Bu<br \/>\ntart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n kapsam\u0131 \u015fudur: Kad\u0131n\u0131n durumunda g\u00f6rece baz\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmeler<br \/>\nyap\u0131larak asl\u0131nda sorunun derinli\u011fi de gizlenmeye ve sistem s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde<br \/>\nbir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm g\u00f6sterilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Halbuki ataerkil k\u00fclt\u00fcre dayal\u0131<br \/>\ncinsiyet\u00e7ilik, aile ve hiyerar\u015fik kurumla\u015fmalar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmeden bu tart\u0131\u015fmalar<br \/>\npek anlaml\u0131 olmamaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p> Ataerkil toplum yap\u0131s\u0131yla in\u015fa edilmi\u015f kad\u0131n stat\u00fcs\u00fc bin<br \/>\ny\u0131llar\u0131 bulan s\u00fcre\u00e7te hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fmeden devam etmekte, kad\u0131n\u0131n temel rol\u00fc sistemin<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesinde uysalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve boyun e\u011ferek bu duruma g\u00f6re olu\u015fturulmu\u015f<br \/>\nkad\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fi olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n iyi bir e\u015f, erke\u011fin kar\u0131s\u0131, iyi anne, ucuz i\u015f<br \/>\ng\u00fcc\u00fc, erke\u011fin cinsel arzular\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olarak kendisine belirlenen<br \/>\nkimli\u011fi i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Toplumda aile kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ve erkek<br \/>\niktidar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinden s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc temel nesne halindedir. Bunun yan\u0131s\u0131ra<br \/>\ndevlet\u00e7i ve iktidarc\u0131 sistemin en dipteki k\u00f6lesidir. \u00dczerindeki s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve<br \/>\nk\u00f6lele\u015ftirme her zaman iki boyutlu olarak geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu bi\u00e7imiyle hem<br \/>\nerke\u011fi sisteme ba\u011flayan bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak in\u015fa edilmi\u015f hem de t\u00fcm k\u00f6leliklerin<br \/>\ntemelini olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n<p> O zaman sorunun kapsam\u0131n\u0131 dar ele almak yerine do\u011fru<br \/>\ntan\u0131mlamak ve do\u011fru tart\u0131\u015fmak \u00f6nemlidir. <\/p>\n<p> KADIN \u00d6ZG\u00dcRL\u00dc\u011e\u00dcN\u00dc veya SORUNUNU TARTI\u015eMAK<\/p>\n<p> Kad\u0131n stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc tart\u0131\u015fmaya herkes \u00e7ok<br \/>\nheveslidir. Ama i\u015fin \u00f6z\u00fcne de\u011finmeye kimse yana\u015fmaz. <\/p>\n<p> Egemenlikli sistemin zirvesini ifade eden kapitalizmin en<br \/>\n\u00e7ok yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bu konuyu olduk\u00e7a s\u00fcsl\u00fc ve \u201c\u00e7ekici  bir konu olarak insanlar\u0131n<br \/>\n\u00f6n\u00fcne s\u00fcrmesi ve bu konuda kafa kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dczerinde en \u00e7ok konu\u015fulan ve<br \/>\nbu \u015fekilde de asl\u0131nda nesnele\u015ftirilen bir kad\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fi s\u00f6z konusudur. Kad\u0131n<br \/>\nhakk\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n konu\u015fmas\u0131na ve karar almalar\u0131na, \u00f6zg\u00fcr olmalar\u0131na izin<br \/>\nverilmedi\u011fi gibi bu konuda b\u00fcy\u00fck bilin\u00e7 \u00e7arp\u0131tmalar\u0131n\u0131n yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir<br \/>\nger\u00e7ektir. Kapitalizmin en b\u00fcy\u00fck marifeti liberal ideolojilerle yan\u0131lsamalar<br \/>\nyaratarak sorunlar\u0131n k\u00f6keninden ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu anlamda ele<br \/>\nald\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunu k\u00f6ks\u00fczle\u015ftirme, bireysel s\u0131n\u0131rlar ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler temelinde<br \/>\niyile\u015ftirme g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc vermesi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hala da ciddi bir ayd\u0131nlanma s\u00f6z<br \/>\nkonusu de\u011fildir. Bunda topluma kar\u015f\u0131 dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sava\u015f halini daha da incelterek<br \/>\nve g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131larak gizleme g\u00fcc\u00fc kazanmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0 \u0130\u00e7inde oldu\u011fumuz y\u00fczy\u0131lda \u00f6zel sava\u015f<br \/>\ny\u00f6ntemleriyle bu sava\u015f hali derinle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve toplum kendi \u00f6z de\u011fer ve<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden kopart\u0131larak, h\u00fccrelerine b\u00f6l\u00fcnerek b\u00fct\u00fcnselli\u011fini ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc<br \/>\nyitirmi\u015ftir. Bilimsellik iddias\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sistemin asl\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok<br \/>\nsorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm potansiyelinin de a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde sorunlar\u0131 bu \u015fekliyle<br \/>\nkaranl\u0131kta b\u0131rakmas\u0131 da bilin\u00e7li bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n sonucudur.<\/p>\n<p> Kad\u0131n sorunu, erkek egemenlikli sistemin geli\u015fiminden beri<br \/>\ns\u00fcrekli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ve kaybedi\u015f halindeki bir toplum sorunu ve radikal bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck<br \/>\nkonusu olarak ele al\u0131nmak yerine etraf\u0131nda d\u00f6n\u00fclen, \u00e7ok fikir \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen ve<br \/>\nbireysel s\u0131n\u0131rlara hapsedilerek de\u011ferlendirilen bir alan olmaktad\u0131r. Ve belki<br \/>\nde en \u00e7ok \u00e7arp\u0131tman\u0131n geli\u015fti\u011fi aland\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p> O zaman sorunun \u00f6z\u00fc kad\u0131n\u0131n kurulmu\u015f yap\u0131 i\u00e7indeki stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc<br \/>\niyile\u015ftirme ve sistemle daha fazla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesini, sistem de\u011ferlerini<br \/>\n\u00f6z\u00fcmsemesini ve bunun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in daha fazla toplumsal ve siyasal<br \/>\nalana kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n sahibi olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak de\u011fildir. Biliyoruz ki g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde<br \/>\ntoplum ve siyaset alan\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00fcyle erkek egemen zihniyetle ve iktidar alan\u0131 olarak<br \/>\ni\u015flemektedir. Kad\u0131n de\u011ferlerine dayal\u0131 demokratik bir sistemin kurulu\u015fu ve<br \/>\nerkek egemenlikli sistemin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sorunu konunun \u00f6z\u00fcd\u00fcr. Yani<br \/>\ndevlet\u00e7i ve iktidarc\u0131 yap\u0131lar kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar toplumsal<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn de d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 ve \u00f6n\u00fcndeki temel engeldir. Bu yap\u0131lar a\u015f\u0131lmadan ve<br \/>\nbunlarla m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmeden ger\u00e7ek bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. B\u00f6yle<br \/>\nbakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kad\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ek sorun erkek egemen sistemdir. Onun<br \/>\nkurumla\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Devlettir. \u0130ktidard\u0131r. Sava\u015f ve \u015fiddet eksenli<br \/>\nparadigamalard\u0131r. Bunu i\u00e7selle\u015ftiren ve buna g\u00f6re egemenlik dayatmas\u0131 i\u00e7inde<br \/>\nolan erkek ger\u00e7e\u011fidir. Erkek zihniyetinin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 sorunudur. Topluma dayat\u0131lan<br \/>\nsoyk\u0131r\u0131m, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yok etme, toplumun ahlaki ve politik dokusunun yok edilmesi,<br \/>\nbireycilikle toplumun par\u00e7alanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu da insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n varl\u0131k ko\u015fulu olan toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n<br \/>\nortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r ki toplumsall\u0131k kad\u0131n zihniyetinin temelidir ve kad\u0131na<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fen sald\u0131r\u0131lar onun toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131na sald\u0131r\u0131 ile i\u00e7 i\u00e7e y\u00fcr\u00fcmektedir. <\/p>\n<p> \u00a0<\/p>\n<p> ATAERK\u0130L S\u0130STEMDE KADIN STAT\u00dcS\u00dcN\u00dcN \u0130N\u015eASI<\/p>\n<p> Neyin reddedilmesi gerekti\u011fini anlamak ve nereden<br \/>\nba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmek \u00f6nemlidir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n en ba\u015fta kendini ve zorunlu olarak<br \/>\ni\u00e7ine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bu kaderi reddetmesini sa\u011flayacak bir ayd\u0131nlanmaya ihtiyac\u0131 var.<br \/>\n\u0130nsan olarak bu e\u015fitsizli\u011fin kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 sorgulamak, \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015faman\u0131n<br \/>\ngerekliliklerini anlamak, i\u00e7ine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ko\u015fullar\u0131 yaratan t\u00fcm bilmelerle<br \/>\nsava\u015fma cesareti g\u00f6stermek \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ilk ad\u0131mlar\u0131d\u0131r\u2026 <\/p>\n<p> Her \u015feyin ataerkil ev d\u00fczeninin geli\u015fmesiyle ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nbiliyoruz. Kad\u0131n sistemi ve kad\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 EL UBEYD K\u00dcLT\u00dcR\u00dc veya<br \/>\nHANEDANLIK K\u00dcLT\u00dcR\u00dc dedi\u011fimiz hiyerar\u015fik yap\u0131lanmayla. Devlet \u00f6ncesi<br \/>\nhiyerar\u015finin kurumla\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde klan-kabile d\u00fczeninde erke\u011fin \u00f6ne<br \/>\nge\u00e7ti\u011fi ve kad\u0131n\u0131n tek e\u015flilik ile erke\u011fe ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u015fam d\u00fczeni olu\u015fmaya<br \/>\nba\u015flad\u0131. Kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc ya\u015fam sistemi, kurdu\u011fu denge bu durumda kad\u0131n<br \/>\naleyhine bozuldu. Erkek kad\u0131n\u0131 hakimiyeti alt\u0131na almak, m\u00fclk biriktirmek, art\u0131<br \/>\n\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc gaspetmek ve gaspettiklerini kendi soyundan olanlara servet olarak<br \/>\nb\u0131rakmak istiyordu. Bunun i\u00e7in \u00f6nce aileyi, ard\u0131ndan da devleti icat etti. Devlet<br \/>\n\u00fczerindeki iktidar g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc y\u00fcr\u00fctmek i\u00e7in toplumdaki erke\u011fi ailedeki iktidar<br \/>\noda\u011f\u0131 haline getirdi ve kendine ortaklar yaratt\u0131. Yani k\u00f6lele\u015fme ve egemenlik<br \/>\npek \u00e7o\u011funun s\u00f6yledi\u011finin aksine s\u0131n\u0131flarla de\u011fil kad\u0131nla ba\u015flad\u0131, ard\u0131ndan<br \/>\ntoplumdaki di\u011fer kesimler ve do\u011fa \u00fczerinde uygulanmaya devam etti. <\/p>\n<p> Sonras\u0131nda kendisini farkl\u0131 isimler alt\u0131nda farkl\u0131 sistemler<br \/>\nolarak sunan t\u00fcm egemenlik\u00e7i yap\u0131lar birbirini tekrar ve kopya ederek erkek<br \/>\negemenli\u011fini, devleti, iktidar\u0131 ve sava\u015flar\u0131 geli\u015ftirdik\u00e7e geli\u015ftirdiler. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n,<br \/>\nhalklar\u0131n, ezilen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n k\u00f6lelik ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc de gittik\u00e7e<br \/>\nderinle\u015ftirdiler. Kapitalizmin bunu zirvede yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn t\u00fcm ac\u0131l\u0131,<br \/>\nsava\u015fl\u0131 ve katliamlarla dolu ger\u00e7e\u011finde g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Her \u015fey gibi t\u00fcm bu uygulama<br \/>\nve insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ya\u015fam ger\u00e7e\u011fi de mant\u0131ksalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak toplumlara kabul<br \/>\nettirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. T\u0131pk\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n bin y\u0131llar\u0131 bulan ezilmi\u015fli\u011finin ve<br \/>\nm\u00fcthi\u015f d\u00fczeydeki cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fin izahlarla mant\u0131\u011fa b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ve kad\u0131na,<br \/>\ntopluma kabul ettirilmesi gibi. <\/p>\n<p> Egemen sistemin kad\u0131n ve erkek bireylerin zihinlerine<br \/>\nyerle\u015ftirdi\u011fi kodlamalar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmekle cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir.<br \/>\nKad\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa ve erkekli\u011fe dair cinsiyet\u00e7i kodlamalar ayn\u0131 zamanda bu rollerin<br \/>\nnas\u0131l uygulanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n da temelini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n zihniyetindeki kendine<br \/>\nve erke\u011fe dair cinsiyet\u00e7i alg\u0131lamalar erkek akl\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcnleri olarak geli\u015fmi\u015f ve<br \/>\nkad\u0131na da yedirilmi\u015ftir. Ad\u0131na ister kader, ister biyolojik ger\u00e7ekli\u011fin ister<br \/>\nkad\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 densin hepsi de ayn\u0131 akl\u0131n uydurmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Bunlar hem<br \/>\nbask\u0131 ve \u015fiddet y\u00f6ntemleri ile hem de biny\u0131llar\u0131 bulan ideolojik in\u015falarla<br \/>\nyarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mitolojiler, geli\u015fen felsefeler ve bilimsel izahlar hep kad\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nk\u00f6leli\u011finin me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve egemenli\u011fin hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ispatlama<br \/>\n\u00fczerindendir. <\/p>\n<p> En ba\u015fta geli\u015fen ideolojik in\u015fa erke\u011fin<br \/>\ntanr\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ve bu kodlama egemen erkek sisteminin in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n temeli<br \/>\nolarak da bin y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. K\u00f6leci sistemin in\u015fas\u0131yla ba\u015flayan<br \/>\nerkek tanr\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n tanr\u0131\u00e7al\u0131k ve yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k vas\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131 erke\u011fe ve<br \/>\negemenlere maletme \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131n sonucudur. Bu bin y\u0131llarca s\u00fcren kad\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sava\u015f ve darbe anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Bunda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldular ki<br \/>\nbug\u00fcn tap\u0131n\u0131lan, korkulan ve itaat edilen tanr\u0131 bir erkektir ve erke\u011fin<br \/>\nihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ve egemenli\u011fini kurumla\u015ft\u0131rmaya d\u00f6n\u00fck bir d\u00fczen kurulmu\u015ftur. Kad\u0131n<br \/>\nerke\u011fin kaburgas\u0131ndan, onun eki ve ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131n derdi olarak varolmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcm<br \/>\ng\u00fcnahlar\u0131n ve su\u00e7lar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.
