Yani tek ki\u015fi<br \/>\niktidar\u0131n\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in ideolojik propagandan\u0131n yan\u0131nda, ondan daha fazla<br \/>\nolacak \u015fekilde bask\u0131 ayg\u0131tlar\u0131na ba\u015fvurur. Bu genel do\u011fru s\u00f6z konusu Abd\u00fclhamit<br \/>\nrejimi i\u00e7in fazlas\u0131yla ge\u00e7erli olmakla birlikte y\u00f6netim tarz\u0131n\u0131n tek y\u00f6nl\u00fc<br \/>\nolmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da bilmek gerekir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Abd\u00fclhamit rejimini yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 korku<br \/>\natmosferine, s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlere ve idamlara dayand\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olsa da bug\u00fcn \u00f6zel sava\u015f<br \/>\npolitikalar\u0131 dedi\u011fimiz y\u00f6ntemleri olduk\u00e7a etkili bir bi\u00e7imde kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nBunlar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulamak Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in ki\u015fili\u011fine dair bize \u00f6nemli<br \/>\nbilgiler verecektir.<\/p>\n<p> Muhbirlik her ne kadar devlet<br \/>\nolgusunun ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 zarar veren bir durum olarak<br \/>\nvar olmu\u015f olsa bile toplumda s\u00fcrekli k\u0131nand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ahlaki bir d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in yayg\u0131nla\u015fmam\u0131\u015f ve devletler bu durumu kapitalist modernite<br \/>\nd\u00f6nemine kadar sistemli hale getirmemi\u015flerdir. Ortado\u011fu\u2019da ise bu ihbarc\u0131l\u0131k<br \/>\n\u00e7ok daha k\u00f6t\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fclen ve toplumdan d\u0131\u015flanmay\u0131 gerektirecek bir su\u00e7 olarak ele<br \/>\nal\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Abd\u00fclhamit d\u00f6nemine kadar Osmanl\u0131\u2019da bu durumdan k\u0131smi olarak<br \/>\nfaydalanabilmi\u015ftir. Fakat Abd\u00fclhamit do\u011frudan kendisine ba\u011fl\u0131 bir hafiye a\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nkurarak bu \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc iktidar\u0131n\u0131n temel dayana\u011f\u0131 hale getirmi\u015ftir. Ba\u015fta \u0130stanbul<br \/>\nolmak \u00fczere saray\u0131n i\u00e7i de d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere her yerde inan\u0131lmaz say\u0131da insan<br \/>\nbu a\u011f\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131 olmu\u015f ve muhalifleri ispiyonlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplumsall\u0131kta evlerde bile<br \/>\nk\u0131s\u0131k sesle konu\u015facak kadar derin bir korku ve g\u00fcvensizlik atmosferi bu \u015fekilde<br \/>\nkurulmu\u015ftur. Abd\u00fclhamit paranoyakl\u0131k d\u00fczeyinde bir kayg\u0131 ile bir\u00e7ok insan\u0131<br \/>\nfi\u015fletmi\u015f ve takibe alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde bir\u00e7ok insan devletin zulm\u00fcne maruz<br \/>\nkalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Anti demokratik sistemlerde sans\u00fcr temel bir uygulama olarak<br \/>\ndevrededir. Abd\u00fclhamit rejiminde ise bu uygulama trajikomik bir noktaya<br \/>\nvarm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki padi\u015fah uzun olan burunu nedeniyle gazetelerde uzun s\u00fcre<br \/>\nburun kelimesi kullan\u0131lamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine \u015fantaj muhaliflerini sindirmekte<br \/>\nkulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 temel y\u00f6ntemlerinden biridir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda muhalif gruplara<br \/>\nhafiyelerini s\u0131zd\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve muhalefeti b\u00f6lmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrk devletinin<br \/>\nistihbarat \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn tarihsel k\u00f6keni hakl\u0131 olarak \u0130ttihat ve Terakki\u2019nin<br \/>\nTe\u015fkilat-\u0131 Mahsusa\u2019s\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclse de Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in bu \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc bu a\u00e7\u0131dan ilk n\u00fcve<br \/>\nolarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir.<\/p>\n<p> Klasik bask\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda<br \/>\nmuhalifleri para ya da makamla sat\u0131n almak Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in y\u00f6netme tarz\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7kin<br \/>\n\u00f6zeliklerinden biridir. Yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na ka\u00e7m\u0131\u015fta olsa muhaliflerini bir \u015fekilde<br \/>\nkendine tabi k\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktan vazge\u00e7memi\u015f ve bu hamlesinde az\u0131msanmayacak<br \/>\nbir ba\u015far\u0131 da kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00fcrekli af \u00e7\u0131karma da izledi\u011fi politikalardan<br \/>\nbiridir. \u0130ktidar\u0131n\u0131n 33 y\u0131l s\u00fcrmesinde bu kurnazca y\u00f6ntemlerinin pay\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr.\n<\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong>Abd\u00fclhamit Rejiminin Sonu <\/strong><\/p>\n<p> \u0130ktidar\u0131n\u0131n daha ikinci y\u0131l\u0131nda<br \/>\n\u201c\u00c7\u0131ra\u011fan bask\u0131n\u0131  diye bilinen bir saray darbesi giri\u015fimi ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya<br \/>\nkalan Abd\u00fclhamit d\u00f6nemi boyunca s\u00fcrekli bir muhalefet ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya<br \/>\nkalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 32 y\u0131l i\u00e7ten i\u00e7e \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcyen Abd\u00fclhamit rejimi \u0130ttihat ve Terakki<br \/>\nhareketinin 1908 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki birka\u00e7 ayl\u0131k isyan\u0131 ile padi\u015fah taht\u0131n\u0131 1 y\u0131l daha<br \/>\nkoruyabilse de tekrardan Me\u015frutiyeti ilan ederek \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fc. 1908 olay\u0131 y\u00fczeysel ele<br \/>\nal\u0131namayacak \u00e7ok boyutlu bir durumdur. Ayn\u0131 durum \u0130ttihat ve Terakki zihniyeti<br \/>\ni\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir. Biz burada sadece AKP zihniyetinin neredeyse ikinci<br \/>\ny\u00fckselme d\u00f6nemi olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Abd\u00fclhamit d\u00f6neminin neden ve nas\u0131l \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne<br \/>\ni\u015faret etmekle yetinece\u011fiz. AKP\u2019li s\u00f6zde teorisyenler bu sonu salt d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lerin<br \/>\nsald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131na ba\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Oysa durum bunun \u00e7ok daha \u00f6tesindedir.<\/p>\n<p> \u00d6ncelikle 1905-1910 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131<br \/>\nd\u00f6nemde pe\u015f pe\u015fe Rusya, \u0130ran ve Osmanl\u0131 devletlerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck alt \u00fcstler<br \/>\nya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlamak gerekir. Rusya\u2019da 1905 Devrimi, \u0130ran\u2019da 1906 Anayasal<br \/>\nD\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve son olarak 1908\u2019de Osmanl\u0131\u2019da II. Me\u015frutiyetin ilan\u0131 birbirini<br \/>\ntetikleyen, etkileyen halklar\u0131n demokrasi iste\u011finden do\u011fan hareketlerdir.<br \/>\nHalklar bu k\u00f6kl\u00fc devletlerde art\u0131k eski tarz y\u00f6netim bi\u00e7imini kabul etmiyordu.<br \/>\nAyr\u0131ca bu \u00fc\u00e7 devlet eski tarzla y\u00f6netemiyordu. Abd\u00fclhamit daha fazla \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck<br \/>\nisteminin \u00f6n\u00fcnde duramazd\u0131, duramad\u0131 da. \u0130ttihat ve Terakki gibi fa\u015fist bir<br \/>\nhareketin halklar\u0131n bu demokrasi iste\u011fini kullanarak iktidar olmas\u0131, Abd\u00fclhamit<br \/>\nrejiminin y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131nda halklar\u0131n demokrasi hareketinin etkisini k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcltmez.<br \/>\nAksine \u0130ttihat ve Terakki hareketinin halklar\u0131 kand\u0131rmak i\u00e7in neden uzun s\u00fcre<br \/>\nfarkl\u0131 s\u00f6ylemlerde bulunmak zorunda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klar. 1908 olaylar\u0131nda en \u00e7ok<br \/>\n\u201cE\u015fitlik  \u201cKarde\u015flik  ve \u201c\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck  sloganlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na bu \u00e7er\u00e7eveden<br \/>\nanlam verebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p> Abd\u00fclhamit rejiminin toplumun<br \/>\nsorunlar\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakal\u0131m devletin i\u00e7ine girdi\u011fi krizlere bile kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler<br \/>\nbulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da belirtmek gerekir. Devletin yeniden \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinde k\u0131smi<br \/>\nad\u0131mlar at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olsa bile k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir yenilenme ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilememi\u015ftir. Zaten<br \/>\ndevlet b\u00fcrokrasinde geli\u015fen muhalefetin temel \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131ndan biri budur.<br \/>\nMali bir disiplin ve bor\u00e7lanma noktalar\u0131nda geli\u015fme kaydedilemedi\u011fi gibi<br \/>\nAbd\u00fclhamit\u2019in ki\u015fisel harcamalar\u0131 ve projeleri emperyalist devletlere<br \/>\nba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ordunun s\u00fcrekli gerileyen konumu ve buna paralel<br \/>\nolarak kaybedilen sava\u015flar Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n krizini derinle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Asl\u0131nda<br \/>\nemperyalist devletleraras\u0131 rekabet Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir s\u00fcre daha<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu noktada Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in denge politikas\u0131n\u0131n bir<br \/>\ni\u015flevi oldu\u011fu belirtilebilir. Fakat bu Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bir s\u00fcre daha ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nAbd\u00fclhamit\u2019in eseri oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelmez. Nitekim emperyalist devletleraras\u0131<br \/>\nbloklar kal\u0131c\u0131la\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nce Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in denge politikas\u0131 iflas<br \/>\netmi\u015f ve taht\u0131ndan olmu\u015f ard\u0131ndan D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 ile beraber Osmanl\u0131 tarihe<br \/>\nkar\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in ki\u015fisel iktidar<br \/>\ntarz\u0131n\u0131n rejiminin herhangi bir toplumsal dayanak kazanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde engel<br \/>\nolmu\u015ftur. Ona ba\u011fl\u0131 bir kul b\u00fcrokrasisinin oldu\u011fu do\u011frudur fakat gelece\u011fini<br \/>\nAbd\u00fclhamit\u2019in iktidar\u0131na ba\u011flayan bir toplumsal kesim olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ne devlet<br \/>\ni\u00e7indeki b\u00fcrokrasi ne varla yok aras\u0131nda olan burjuvazi ne t\u00fcccar kesim ne de<br \/>\ngeleneksel ilmiye s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 bu rejimin sonu\u00e7 alabilece\u011fine inanm\u0131\u015f ve onu korumaya<br \/>\ny\u00f6nelmi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hi\u00e7bir kesimi iktidar\u0131na ortak etmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemi\u015ftir. Onun<br \/>\nyapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrekli manevralarla kendine muhalefet edebilecek odaklar\u0131 da\u011f\u0131tmak ve<br \/>\ngelenekse me\u015fruiyet \u00fczerinden iktidar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek olmu\u015ftur. Bu konuda yarat\u0131c\u0131<br \/>\nolmas\u0131 iktidar d\u00f6neminin uzunlu\u011funu getirmi\u015ftir. Resmi tarih anlat\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\ntersine 1909\u2019deki 31 Mart isyan\u0131n\u0131n Abd\u00fclhamit taraftarlar\u0131nca yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nbug\u00fcn netle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Kurnaz bir siyaset\u00e7i olan Abd\u00fclhamit kendi egemenli\u011fi i\u00e7in<br \/>\nr\u0131za \u00fcretme de olduk\u00e7a ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olmu\u015ftur. Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in iktidar\u0131n\u0131n asl\u0131nda<br \/>\nherkesi \u015fa\u015f\u0131rtan bi\u00e7imde kolayca sonlanmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni budur. \u0130ktidardan d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<br \/>\n1909\u2019dan sonra bir 9 y\u0131l daha ya\u015famas\u0131na ve Osmanl\u0131 olduk\u00e7a \u00e7alkant\u0131l\u0131 bir<br \/>\nd\u00f6nemden ge\u00e7mesine kar\u015f\u0131n siyaset \u00fczerinde herhangi bir etkisinin olmamas\u0131 da<br \/>\nonu esas alan siyasal ya da toplumsal bir kesimin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlamaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nYeri gelmi\u015fken \u201cMa\u011fdur Padi\u015fah  \u00f6nermesinin de do\u011fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmek<br \/>\ngerekir. O nas\u0131l abisinin tahtan indirilmesini ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edilmesini onaylam\u0131\u015fsa<br \/>\nkendi durumu da farkl\u0131 de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p> Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi<br \/>\nile bir ideolojik hat olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ve en az\u0131ndan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan halklar\u0131<br \/>\nOsmanl\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131 tutmaya ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finmi\u015ftik. Bu tutars\u0131z, s\u00f6ylem d\u00fczeyini<br \/>\na\u015famayan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin olduk\u00e7a s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 etkisi olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6nce Balkanlarda ya\u015fayan<br \/>\nM\u00fcsl\u00fcman halklar ard\u0131ndan Araplar da Osmanl\u0131dan kopmu\u015flard\u0131r.\u00a0\u00a0 Bu politikalar\u0131n sadece K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 \u00fczerinde<br \/>\nuzun s\u00fcreli bir etkide bulunmu\u015f olmas\u0131 A\u015firet mektepleri ve Hamidiye alaylar\u0131<br \/>\nile beraber ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken bir durumdur. \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k emperyalist<br \/>\ndevletlere kar\u015f\u0131 veya onlarla beraber hareket etme de k\u0131smen i\u015flevli olmu\u015ftur.<br \/>\nYani pazarl\u0131klarda halifelik bir koz olarak kullan\u0131labilmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 Siyasi \u0130slamc\u0131 politikalar, devleti<br \/>\nkurtarmay\u0131 b\u0131rakal\u0131m Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in kendisini bile kurtaramam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong>Abd\u00fclhamit ve Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n Benzer ve Farkl\u0131 Y\u00f6nleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Tarihsel fig\u00fcrlerle g\u00fcncel<br \/>\npolitik \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmaya tabi tutulmas\u0131 her zaman bir risk<br \/>\nbar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fen tarihsel \u00e7er\u00e7eve k\u0131yaslamay\u0131 olduk\u00e7a<br \/>\nzorla\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Kald\u0131 ki ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015flar gibi bir yan yana getirme<br \/>\n\u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131n da hi\u00e7bir anlam a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kartmayaca\u011f\u0131 kesindir. Fakat devlet\u00e7i tarz\u0131n<br \/>\ns\u00fcreklili\u011fi ba\u011flam\u0131nda iki karakterin k\u0131yaslanmas\u0131 baz\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar \u00e7\u0131kartmam\u0131za<br \/>\nyard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. \u00d6te yandan fa\u015fist Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n bazen a\u00e7\u0131k bazen \u00f6rt\u00fck olarak<br \/>\ns\u00fcrekli vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ard\u0131l olma durumu da bu k\u0131yaslamay\u0131 gerekli k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p> K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi AKP\u2019yi<br \/>\ntan\u0131mlarken bu partinin tarihsel kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Abd\u00fclhamit ile ba\u015flatmaktad\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\ny\u00f6netim tarz\u0131, arg\u00fcman ve zihniyet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu \u015fekildedir. AKP\u2019nin kendine<br \/>\n\u00f6nc\u00fcl se\u00e7ti\u011fi Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019i yanl\u0131\u015f tan\u0131tmas\u0131 sorunun temel kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6te<br \/>\nyandan Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n baz\u0131 konularda Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in \u00e7ok gerisinde bir prati\u011fe sahip<br \/>\noldu\u011funu da ifade etmek gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p> K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131mda<br \/>\nErdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in taktiklerini \u00f6zellikle kendi iktidar\u0131n\u0131n ilk<br \/>\nd\u00f6nemlerinde kullanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir. T\u0131pk\u0131 Abd\u00fclhamit gibi kendine<br \/>\nsad\u0131k bir K\u00fcrt \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131f yaratmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. S\u00fcrekli zikredilen din olmakla<br \/>\nbirlikte yap\u0131lan pratik en de\u011fme materyaliste ta\u015f \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r. \u0130kisinin de<br \/>\nbireysel zenginle\u015fme h\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131n, pratiklerine \u00f6nemli etkiler yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n Ortado\u011fu\u2019da en uzun s\u00fcre \u0130srail\u2019e ciddi ili\u015fkiler<br \/>\nkurabildi\u011fi g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7mamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu konuda Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n daha fazla demagoji<br \/>\nyapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilebilir. Ayr\u0131ca Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in aksine Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce<br \/>\nd\u00fcnyas\u0131nda bir kavramlar karma\u015fas\u0131 ve tezatl\u0131k manzumesi olan \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 T\u00fcrk \u0130slam<br \/>\nsentezi vard\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p> Anti demokratik \u00f6z iki karakterde<br \/>\nde barizdir. Erdo\u011fan bu \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc hem \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hem de d\u00f6nemin<br \/>\nko\u015fullar\u0131 gere\u011fi daha fazla maskelemi\u015f olsa bile mant\u0131k ayn\u0131d\u0131r. Muhaliflerini maddi olanaklarla sat\u0131n alma<br \/>\nkonusunda Erdo\u011fan, Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in iyi bir \u00f6\u011frencisi oldu\u011funu Numan Kurtulmu\u015f ve<br \/>\nS\u00fcleyman Soylu \u00f6rneklerinde g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Katliam yapmakta da birbirlerine denk<br \/>\nkonumdad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p> Dikta rejimlerinin ortak \u00f6zelli\u011fi<br \/>\nolarak bask\u0131 ayg\u0131tlar\u0131 iki d\u00f6nem a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da somuttur. Asl\u0131nda ikisinin de hegomonik devletleraras\u0131 rekabetten<br \/>\nfaydaland\u0131klar\u0131 do\u011frudur. S\u00fcrekli ba\u015fka blo\u011fa ho\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ikisinde de<br \/>\nsomut olarak g\u00f6zlemlenebilir bir durumdur. Fakat buna \u201cba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z  politika<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirme denmeyece\u011fi de kesindir. Abd\u00fclhamit ekonominin y\u00f6netiminin t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc<br \/>\nemperyalist devletlerin ortakla\u015fa olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bir kuruma b\u0131rakarak nas\u0131l<br \/>\nba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olabilir diye sormak gerekir. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 ile sava\u015f\u0131 ancak emperyalist devletlerin yo\u011fun askeri ve<br \/>\nteknik deste\u011fi ile y\u00fcr\u00fctebilen ve \u00fclkenin neredeyse t\u00fcm kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle taviz koparabilmek i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 farkl\u0131 devletlere pe\u015fke\u015f<br \/>\n\u00e7eken biri normal ko\u015fullarda a\u011fz\u0131na ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k kelimesini bile almamal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nAma y\u00fczs\u00fczl\u00fckte s\u0131n\u0131r tan\u0131mayan AKP\u2019nin kalemleri her \u015feyi ile emperyalizme<br \/>\ng\u00f6bekten ba\u011fl\u0131 olan Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131 bir de \u201cantiemperyalist  diye selamlamaktalar.<br \/>\nYalan, ters y\u00fcz etme, \u00e7arp\u0131tma devlet\u00e7i sistemin ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren kendini topluma<br \/>\ndayatma y\u00f6ntemidir ve T\u00fcrk devlet gelene\u011fi bu konuda olduk\u00e7a uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong>Sonu\u00e7 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Derinlik olmayan bir irdeleme<br \/>\nbile Abd\u00fclhamit fig\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn AKP ye\u015fil fa\u015fizminin mitle\u015ftirdi\u011fi bir prati\u011finin,<br \/>\nolmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vurmaktad\u0131r. Abd\u00fclhamit ne \u201cEvliya  ne \u201cKurtar\u0131c\u0131  ne de \u201cBat\u0131<br \/>\nile m\u00fccadele eden, Mazlumlar\u0131n savunucusu bir Ceng\u00e2ver dir. Abd\u00fclhamit vurgusunun<br \/>\nAKP\u2019nin ilk d\u00f6nemlerinde k\u0131s\u0131k sesle ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve gittik\u00e7e artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ak\u0131lda<br \/>\ntutulmal\u0131d\u0131r. 2016\u2019daki Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sistemi referandumu s\u00fcrecinde AKP bir<br \/>\nmilletvekilinin Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile a\u00e7\u0131lan parantezin art\u0131k kapand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nifade etmesi bu a\u00e7\u0131dan anlaml\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019ten Erdo\u011fan\u2019a kadar<br \/>\ngelen bir tarihsel ak\u0131mdan bahsedilebilir. Bu ak\u0131m K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi taraf\u0131ndan<br \/>\nye\u015fil T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r. Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in bu ak\u0131m\u0131n kurucusu<br \/>\nolarak g\u00f6rmek do\u011fru olmayacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in kendisinin do\u011frudan bu<br \/>\nak\u0131m ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirmek tarihsel ger\u00e7ekli\u011fe tam olarak uymaz. Daha \u00e7ok o bu<br \/>\n\u00e7izgiye yak\u0131n baz\u0131 pratikleri nedeniyle \u00f6zellikle Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n \u00fcstat olarak<br \/>\ntan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Necip Faz\u0131l K\u0131sak\u00fcrek\u2019le beraber simgele\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu ak\u0131m\u0131n<br \/>\nmayas\u0131 olan T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi emare d\u00fczeyinde bile Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019te yoktur. Onun<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda \u201culus  kavram\u0131 ciddi bir yer kaplamaz, sadece halklar\u0131n<br \/>\ndemokratik talepleri nedeniyle tehlikeyi \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Fakat bu durum yine de<br \/>\nAbd\u00fclhamit\u2019i bu \u00e7izginin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karmaz. Bu ak\u0131m\u0131n ilk i\u015faretlerini verdi\u011fi<br \/>\ns\u00f6ylenebilir. Fakat ye\u015fil T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi i\u00e7in Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in simgele\u015ftirilmi\u015f<br \/>\nhaliyle \u00f6nemi b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. O bu ak\u0131m\u0131n saadet devri olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc geleneksel<br \/>\nOsmanl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ile kurulan ba\u011f\u0131 etkili son padi\u015fah olarak temsil etmektedir.<br \/>\nYine bu ak\u0131m\u0131n tekelci rakibi olan beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi ile rekabette simgesel<br \/>\n\u00f6nemi de g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmemelidir.
