Bir kere DA\u0130\u015e elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n Musul\u2019a<br \/>\nta\u015f\u0131nmalar\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00eeye ve G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan \u00fczerinden geli\u015ftirildi. \u0130kincisi T\u00fcrk<br \/>\nkonsoloslu\u011fu DA\u0130\u015e\u2019\u0131n Musul sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131 esnas\u0131nda \u2018ben Musul valisiyim\u2019 demesi<br \/>\nili\u015fkiler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Pe\u015fmergeler guya konsolosu korumak i\u00e7in<br \/>\ngittiklerinde, \u201csiz i\u015finize bak\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015ftir. Konsolos mensubu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de<br \/>\niken birka\u00e7 kez \u201ckonu\u015fursam tehditlerini savurmas\u0131 durumu izah i\u00e7in<br \/>\nyeterlidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 14.2pt;\">DA\u0130\u015e\u2019in Musul<br \/>\nsald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131 esnas\u0131nda bir pe\u015fmerge komutan\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan bir vatanda\u015f, \u201cNeden<br \/>\nMusul\u2019u \u00c7etelere b\u0131rakt\u0131n\u0131z, gerillay\u0131 \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rsayd\u0131n\u0131z s\u00f6ylemine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k olurmu?<br \/>\nE\u011fer alana gerilla girseydi, kim onu oradan \u00e7\u0131karabilir. bi\u00e7iminde yan\u0131t<br \/>\nvermi\u015ftir. Musula oldu\u011fu gibi Kerk\u00fck te de aniden Pe\u015fmergenin \u00e7ekilmesi, \u2018d\u00fc\u015fman<br \/>\nolan herkes girebilir, ama \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi asla\u2019 ger\u00e7e\u011fidir. Onlar\u0131n bize getirdi\u011fi \u00f6nerinin, onlar\u0131n lehine Kerk\u00fck\u2019ten<br \/>\nve ba\u015fka b\u00f6lgelerden \u00f6d\u00fcn vermemizden ba\u015fka bir anlam\u0131 yoktur. Bu ise<br \/>\nimkans\u0131zd\u0131r. Bu u\u011furda her \u015feye haz\u0131r\u0131z hepimizin \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesine karar<br \/>\nverilsede\u2026\u2026\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ben, K\u00fcrtlerin kabrime gelip t\u00fck\u00fcrerek, ni\u00e7in Kerk\u00fck\u2019\u00fc satt\u0131n?<br \/>\nDemelerinden korkuyorum. demi\u015fti. Ko\u015fullar ve en \u00f6nemlisi K\u00fcrdistan toplumunda<br \/>\nolan bilin\u00e7, uyan\u0131\u015f ve eskisi gibi her isteyenin eskisi gibi sinsi, gizli<br \/>\npolitikalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmenin kolay olamayaca\u011f\u0131, e\u011fer istenseydi t\u00fcm<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019l\u0131lardan gerekli olan deste\u011fi g\u00f6rece\u011fi dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, en<br \/>\nhafifinden bu nas\u0131l K\u00fcrtl\u00fck, nas\u0131l yurtseverliktir! denilir. \u00c7a\u011f\u0131n direni\u015fi<br \/>\nEfrin sava\u015f\u0131nda Birahim Xelil de g\u00f6revl\u00ee olan \u00f6zel kuvvetler taburu y\u00f6netim ve<br \/>\nerlerinden bizzat kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n oldu\u011fu bilinmeyen bir s\u0131r de\u011fildir. Ve \u00f6yle de<br \/>\nolmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 14.2pt;\">Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz<br \/>\ng\u00fcnlerde Ne\u00e7irvan Barzani kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir programda, T\u00fcrk devletinin Rojava<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131na sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n sebebi PKK\u2019dir demi\u015f. Derdi T\u00fcrkiye halk bankas\u0131nda<br \/>\nolan 84 milyon dolar\u0131 almak ise bilemem. Biliniyor ki G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan<br \/>\nreferandumu esnas\u0131nda Amerika v.b den yard\u0131m talebinde bulunduklar\u0131nda, paralar\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nnerelerde oldu\u011funu iyi bildiklerinden dolay\u0131 olacak ki \u201c sizin paran\u0131z var<br \/>\ndiyerek kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z b\u0131rakmalar\u0131ndan da anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 14.2pt;\">Asl\u0131nda son<br \/>\ny\u0131llarda K\u00fcrtler nezdinde ipli\u011fi pazara \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olman\u0131n da yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00f6fke<br \/>\noldu\u011funu belirtmek, haks\u0131zl\u0131k olmaz. Dahas\u0131 T\u00fcrk devletinin \u2018Sunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z destek<br \/>\nile birka\u00e7 y\u0131la kalmadan PKK\u2019yi marjinalle\u015ftirece\u011fiz\u2019 s\u00f6zlerinden sonra genelde<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketine T\u00fcrk devleti ve bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak NATO g\u00fc\u00e7lerine dayanarak<br \/>\nyapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na ra\u011fmen gidi\u015fat\u0131n \u00f6yle san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi kolay olmayaca\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nanla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015fa benziyor. G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a y\u00f6nelik topyekun sald\u0131lar\u0131na e\u015flik eden<br \/>\ng\u00fcney y\u00f6netimi, R\u00eaber APO\u2019nun ilkeli duru\u015fu, direni\u015fi, gerillan\u0131n efsanevi<br \/>\ny\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, temelinde \u00f6zg\u00fcr K\u00fcrd olmak \u00fczere G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131n\u0131n onurlu<br \/>\ntavr\u0131 yeminli ikilere \u00f6nemli bir ders verdi\u011fini belirtmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Daha \u00f6nce<br \/>\nRojava ger\u00e7e\u011fi s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda bir keresinde Mesut Barzani bir TV<br \/>\nkonu\u015fmas\u0131nda, \u201cRojava devriminin gelece\u011fi yoktur bi\u00e7iminde bir s\u00f6z sarf<br \/>\netmi\u015fti. Do\u011fal olarak bu nerede ve bunun ile ilgili planlar\u0131n ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131ndan<br \/>\nhabersiz b\u00f6yle bir de\u011ferlendirme, kahinlere ait bir de\u011ferlendirme de\u011filse, \u00f6zel<br \/>\nbilgilere dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmek daha ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olacakt\u0131r. \u00d6zel g\u00fcvenlik<br \/>\ntoplant\u0131lar\u0131, NATO toplant\u0131lar\u0131, ikili ili\u015fkiler veya geli\u015ftirilen<br \/>\ndiplomasinin(!) ba\u015fka bir bi\u00e7imde d\u0131\u015fa vurumu olmas\u0131 sonucu olaca\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 14.2pt;\">Rojava devrimi,<br \/>\nG\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n demokratik, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc paradigma anlam\u0131nda egemen sistemin<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtlere giydirmek istedi\u011fi elbisenin tersine, demokratik modernite eksenli<br \/>\nkad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir ger\u00e7e\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen demokratik ulus yap\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin kayg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131, ulus-devlet sistemine K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da bir<br \/>\nger\u00e7e\u011fe ula\u015fmas\u0131 sahiplerini oldu\u011fu kadar kendilerini kapsayan tela\u015f, kayg\u0131,<br \/>\nkorkunun verdi\u011fi \u00f6fkenin sonucudur. Dahas\u0131 kendileri, DA\u0130\u015e\u2019\u0131, T\u00fcrk devleti<br \/>\nba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere geli\u015ftirilen t\u00fcm imha-tasfiye \u00e7abalar\u0131na \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi,<br \/>\nhalklar ve insanl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015famdaki kararl\u0131l\u0131k, \u00f6fkelerini daha b\u00fcy\u00fctm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.\u00a0 G\u00fcneye y\u00f6nelik imha- tasfiye planlar\u0131n\u0131n bo\u015fa<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bir yana, buna Rojava devriminin bu son sald\u0131r\u0131 ile evrensel-d\u00fcnyevi<br \/>\nbir karakter kazanmas\u0131 hegemonik sistem merkezlerini oldu\u011fu gibi Hewler\u2019i de<br \/>\n\u00e7ok k\u0131zd\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmek \u00e7ok yerinde olacakt\u0131r. Bazen G\u00fcney<br \/>\ny\u00f6netiminden kimilerinin i\u015fgal kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 olsa da, s\u00f6z konusu<br \/>\nger\u00e7ek niyeti kurtarmaya yetmemektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 14.2pt;\">Sistem ad\u0131na ve<br \/>\nipli\u011fi pazara \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve art\u0131k T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi y\u00f6netemez duruma d\u00fc\u015fen Erdo\u011fan\/Bah\u00e7eli<br \/>\nger\u00e7e\u011finin yeminli d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131klar\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131r. Kapitalist modernite sisteminin<br \/>\nverdi\u011fi g\u00f6revleri yerine getirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Bu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir husustur.<br \/>\nAncak K\u00fcrtl\u00fck, K\u00fcrdistan ad\u0131na hareket eden G\u00fcney y\u00f6netiminin ulusala birlik<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 tutumu, tarifi gerektiren bir husustur. Toplumsal gelene\u011fimizde, e\u011fer<br \/>\nbirini be\u011fenmez, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekli\u011fe kat\u0131lmazsan da zarars\u0131z durma bir tercih<br \/>\nolarak ye\u011flenir. Veya toplumda bir\u00e7ok insan do\u011fruyu g\u00f6rmesine ra\u011fmen<br \/>\nm\u00fccadele-dire\u015fin zorluklar\u0131na katlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bir seyirci kalmay\u0131 bile<br \/>\nkendisi i\u00e7in onur bilmektedir. Dikkat edilirse, i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i K\u00fcrt temsilcili\u011fi<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan ad\u0131na hareket ediyor ve bensiz K\u00fcrdistan benim i\u00e7in bir hi\u00e7tir<br \/>\ndemesine ra\u011fmen, yeminli d\u00fc\u015fmanlara uygun bir duru\u015fun sergilenmesi daha da<br \/>\ngeni\u015f bir ger\u00e7ekli\u011fin ifadesidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 14.2pt;\">\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck<br \/>\nhareketine her d\u00f6nem de\u011fi\u015fik planlamalar dahilinde d\u00fc\u015fman ile birlikte<br \/>\nsald\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 biliniyor. En geni\u015f ve hegemonik sistemin tam sonu\u00e7 alaca\u011f\u0131m<br \/>\ndedi\u011fi uluslararas\u0131 komplodaki rolleri bilinmektedir. \u015eu anda da uluslararas\u0131<br \/>\nkomplonun yenilendi\u011fi bir d\u00f6nemde benzer ortakl\u0131klar\u0131 vard\u0131r. R\u00eaber Apo<br \/>\n\u00fczerinde uygulanan mutlak tecritin kendilerinin de temel talebi oldu\u011fu bir ger\u00e7ek.<br \/>\n\u2018E\u011fer \u0130mral\u0131 kap\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k olursa, Abdullah \u00d6calan konu\u015ftu\u011fu m\u00fcddet\u00e7e biz<br \/>\nsiyaset yapamay\u0131z\u2019 diyen de bu elitlerdi. \u015eu anda da onlar\u0131n temel istemleri, bu<br \/>\ndenli bir tecridin en u\u00e7 d\u00fczeyde seyretmesidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 14.2pt;\">De\u011fi\u015fik emperyal<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7lerin merkezinde kendilerine g\u00f6re \u00e7oktand\u0131r \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin gelece\u011fine<br \/>\ndair okuduklar\u0131 duaya, \u00e7oktan amin dediklerini bilmek ve onun heyecan\u0131 ve<br \/>\nverilen gladiocu g\u00f6revi yerine getirme sevinci ile kendilerine farkl\u0131 bir alan<br \/>\nolu\u015fturmak istedikleri, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam, hareketlilik ve sevin\u00e7lerinden de<br \/>\nanla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fer \u00f6yle olmasayd\u0131, bu denli insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n varl\u0131k dinami\u011fi ve<br \/>\ngelece\u011fin bir tek umudu hakk\u0131nda bu denli ak\u0131ls\u0131zl\u0131k edilmezdi.\u00a0 Zaman\u0131nda Rahmetli Barzani, ailenin ve<br \/>\nkendisinin varisi \u0130dris\u2019i g\u00f6stermi\u015fti. Yani benden sonra aile amiri \u0130dris\u2019tir<br \/>\ndemi\u015fti. R\u00eaber Apo da \u0130dris i\u00e7in \u201cbenim iyi bir dostumdu demi\u015fti. Emekliye ay\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 say\u0131n Mesut ile payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131<br \/>\nhen\u00fcz bir s\u0131r olarak durmaktad\u0131r. Egemen sistemin temel olarak ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131,<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme ve kar\u015f\u0131lamalar\u0131nda, olan t\u00fcm trafiklerde b\u00f6ylesine bir senaryo-<br \/>\ntiyatronun oyunculu\u011funa kollar s\u0131vanm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan y\u00f6netiminin<br \/>\nemperyal g\u00fc\u00e7lerin temel politikalar\u0131n\u0131n bir yerel uygulay\u0131c\u0131 oldu\u011funu b\u00fct\u00fcn<br \/>\nicraatlar\u0131nda okumak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ve bunun do\u011frulu\u011fu da anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi<br \/>\nifade etmektedir. Hegemonik sisteme uygun ve onun t\u00fcm tecr\u00fcbeleri ile e\u011fitilmi\u015f<br \/>\nyap\u0131d\u0131r s\u00f6zkonusu olan. Ve her d\u00f6nem geli\u015fen, b\u00fcy\u00fcyen \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesine<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 farkl\u0131 bir versiyonla hareket etmeleri, genel planlamalar\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131<br \/>\nhalinde seyretmektedir. Egemen sistem ve onun yerel versiyonu durumundaki T\u00fcrk<br \/>\ndevlet yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve onun g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki temsilcileri Recep Bah\u00e7elinin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nger\u00e7ek, g\u00fcnl\u00fck inlemeleri dikkate al\u0131n\u0131rsa, onlar\u0131n ipi ile kuyuya inenlerin<br \/>\nhalini sormaya gerek olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 14.2pt;\">Dahas\u0131 \u00d6zg\u00fcr<br \/>\ninsan ger\u00e7e\u011fine dayanan ve bunun toplumsal-ulusal d\u00fczeyde demokratik<br \/>\nmodernitenin t\u00fcm verilerinin geli\u015ftirildi\u011fi, \u00f6rnek kabilinde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir toprak<br \/>\npar\u00e7as\u0131nda bir umuda d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir tarihi s\u00fcre\u00e7 ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. \u0130nsani,<br \/>\ntoplumsal verilerin ya\u015fam buldu\u011fu Mezopotamya topraklar\u0131n\u0131n tarihine yara\u015f\u0131r<br \/>\nbir bi\u00e7imde, g\u00fcncellenerek bu kez de insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n gelece\u011fini demokratik modernite<br \/>\nbi\u00e7iminde \u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc do\u011frulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle hegemonik sistemin 3. d\u00fcnya<br \/>\nsava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n merkezine R\u00eaber APO ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketini hedeflemeleri anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r<br \/>\nbir husustur.\u00a0 \u00d6nemli bir nedeni de yeni<br \/>\nparadigma ve onun bir ya\u015fam d\u00fczeyinde ger\u00e7e\u011fe ula\u015fmas\u0131, kapitalist modernitenin<br \/>\nt\u00fcm s\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131, \u015fapkan\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp, kelin g\u00f6r\u00fcnmesi, insanl\u0131\u011fa<br \/>\nsunulan b\u00fcy\u00fck nimetlerden oldu\u011fudur. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, demokrasi m\u00fccadelesinde<br \/>\nba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n aralanmas\u0131 olarak da tan\u0131mlanabilir.
