas\u0131d\u0131r, fakat kad\u0131nlar sistem<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131ndan \u00f6ylesine k\u00f6rle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir ki bu a\u015famaya ula\u015fmalar\u0131 neredeyse<br \/>\nimkans\u0131zd\u0131r. Bu a\u015famaya ula\u015fanlar ise \u00e7o\u011fu zaman sistem i\u00e7erisinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan<br \/>\nya da sistemde de\u011fi\u015fim yapmay\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fin,<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>yasal haklar elde etmeye odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan m\u00fccadeleleri sonu\u00e7suz<br \/>\nkalmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc esasen y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken sistemin kendisidir, cins \u00e7eli\u015fkisi<br \/>\nancak b\u00f6yle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilir. Anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken, var olan sistemde ne kadar<br \/>\nde\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131l\u0131rsa yap\u0131ls\u0131n, kad\u0131na \u201ctecav\u00fczle ya\u015fam  d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir \u015fans<br \/>\nverilmemesidir. Bu ba\u011flamda, Mehrof ve Kearon\u2019un \u015fu belirlemelerine bakmak<br \/>\ngerekir  \u201cTecav\u00fcz politik bir su\u00e7, kad\u0131n\u0131 ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f konumunda tutan bir<br \/>\nter\u00f6rist eylemdir . Anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere tecav\u00fcz, kad\u0131n\u0131 bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda tutma arac\u0131<br \/>\nolarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor bu anlamda tecav\u00fcz\u00fc bireylerle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak bu fiilin<br \/>\narkas\u0131ndaki ideolojiyi g\u00f6rmemizi engelleyecektir. Ataerkil sistem bir erkek<br \/>\nsistemidir ve kad\u0131n\u0131n bunun alternatifini yaratma istemi onu potansiyel su\u00e7lu<br \/>\nkonumuna iter ki aileye kadar sirayet eden tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn arkas\u0131nda bu<br \/>\ntehditti ortadan kald\u0131rma anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 vard\u0131r. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle ifade edildi\u011fi<br \/>\ngibi <span>\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cTecav\u00fcz politiktir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc<br \/>\nbir s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n \u00fcyeleri taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz bir s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n \u00fcyelerine kar\u015f\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131r ,<br \/>\nburadaki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f erkektir ve ezilen s\u0131n\u0131f ise kad\u0131nd\u0131r. G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n<br \/>\ng\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc elinde tutmak i\u00e7in zorbala\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten bilinmektedir. Yine \u0130zmir\u2019de<br \/>\namcas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tecav\u00fcze u\u011frayan \u00e7ocu\u011fun ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 bu \u00e7er\u00e7eveden<br \/>\nde\u011ferlendirilirse zorba erke\u011fin konumu ve ezen anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 kendisini ele<br \/>\nverecektir. Evdeki durumunu reddeden \u00e7ocu\u011fun devlet kurumlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tekrar<br \/>\neve g\u00f6nderilmesini de bu kapsamda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemek gerekiyor. Burada erkek \u015fiddetini<br \/>\nkabul etmeyen bir tav\u0131r s\u00f6z konusudur. Fakat devlet bu \u015fiddeti \u00fcreten as\u0131l<br \/>\nayg\u0131tt\u0131r. Devlet bu \u015fiddeti organize eden ve en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kar\u015f\u0131 koyu\u015fu dahi kontrol<br \/>\nalt\u0131nda tutmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan otoriter bir mekanizmad\u0131r. Bu nedenle o \u00e7ocu\u011fun devlet<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131ndan neden korunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair herhangi bir saptama,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>devlet ayg\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mamakla ilgilidir.<br \/>\nDevletin en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde sorumlu oldu\u011fu bu \u015fiddet mekani\u011finin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc ise yeni<br \/>\nalternatiflerin do\u011fru temelde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesidir. Bu konuda Andienne Rich,<br \/>\n\u201ckad\u0131nlar\u0131n, onlara ideolojik olarak boyun e\u011fdiren sahtelikleri k\u0131rabilmeleri<br \/>\ni\u00e7in, kendi haklar\u0131nda do\u011fruyu s\u00f6ylemeyi \u00f6\u011frenmelerinin zorunlu oldu\u011funa dikkat<br \/>\n\u00e7eker.
