ABD<br \/>\nbelirledi\u011fi stratejisi ile \u2018Ya \u0130ran ya biz\u2019 diyerek d\u00fcnya siyasetini adeta<br \/>\nyeniden iki kutuplu d\u00fcnya pozisyonuna \u00e7evirdi. ABD \u00f6zellikle Suriye ve<br \/>\nRojava\u2019da DA\u0130\u015e \u00e7etelerinin cephe olarak son bulmas\u0131 ile \u0130ran kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131<br \/>\nhamlelerini somutla\u015ft\u0131rmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. <strong>ABD, Suudi ve \u0130srail \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famal\u0131<br \/>\npolitikas\u0131n\u0131n ilk aya\u011f\u0131 ekonomi, ikinci aya\u011f\u0131 \u0130ran\u2019\u0131 d\u00fcnya siyasetinde yaln\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma,<br \/>\nson a\u015fama olarak \u0130ran s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Yemen, Suriye ve Irak gibi \u00fclkelerde<br \/>\naskeri m\u00fcdahaleler ile zay\u0131flatma olarak belirledi<\/strong>. \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n askeri kuvveti<br \/>\nolarak S\u0131pay Pastaran\u0131 ter\u00f6r listesine alarak ilerleyen s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u0130ran<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 vuru\u015flar\u0131n olma ihtimalini de haz\u0131rlad\u0131. Tabi<br \/>\nKas\u0131m S\u00fcleymani\u2019nin kontrol\u00fcnde olan S\u0131pay Pastaran\u0131 salt olarak askeri g\u00fc\u00e7<br \/>\nolarak tan\u0131mlamak da yeterli kalmayacakt\u0131r. \u0130ran rejiminin g\u00fc\u00e7 aya\u011f\u0131 olan S\u0131pay<br \/>\nPastaran, rejimin b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f siyasetini, ekonomisini, diplomasisini ve<br \/>\nistihbarat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 elinde bulundurdu\u011fundan ter\u00f6r listesine al\u0131nmas\u0131<br \/>\n\u0130ran\u2019\u0131 olduk\u00e7a zay\u0131flatacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span>ABD\u2019nin sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kendi<br \/>\ntabiri direni\u015f pozisyonuna ge\u00e7en \u0130ran \u2018ne sava\u015f ne de m\u00fczakere olacak\u2019 diyerek<br \/>\nbuna kar\u015f\u0131 politika belirledi. \u00d6zellikle i\u00e7 siyasette toplumsal patlamadan<br \/>\n\u00e7ekinen rejim ABD\u2019nin sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7erde bask\u0131y\u0131 artt\u0131rd\u0131. Hatta<br \/>\nya\u015fanan s\u00fcreci \u0130ran-Irak sava\u015f\u0131 d\u00f6nemi gibi belirleyip o d\u00f6nemin politikas\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nyeniden hayata ge\u00e7irdi. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u2018kim muhalif olursa d\u00fc\u015fmana hizmet<br \/>\netmektedir\u2019 diyerek rejim kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda muhalif olan kesimleri kendi tabiri ile \u2018temizlemeye\u2019<br \/>\nba\u015flad\u0131. D\u00fcnya medyas\u0131nda \u0130ran ve ABD aras\u0131nda sava\u015f ba\u015flad\u0131 ba\u015flayacak havas\u0131<br \/>\nyarat\u0131l\u0131rken di\u011fer taraftan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin olma ihtimali tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 g\u00fcndeme<br \/>\nal\u0131nd\u0131. E\u011fer var olan s\u00fcre\u00e7 bu \u015fekilde devam edecek olursa her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn \u0130ran<br \/>\nrejiminin zarar\u0131na olacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ABD\u2019nin sald\u0131rma tehditleri bir yana \u0130ran<br \/>\ni\u00e7erde ekonomik olarak gittik\u00e7e zay\u0131flamaktad\u0131r. <strong>Toplum a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan besin<br \/>\nkayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulunmamas\u0131 \u2018barda\u011f\u0131n son damlas\u0131\u2019 olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r<\/strong>.<br \/>\nKald\u0131 ki 15 Kas\u0131m\u2019da hem \u0130ran hem de Rojhilat Kurdistan\u2019\u0131nda geli\u015fen<br \/>\n\u2018Serhildan\u2019 eylemleri bu sonucu do\u011frulamaktad\u0131r. Halk Benzin zamlar\u0131n\u0131 bahane<br \/>\nederek rejim kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 eylemler ile 4 g\u00fcn boyunca direni\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Geli\u015fen<br \/>\ndireni\u015fler \u015fu an sonland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de halk\u0131n rejime olan tepkisinden<br \/>\nkaynakl\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde eylemler daha da artarak devam edecektir.<br \/>\nHat\u0131rlanaca\u011f\u0131 gibi 1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flayan eylemler 1979 y\u0131l\u0131nda halk\u0131n devrimi<br \/>\nile sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Lakin Devrim fa\u015fist rejim taraf\u0131ndan halk\u0131n elinden<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131narak kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda \u015fekillendirildi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span>Halk\u0131n geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi direni\u015f eylemleri<br \/>\ntarihten kopuk, salt olarak g\u00fcncel ele al\u0131n\u0131p de\u011ferlendirilirse ger\u00e7eklikten uzak<br \/>\nbir tahlil ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r<strong>. \u0130ran halklar\u0131 y\u00fcz y\u0131llardan beri fa\u015fist<br \/>\nrejimler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda direni\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren politik kimli\u011fe sahip bir<br \/>\ntopluluktur<\/strong>. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen direni\u015f eylemleri de bu hakikati kan\u0131tlamaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nNas\u0131l ki Ortado\u011fu genelinde devlet zihniyeti halklar taraf\u0131ndan kabul<br \/>\ng\u00f6rm\u00fcyorsa, Rejimin halka dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 milliyet\u00e7i, mezhep\u00e7i, cinsiyet\u00e7i, k\u00f6leci ve<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131fsal toplumu da \u0130ran halklar\u0131 kabul etmemektedir. Bu nedenledir ki tarihe<br \/>\ndevlet taraf\u0131ndan de\u011fil, halklar taraf\u0131ndan bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda halk\u0131n tarihi her on<br \/>\ny\u0131lda bir direni\u015f pozisyonundad\u0131r. Bu durum \u0130nk\u0131lap (halk\u0131n elinden \u00e7al\u0131nan<br \/>\ndevrim) \u00f6ncesinde de sonras\u0131nda da b\u00f6yledir. Son iki y\u00fczy\u0131ll\u0131k tarihe bak\u0131l\u0131rsa<br \/>\nKa\u00e7arlar\u0131n feodal a\u015firet devleti y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p yerine R\u0131za \u015eah\u2019\u0131n d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131<br \/>\nsaltanat devleti gelmi\u015ftir. Halk taraf\u0131ndan o da y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p yerine Xumeyni\u2019nin<br \/>\n(Humeyni) dinci ve mezhep\u00e7i (Ger\u00e7ek inan\u00e7lardan kopuk h\u0131rs\u0131z, yolsuzluk yapan,<br \/>\nfuhu\u015f ve uyu\u015fturucu ile toplumu t\u00fcketen) devleti ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Halk devrim<br \/>\nyapm\u0131\u015f, pragmatist devlet zihniyeti<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>halktan devrimi \u00e7alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130ran halklar\u0131 art\u0131k ya\u015fananlar\u0131 kader olarak<br \/>\nkabul etmemektedir. <span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Mollalar\u0131n<br \/>\ndin ideolojisinin arkas\u0131na s\u0131\u011f\u0131narak toplumdan faydalanmas\u0131, mali gelir elde etmeleri<br \/>\nart\u0131k de\u015fifre olmu\u015ftur. Rejimin ideolojik karakterinden dolay\u0131 \u0130ran toplumu da<br \/>\nderin ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k politikalar\u0131na tabii tutulmu\u015f, devletin vatanda\u015flar\u0131na e\u015fit<br \/>\nmesafede ve adil davranmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmemi\u015ftir<span> Bu nedenledir ki halk fa\u015fist Molla<br \/>\nrejimi y\u0131k\u0131lana kadar sokaklarda direni\u015flerine devam edeceklerdir. <strong>Lakin<br \/>\nhalk do\u011fru \u00f6nc\u00fcy\u00fc ve alternatifi bulamamas\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 baz\u0131 tekrarlar\u0131<br \/>\nya\u015famaktad\u0131r.<\/strong> \u0130\u015fte geli\u015fen eylemlerde \u2018Ruh\u00ead \u015ead, R\u0131za \u015eah\u2019 (Ruhun \u015fad<br \/>\nolsun R\u0131za \u015eah) sloganlar\u0131n\u0131n at\u0131lmas\u0131 bu durumu g\u00f6stermektedir. Hani tabiri<br \/>\ncaiz ise \u0130ran halk\u0131 \u2018denize d\u00fc\u015fen y\u0131lana sar\u0131l\u0131r\u2019 misali hareket etmektedir.<br \/>\nKald\u0131 ki insanlar bu durumu kendi aralar\u0131nda anlatt\u0131klar\u0131 bir hikaye ile \u00e7ok<br \/>\niyi betimlemektedir. ( K\u00f6y\u00fcn birinde bir adam mezarl\u0131\u011fa gidip \u00f6l\u00fclerin<br \/>\nkefenlerini \u00e7almaktad\u0131r. Bu adam \u00f6lmeden \u00f6nce o\u011flunu yan\u0131na \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131r ve derki<br \/>\n\u2018ben bu k\u00f6yde \u00e7ok g\u00fcnah i\u015fledim, insanlar hep arkamdan beddua ve k\u00fcf\u00fcr eder<br \/>\noldu. Bir \u015feyler yap ki insanlar beni beddua ve k\u00fcf\u00fcr ile anmak yerine \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr<br \/>\nile ans\u0131n. Bir zaman adam \u00f6ld\u00fckten sonra o\u011flu da mezarl\u0131ktan kefen \u00e7almaya<br \/>\nba\u015flar. Yaln\u0131z o\u011flu \u00f6l\u00fclerin kefenlerini \u00e7almak ile yetinmeyip birde elindeki<br \/>\nsopa ile \u00f6l\u00fcleri yerinden eder. Durumu g\u00f6ren k\u00f6y halk\u0131 \u00f6len adam\u0131 anarak \u2018Allah<br \/>\nkefen h\u0131rs\u0131z\u0131ndan raz\u0131 olsayd\u0131\u2019 der.) Bu hikaye ile de anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 gibi \u0130ran<br \/>\nhalklar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mlayacak en do\u011fru kavram ve \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi gereken<br \/>\nger\u00e7eklik ise <strong>Devrim \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc aramaktad\u0131r.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Son<br \/>\neylemlerde ya\u015fanan bir devrim de\u011fildi. Ancak devrimin mihenk ta\u015flar\u0131<br \/>\n\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. <\/span><span>\u0130ran <\/span><span>halklar\u0131<br \/>\ndo\u011fal olarak geli\u015ftirdikleri y\u00f6ntem ile <strong>ekmek ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nsentezlemektedir. <\/strong>Halk\u0131n sloganlar\u0131 soka\u011f\u0131n<\/span><span>,<\/span><span> yani toplumun aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirmektedir. Tahran\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\nstratejik cadde ve meydanlar\u0131 (Xiyaban \u0130nk\u0131lap, Xiyaban Azadi, Ekonominin kalbi<br \/>\nBazaar) <strong>\u2018Benzin giruntermi\u015fe, Axun bayet gombi\u015fe\u2019<\/strong> (Benzin pahal\u0131 oldu,<br \/>\nMollalar kesinlikle def olsunlar) sloganlar\u0131 ile son eylemlere \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck ettiler.<br \/>\nDile getirilen sloganlar\u0131n k\u00f6keni daha \u00f6nceki eylemlerde at\u0131lan sloganlar\u0131n<br \/>\nuyarlanm\u0131\u015f halidir. Sloganlardaki benzin ekonomiyi temsil ederken, Mollalar ise<br \/>\n\u0130ran rejiminin ideolojisini temsil etmektedir. Bu nedenledir ki sistem<br \/>\nkendisine kar\u015f\u0131 olan \u2018tehlikenin\u2019 fark\u0131ndad\u0131r. Rejim, devlet akl\u0131 da kendince<br \/>\ndaha \u00f6nce edindi\u011fi tecr\u00fcbelerden yola \u00e7\u0131karak olas\u0131 direni\u015flere kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nhaz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131yd\u0131. Ayettullah Xameney\u2019in (Hameney) bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda<br \/>\nkolluk-emniyet g\u00fc\u00e7lerine seslenerek \u2018yeter ki eylemleri bast\u0131r\u0131n gerekli maddi<br \/>\nve manevi deste\u011fi ben sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131m\u2019 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 ile ortal\u0131k sava\u015f alan\u0131na<br \/>\nd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. A\u00e7\u0131klama sonras\u0131 zaten haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olan <strong>molla rejimi, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u011fmeye bas\u0131p hem \u00f6zel sava\u015f hem de fiziksel bask\u0131 y\u00f6ntemleri ile halka<br \/>\nsald\u0131rmaya ba\u015flad\u0131<\/strong>. Camiiler de rejimin paral\u0131 ajitat\u00f6rleri olan \u0130mam\u00ea<br \/>\nCuma\u2019lar\u0131 (Cuma \u0130mamlar\u0131) vaaz ve fetvalarla katliamlar\u0131 din ad\u0131na<br \/>\nme\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Di\u011fer taraftan asayi\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7leri, \u00fcyelerinin i\u015ftahla halka<br \/>\nsald\u0131rmas\u0131 i\u00e7in adeta DA\u0130\u015e\u2019in ganimet mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirdi. Niruy\u00ea \u0130ntizami<br \/>\n(Polis g\u00fc\u00e7leri) katledilen insanlar\u0131n cenazelerini ailelerine 20 ila 40 milyon<br \/>\nt\u00fcmen (\u0130ran\u2019da ortalama insan\u0131n ayl\u0131k maa\u015f\u0131 1.5 ile 2 milyon t\u00fcmen) para kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda<br \/>\nteslim etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Cenazelerden al\u0131nan paralar hangi g\u00fc\u00e7 taraf\u0131ndan<br \/>\nal\u0131nd\u0131ysa kendi aralar\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131, payla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yine halk aras\u0131nda<br \/>\nbilin\u00e7li bir \u015fekilde manip\u00fclasyon haberler da\u011f\u0131tarak halk sokaktan \u00e7ekilmeye<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130\u015fte bunlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u2018Halka m\u00fcdahale edenler kendi aralar\u0131nda<br \/>\nArap\u00e7a konu\u015fuyorlard\u0131. Devlet Ha\u015fdi \u015eahbi ve Hizbullah g\u00fc\u00e7lerini getirdi.\u2019<br \/>\nDiyerek bu g\u00fc\u00e7lerin ac\u0131mas\u0131z oldu\u011fu \u00fczerinden yorumlar geli\u015ftirildi. Ama\u00e7 halk\u0131<br \/>\nbu t\u00fcr psikolojik y\u00f6ntemler ile korkutmaktad\u0131r. Baz\u0131 \u015fehirlerde ise eylemlerin<br \/>\n\u00fczerinden g\u00fcnler ge\u00e7mesine ra\u011fmen halen en i\u015flek meydanlarda bilin\u00e7li bir<br \/>\n\u015fekilde onlarca insan halk\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fc \u00f6n\u00fcnde fiziksel sald\u0131r\u0131lar ile g\u00f6zalt\u0131na<br \/>\nal\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Bu insanlar\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011funun eylemler ile alakas\u0131 olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u0130tlaat<br \/>\n(\u0130ran \u0130stihbarat\u0131) ve Niruy\u00ea \u0130ntizami binalar\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp en az 2 saat<br \/>\ng\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131p i\u015fkence yapt\u0131ktan sonra b\u0131rakmaktad\u0131rlar. Rejim bu t\u00fcr y\u00f6ntemler<br \/>\nile \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde olas\u0131 eylemlerin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek istemektedirler.
