Tek\u00e7i zihniyet y\u00f6netimde \u0131srar ederek iktidar olgusunu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Yani erke\u011fin h\u00e2kim oldu\u011fu, kad\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131n bile an\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sistemini devam ettirmekte, kad\u0131n\u0131n siyasete aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc almak istemektedir. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3786-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tE\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k sisteminde ama\u00e7 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bulunduklar\u0131<br \/>\nalanlarda \u00f6zellikle de yerelden \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda daha kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nsa\u011flamak ve kad\u0131n\u0131i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu konumdan \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7indir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n<br \/>\nsiyasette ve toplum ya\u015fam\u0131nda etkili olmas\u0131nda ve bu y\u00f6nl\u00fc kad\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcm<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan zihniyetin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m<br \/>\nolmaktad\u0131r. Onun i\u00e7in e\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemi yetkinin payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 de\u011fil, ya\u015fam\u0131n<br \/>\npayla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Erkek egemen sistemin anlayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131, anlamak istemedi\u011fi ya da<br \/>\nkabullenemedi\u011fi y\u00f6nde bu olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">E\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemi asl\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler temelinde<br \/>\nyeniden yarat\u0131lmas\u0131, kad\u0131n ve erke\u011fin farkl\u0131l\u0131klar temelinde e\u015fit kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nsa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7indir. Toplum zihniyetinde in\u015fa edilen kad\u0131n\u0131n konumunun<br \/>\nde\u011fi\u015fmesidir. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi toplumlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirilmesinde<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olmakta, toplumun kendisini daha iyi ifade etmesine zemin<br \/>\nsunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131n\u0131n siyasete aktif kat\u0131lmas\u0131, kad\u0131n renginin ya\u015famda<br \/>\nolu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131n da garantisi olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal ya\u015famda bu kadar<br \/>\netkili olmas\u0131n\u0131 istemeyen ya da kad\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015famda etkili olmas\u0131ndan korkan erkek<br \/>\negemenlikli zihniyet bask\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131rarak kendi<br \/>\nkurumla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 istemektedir. Onun i\u00e7in e\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k<br \/>\nsisteminin uygulamas\u0131n\u0131 engellemek i\u00e7in elinden gelen her \u015feyi yapmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">E\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemi uygulanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman devletin ya<br \/>\nda iktidar\u0131n onay\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi, halk kendi sistemini belirledi,<br \/>\nse\u00e7imlerde belirledi\u011fi sisteme oy verdi ve bunun ya\u015famsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7inde<br \/>\nher yerde sistemine sahip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Yani burada toplumun kendi istemi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda<br \/>\ngeli\u015fen bir sistem olmamas\u0131 yan\u0131nda toplumun onaylayarak sahiplendi\u011fi bir<br \/>\nsistemden bahsediyoruz. B\u00f6yle olu\u015fturulan bir sistemin mahkeme kararlar\u0131yla<br \/>\nortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 da toplum kabul etmeyecek ve her yerde<br \/>\ne\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemini daha da yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rarak ya\u015fam\u0131n t\u00fcm alan\u0131n da bunun<br \/>\ntemsilini bulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015facakt\u0131r. Halk\u0131n kendi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 belirleme ve<br \/>\nsiyasette kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 olma gibi bir hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu hakk\u0131nda \u00f6yle mahkemelerce<br \/>\nkald\u0131r\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 ortadad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u0130ktidar temsilcileri \u201cmahkeme karar\u0131na uyulmazda e\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k<br \/>\nsistemi devam ederse resmiyette bir\u00e7ok sorun ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131 bunun da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda<br \/>\naksamalar yarataca\u011f\u0131n\u0131  belirtmektedir. E\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k yeni bir y\u00f6netim tarz\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nve ya\u015fam sisteminin ilk ad\u0131mlar\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Geli\u015ftirilecek yeni ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr<br \/>\nya\u015fam\u0131n temellerinin at\u0131lmas\u0131 demektir. Onun i\u00e7in yasalarla belirlenen<br \/>\n\u00e7er\u00e7evede uygulanmazsa uygulama g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn olmayaca\u011f\u0131 tehditleri de halk\u0131n kendi<br \/>\ny\u00f6netim tarz\u0131n\u0131 engelleyemez ve engellememelidir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ahlaki ve politik toplum olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z do\u011fal<br \/>\ntoplumda kad\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda y\u00f6neten konumundayd\u0131. Toplum ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nbizzat \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilmesinden tutal\u0131m ya\u015fam\u0131n t\u00fcm ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131nda<br \/>\nsorumluydu. Kad\u0131n\u0131n kendi eme\u011fiyle olu\u015fturdu\u011fu ya\u015fam sistemiydi ve orada<br \/>\ntoplumsal sorunlar diye bir kavram yoktu. Yani ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131 ve an\u0131<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerle dolu ya\u015fanmaktayd\u0131. Ne zamanki kad\u0131n\u0131n bu kazan\u0131mlar\u0131na erkek el<br \/>\nkoydu toplumsal sorunlar ba\u015f g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artarak devam eden bu toplumsal<br \/>\nsorumlara \u015fimdiye kadar olu\u015fan hi\u00e7bir sistem ve zihniyet \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulamad\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc<br \/>\nolu\u015fturulan her sistem kad\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n hatta ya\u015fam\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rakt\u0131. Kendi<br \/>\niktidar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirirken toplumun t\u00fcm de\u011ferlerini de yok etmek i\u00e7in de \u00f6zel<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerini ve kurumla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. Bu kat\u0131 kurumla\u015fma gelene\u011fi<br \/>\nhalen g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde devam ettirilmekte farkl\u0131l\u0131klara tahamm\u00fcl<br \/>\ng\u00f6sterilmemektedir. \u00d6zellikle kad\u0131n\u0131n ve toplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirilmesi ad\u0131na olu\u015fturulmak<br \/>\nistenen yeni sistemlere kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fctmektedir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n kendisini en iyi<br \/>\nifade etti\u011fi ve toplumsal sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde alternatif olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<br \/>\ne\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemine kar\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131ktan sald\u0131r\u0131lar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131n ve toplumun ad\u0131na bu kadar kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 olu\u015fturduktan<br \/>\nsonra bu kazan\u0131mlarda vazge\u00e7ilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek ya da vazge\u00e7ilmesi i\u00e7in<br \/>\ndayatmalarda bulunmak, kad\u0131n\u0131n ve toplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesinden kendi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nkendisinin \u00f6rg\u00fctlemesinden korkmak anlam\u0131na gelmektedir ki korkunun ecele faydas\u0131<br \/>\nyoktur. Toplumlar\u0131 temsil etmeyen bir sisteminde \u00f6mr\u00fcn uzun olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r. E\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k toplumlar\u0131n kendini en iyi y\u00f6netece\u011fi<br \/>\nsistem olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kolay kolay ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lamayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">E\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemi her yerde kurumla\u015f\u0131r ve yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131rsa<br \/>\nkad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve toplumlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r.
