Maddi k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve zihniyet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fczerinde y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hegemonik in\u015fa ile binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k toplumsal k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri kendi ajan kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n en ba\u015fta geleni olan ulus-devlet\u00e7ikler hegemonyas\u0131nda, s\u00fcrekli bir sava\u015f ortam\u0131nda s\u0131k s\u0131k ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen katliam, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik, asimilasyon, soyk\u0131r\u0131m ve zoraki entegrasyonlarla tasfiyenin e\u015fi\u011fine getirmi\u015ftir. Ne yaz\u0131k ki, Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun son iki y\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihinde b\u00fcnyesel \u00e7eli\u015fkileri de kullan\u0131larak in\u015fa edilen ajan hegemonik kurulu\u015flar\u0131n daha bilince \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 bile d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmemektedir. Kapitalist modernitenin sadece oryantalizmin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tarz\u0131nda de\u011fil, t\u00fcm ya\u015fam \u00fczerinde egemen k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131 ancak \u00e7ok kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeler ve \u201cdemir kafes  i\u00e7inde olma metaforuyla a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k yerel otantik k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelen Asur\u00ee, Ermeni, \u0130on ve G\u00fcrc\u00fc miras\u0131n\u0131n neredeyse m\u00fczelik duruma gelmesinde kapitalist modernitenin rol\u00fc ele\u015ftiriye bile a\u00e7\u0131lamam\u0131\u015f, ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 katliamlar ve soyk\u0131r\u0131mlar diyalektik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kald\u0131 ki, kendilerini ulus-devlet olarak in\u015fa eden h\u00e2kim Arap, Fars ve T\u00fcrk k\u00f6kenli iktidarlar\u0131n kendi \u00f6z toplumsal k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri \u00fczerinde de birer soyk\u0131r\u0131m makinesi gibi i\u015flev g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri daha da karanl\u0131kta b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7eklikler konumundad\u0131r. Ulus-devletin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi ve maskesinin d\u00fc\u015fmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131yla birlikte, sadece s\u00f6m\u00fcrge co\u011frafyas\u0131nda de\u011fil, ana hegemonik g\u00fc\u00e7 co\u011frafyas\u0131nda da \u201chomojen ulus-toplumlar  ad\u0131na hareket eden bu kurumun azami k\u00e2r kanunu gere\u011fi \u00f6z\u00fcnde bir totaliter-fa\u015fist yap\u0131lanma niteli\u011finde oldu\u011fu yeterince a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kapitalist modernitenin yenilenmi\u015f bu Leviathan\u2019\u0131 K\u00fcrtler s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda en g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131l\u0131klara girmekte, her t\u00fcr ikilemler in\u015fa etmekte ve gittik\u00e7e yo\u011funla\u015fan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 \u2018ilerlemecilik\u2019 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda dayatmaktad\u0131r. \u015e\u00fcphesiz K\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n Ortado\u011fu k\u00f6kenli merkez\u00ee uygarl\u0131k sisteminde k\u00f6kl\u00fc nedenleri vard\u0131r  sadece kapitalist moderniteye ba\u011flanamaz. Ama Bat\u0131 Avrupa k\u00f6kenli kapitalist modern hegemonyan\u0131n b\u00f6lgedeki son iki y\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k rol\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturmadan, ne K\u00fcrt ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini ne de kangren halini alm\u0131\u015f K\u00fcrt sorununu kavramla\u015ft\u0131rabilir ve kuramla\u015ft\u0131rabiliriz. Osmanl\u0131 imparatorluk gelene\u011finin kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fczerinde v\u00fccut bulan T\u00fcrk ger\u00e7ekli\u011fiyle ancak dar iktidarc\u0131l\u0131k ba\u011flam\u0131nda ili\u015fkisi kurulabilecek olan ve T\u00fcrk\u2019ten \u00e7ok iktidar hastas\u0131 her t\u00fcr milliyetsizlerden in\u015fa edilen \u201cBeyaz T\u00fcrk  fa\u015fist elidinin, T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 da d\u00e2hil, t\u00fcm Ortado\u011fu halk k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri \u00fczerinde bir soyk\u0131r\u0131m makinesi gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda, ba\u015fta \u0130ngiltere olmak \u00fczere Almanya, Fransa ve di\u011fer \u00f6nde gelen Avrupal\u0131 hegemonik g\u00fc\u00e7lerin sorumlulu\u011fu belirleyicidir. \u00c7ok\u00e7a g\u00fcndemle\u015ftirilen Ermeni soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131nda bu Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminin sadece bir alet gibi rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rahatl\u0131kla a\u00e7\u0131klanabilecekken, bu hegemonik g\u00fc\u00e7lerin kendi sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vurmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmalar\u0131 ve t\u00fcm su\u00e7u T\u00fcrklere y\u0131kmalar\u0131 ancak bilin\u00e7li bir sapt\u0131rmayla izah edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ger\u00e7eklik daha a\u00e7\u0131k olarak K\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131nda g\u00f6zlemlenip a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturulabilir. A\u0130HM\u2019e y\u00f6nelik savunmalar\u0131m\u0131n bu son k\u0131sm\u0131nda bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi ayd\u0131nlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m. \u0130mral\u0131 Adas\u0131\u2019ndaki yarg\u0131lanmam \u00f6z\u00fcnde Avrupa ulus-devlet sistemi ad\u0131na T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019ne yapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yani T\u00fcrk devlet g\u00fcc\u00fcyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bir yarg\u0131lama de\u011fildir. T\u00fcrk iktidar elidinin bundaki rol\u00fc ta\u015feronluktan \u00f6teye gitmez. \u015e\u00fcphesiz bu \u00e7irkin ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir rold\u00fcr. Ger\u00e7e\u011finin do\u011fru bir ifadeye kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. \u015eahs\u0131ma uygulanan iktidar bask\u0131s\u0131 ve hukuki oyunlar \u0131srarla g\u00f6r\u00fclmek ve kabul edilmek istenmemektedir. Son derece \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc bir Gladio (Gizli NATO) operasyonuyla tutsak al\u0131nmam gibi evrensel hukukun ve AB hukukunun a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ihlali anlam\u0131na gelen bir husus bile, Avrupa Konseyi\u2019nin sorumlulu\u011fu alt\u0131nda bulunan ve adil olmas\u0131 gereken A\u0130HM\u2019de de aleyhimde sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki, say\u0131lar\u0131 iki y\u00fcz\u00fc ge\u00e7en ayn\u0131 stat\u00fcdeki yeniden yarg\u0131lanma\u201f davalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin kararlar i\u00e7inde yaln\u0131zca \u015fahs\u0131ma y\u00f6nelik olan\u0131, Avrupa Konseyi\u2019nin T\u00fcrk devleti ile vard\u0131\u011f\u0131 skandalvari bir anla\u015fma temelinde, hi\u00e7bir utan\u00e7 ve vicdan azab\u0131 duyulmadan, s\u00f6zde \u201cdosya \u00fczerinde  sonuca ba\u011flan\u0131p A\u0130HM\u2019e iade edilmi\u015f, b\u00f6ylelikle davan\u0131n en \u00f6nemli b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc tamamlanm\u0131\u015f say\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcm evrensel hukuk ilkelerini halen ihlal eden ve lehimde olan kanun h\u00fck\u00fcmleri i\u00e7in \u00f6zel maddeler \u00e7\u0131karan T\u00fcrk yarg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k olan bu hukuk d\u0131\u015f\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 ve kararlar\u0131 A\u0130HM\u2019den h\u00fck\u00fcm beklemektedir. On iki y\u0131ld\u0131r hi\u00e7bir h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcye uygulanmayan bir infaz stat\u00fcs\u00fc alt\u0131nda bulunmam ve hem T\u00fcrk yarg\u0131s\u0131 hem de A\u0130HM\u2019in kendi hukuki normlar\u0131na ters d\u00fc\u015fen bu adil olmayan yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131, davan\u0131n etraf\u0131ndaki uluslararas\u0131 komplonun hukuki alanda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ve Gladio\u2019nun h\u00e2l\u00e2 i\u015fba\u015f\u0131nda oldu\u011funun kan\u0131t\u0131 niteli\u011findedir.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylelikle K\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131ma y\u00f6nelik davada a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen komploya hukuki bir k\u0131l\u0131f giydirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrtler \u00fczerindeki k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m ger\u00e7e\u011finin ink\u00e2r\u0131 ve kapitalist Bat\u0131 hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131n son iki y\u00fcz y\u0131ld\u0131r oldu\u011fu gibi devam etmesi istenmektedir. Son savunmam\u0131 kapsaml\u0131 olarak haz\u0131rlamam\u0131n nedeni, k\u00fcresel kapitalist hegemonyan\u0131n ba\u015fta t\u00fcm Ortado\u011fu halklar\u0131 olmak \u00fczere, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya halklar\u0131 \u00fczerinde oynamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu b\u00fcy\u00fck neo-liberal oyunu az da olsa de\u015fifre etmek ve maskesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmektir. Bunda \u015f\u00fcphesiz en b\u00fcy\u00fck deste\u011fimi hakikat kavram\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar sunan Avrupal\u0131 ayd\u0131nlardan almaktay\u0131m. Ayr\u0131ca Avrupa halklar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zveriyle y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, sosyalizm ve demokrasi m\u00fccadeleleri de en az entelekt\u00fcel hareketleri kadar de\u011ferlidir. Kald\u0131 ki, savunmam\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcnde yatan evrensellik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ayd\u0131nlar ve halklar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, demokrasi ve sosyalizm m\u00fccadelelerinin kopmaz birlikteli\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a dile getirmektedir. Temel y\u00f6ntemim tikel-evrensel ili\u015fkisinin b\u00fct\u00fcnselli\u011fi esas\u0131na dayanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Savunmalar\u0131mdan hukuki bir kazan\u00e7 beklememekteyim. Bu savunmam sadece kendilerini \u00e7ok uygar sananlar\u0131n bana kar\u015f\u0131 sanki bir ilkel barbar\u0131, bir vah\u015fiyi terbiye ediyorlarm\u0131\u015f gibi bir yakla\u015f\u0131m i\u00e7inde olmalar\u0131n\u0131n, daha da i\u011fren\u00e7 olan\u0131, \u015fahs\u0131mda bir halk\u0131, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 terbiye edebileceklerine inanmalar\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar al\u00e7ak\u00e7a ve zalimce oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klamakla kalmamakta, ayn\u0131 zamanda en a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n hi\u00e7bir ahlaki normuna s\u0131\u011fmayan sistemin ve sahiplerinin ger\u00e7ek y\u00fczlerini de ele vermektedir.
